The Vigilant Fox – March 17, 2025
Is everything we’ve been told about the sun one big fat lie? The answer seems to be a resounding yes.
While the public is constantly told to avoid the sun to prevent skin cancer, what they’re not telling you is that sunlight is arguably the most important nutrient for the human body.
Everything you’ve been told is upside down. Keep reading—the truth will shock you.
Avoiding the Sun is More Dangerous Than Sun Exposure
A 20-year study of nearly 30,000 Swedish women found that those who avoided the sun had a 60% higher risk of death than those who regularly got sunlight. Even more shocking, non-smokers who avoided the sun had the same mortality risk as smokers who got sun exposure.
This blows apart the mainstream claim that sun exposure is inherently dangerous. In reality, avoiding sunlight may be one of the most harmful public health recommendations ever made.
The Myth That Sun Exposure Causes Deadly Skin Cancer
We’ve been told that UV exposure causes skin cancer—but does it really?
The numbers say otherwise:
- Most skin cancers aren’t deadly. Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) are common but rarely life-threatening.
- Melanoma, the deadliest skin cancer, isn’t primarily caused by sun exposure.
- Outdoor workers get 3–10 times more UV exposure than indoor workers—yet have lower rates of melanoma.
A Midwestern Doctor calls out this contradiction:
“SCC (squamous cell carcinoma) and BCC (basal cell carcinoma) occur in sun-exposed areas, but melanoma is overwhelmingly found in areas that get almost NO sunlight.”
The Hidden Health Benefits of Sunlight
Sunlight is absolutely essential for human health. Research shows that getting regular sun exposure can:
- Lower cancer risk – People who spend more time in the sun have a 50% lower risk of breast and prostate cancer.
- Strengthen the immune system – Sunlight helps white blood cells fight infections more effectively.
- Support heart health – UV exposure boosts nitric oxide, which lowers blood pressure and improves circulation.
- Improve mood and mental health – Not getting enough sun is a major factor in depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
- Increase lifespan – Studies show that people who get more sun tend to live longer.
So why are we still being told to avoid it?
Fearmongering for Profit
The war on sunlight didn’t happen by accident—it was manufactured. The dermatology industry rebranded itself as the front line against skin cancer, turning skin exams and biopsies into a billion-dollar industry.
- Routine full-body skin checks create a steady stream of profitable procedures.
- Skin cancer deaths haven’t meaningfully declined—despite all these aggressive interventions.
- The same fear-based tactics used to promote smoking as “healthy” decades ago are now being used to sell sunscreen and sun avoidance.
A Midwestern Doctor exposes how this scam works:
“They weaponized language, lumping harmless cancers in with deadly ones, then used fear to drive profits.”
The Sunscreen Deception
Sunscreen has been pushed as a must-have for cancer prevention, but the facts don’t back it up. Studies show it hasn’t reduced melanoma rates—and some research suggests it might even make things worse.
Many sunscreens are packed with chemicals that get absorbed into the bloodstream. Instead of educating people on how to get safe, natural sun exposure, the industry keeps selling products that could be doing more harm than good—all while cashing in on fear.
Conclusion: Stop Fearing the Sun
For years, we’ve been conditioned to believe that sunlight is dangerous. The truth? Avoiding the sun is far more dangerous than responsible sun exposure.
The dermatology industry has turned fear into big business, pushing sun avoidance and costly treatments—but sunlight is essential for health, immunity, and longevity.
Bottom line: Sunlight isn’t the enemy. The real danger is the deception keeping people in the dark—both literally and figuratively.

STARMER ANS EPSTIENS ISLAND
as news filters out that Kier Starmer may be homosexual

The question is being asked
” did Starmer partake in the boy-nobbing rituals there ?
Starmer replied, ” no way did i do this, i never touched those little boys, not once
it never even crossed my mind to interfere with them
no i never touched those boys.
And when i did it was just to see what it was like.
Carl jones said ” none offered for me to go there “
Vitamin D? Hello?
Surprised this wasn’t mentioned in the article at all!
Vitamin D is essential for maintaining strong bones, teeth, and muscles. It helps the body absorb calcium, which is crucial for bone health and can prevent conditions like rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults. In addition to bone health, vitamin D plays a role in immune function and may reduce the risk of certain diseases. Studies have shown that vitamin D supplementation can lower the risk of Type 2 Diabetes and reduce the incidence of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. Natural foods rich in vitamin D include fatty fish, beef liver, egg yolks, and fortified dairy products.
Bottom line – Vitamin D keeps your body strong. So it’s obvious as to why they scare you about sunlight and have brought in the whole global warming scam, to get rid of eating animal products. They want sick people, easily controllable and stupid and in due process use their medical industry to keep you that way, while their sister pharmaceutical companies pump you full of drugs. Free healthcare means your government pays big pharma out of your taxes. Nothing is free. One big cycle of corruption.
I’ve written comments about this many times on here. The Sun is critical for life, and health, but it’s not all good news. Those Northern Lights at lower latitudes, are evidence that we’re getting a lot more radiation, and lots more damaging particles hitting our skin, entering our cells, and doing a lot of damage, such as rising rates of cancer in the relatively young, when their mitochondria was forming.
If would be interesting to correlate pregnancies, births, and adolescenets with solar cycles and solar CMEs/, flares. There are already proven correlations with heart attacks and strokes.
In the round, the Sun is literally good for you, but I’d follow space weather, and avoid peak solar activity, and don’t go out in the mid day Sun, and wear sunglasses as much as possible, even when cloudy.
God didn’t make the world too small, it’s never been overpopulated. God didn’t make our immune systems faulty, they’re perfect. God didn’t make a sun that gives us cancer.
I’m a bonafide member of the 179 club. EVERYTHING the government and all of their paid and controlled (through salary) should be tuned 179 degrees. It works quite well.
Always blamed on “profits”, never on a Jewish genocide program from the Goyim, which apparently also includes convincing the goyim that the Sun, life bringer, is bad for humans and causes cancer and climate change from ozone holes. The ozone holes were caused by the goyim using deodorants btw hehe
Jewish medicine.
Goyim better avoid sunlight, carbon, water and oxygen
It’s the well-poisoners again.
Every. Single. Time.
@I used to be Harbinger Yes. D3 is a linchpin hormone for the Immune system. AND Americans have almost NO detectable D3 in their Bloodstream. I take 15,000 IUs a day and according to the FDA should be DEAD.

Two comments:
First one regarding benefits of the sun:
I find it strange that certain elites have a project for blocking the sun. This seems to endorse the author’s opinion about concealment and scaremonging. Also, there could be something more profound having to do with possible beneficial spiritual aspects that have to do with the sun.
Second comment:
This I tell jokingly – No NAZI sun ?
Best regards to all.
Pan, no the ozone hole was not caused by VOCs that was a lie, there has always been anomalies where the magnetic field is weaker in certain areas, that is one factor. Some say it was a nuke they exploded in the atmosphere but im not sure on that one. you will get closer to the real reason there is a hole and why its getting bigger by looking at those two.
The Sun is toxic…. get the Daily Mirror instead! 😉
One hour a day in the Sun good – no sunscreens – unless you have the skin to take a lot of Sun like people from the warmer regions – don’t over do God’s gift to us….
i used to be carl jones

still the natzis will come and save us again
I lived in Australia for over 30 years and am one of those whose body can take a lot of Sun. When I first arrived in Aus I was fortunate enough to be given very good advice re-tanning. Bear in mind that to do it properly you need time. This is what I was told, first seven days, ten minutes front and back and only before 10 AM and after 3.30PM, never between those hours. After that up the time by five minutes per week till you can lay out without burning.
One thing the Sun can do is age your skin which is proven by the fact that Australian women are often seen to be older than their husbands.
Sun strength, the sun in Aus is nowhere as fierce as it is in New Zealand or UK, I have lived in all three countries and in NZ and the UK noticed how quick my skin started to tingle after being in the Sun for a while, whereas in Aus I could be out way longer before the tingling started!
I’ve had cancer on my left ear and was diagnosed by a skin doctor around 15 years ago and he nuked it off using the nitrogen dispenser. A year later it reappeared and he nuked it off again. Since then he’s retired and I can’t seem to find a good doctor, and now I’m in Indonesia and the sun is directly above and I get a small lump forming on my ear. I apply a CBD / CBG lotion on the lump and in 2 days it’s gone but keeps coming back maybe once in 2 months and I play golf 4 – 5 times a week and in the sun for 3 – 4 hours a day.
This stuff works and it’s cheaper than going to a skin doctor once every 2 months.
I’ve never feared the sun and am an avid sunbather during the warmer months. Never used sunscreen except on the tip of my nose (because who wants a red nose). I’m turning 71 next month, am very fit and healthy. And NO, my skin does not resemble a crocodile’s…although I do amit to gaining freckles during the summer. ≋;>
This is a potentially misleading article.
“Most skin cancers aren’t deadly. Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) are common but rarely life-threatening.” True, if you have a normal immune system. But see how long such ‘benign’ cancers take to metastasize if your immune system is wrecked, e.g. by the jew-jab.
Concerning the relationship between UV exposure and skin cancer, be cautious about generalizing from findings in a low-UV country like Sweden. Look at this relationship in high-UV countries such as Australia and South Africa.
