Americans are not being adequately informed about Russia’s military capabilities. If you rely on the mainstream corporate media for your information, you would get the impression that Russia operates a relatively backward military and that its president, Vladimir Putin, is all bark and no bite, full of bluster and not to be taken seriously when he or his aides draw hard red lines against Western backing for Ukraine.
This is flat out dangerous, as most Americans are ignorant of just how much President Trump and other Western leaders are playing with fire.
So much is riding on the negotiations taking place today in Moscow between U.S. chief negotiator Steve Witkoff and the Russian team. Putin has already rejected the idea of a temporary 30-day ceasefire, preferring more substantive talks aimed at addressing the “root causes” of the war and that will lead to a long-term peace.

Russian submarines are known from their advanced stealth capabilities. The Russians currently have 64 subs that are operational, and many of them have been equipped with “ultra-quiet” features that make them incredibly difficult to detect. When we think of nuclear war, we tend to think of missiles that are fired from thousands of miles away.
But the Russians could simply move a couple dozen “ultra-quiet” subs right along our coastlines and conduct a sneak attack from point blank range. Major cities on both coasts, including Washington D.C., would be destroyed almost instantly. Other major targets deep inside the continental United States would be wiped out within just a few minutes.
If Russian subs simultaneously launched hundreds of nuclear missiles at us from point blank range in the middle of the night, there wouldn’t be much that we could do. The White House would be destroyed before they could even get the president out of bed.
I asked Google AI about the stealth capabilities of Russian submarines, and I was told that they are considered to be a “nightmare”…
Russian submarines, particularly the Yasen-class and Borei-class, are known for their stealth capabilities, making them difficult to detect and track, and some are even considered “nightmare” for Western military observers.
Yasen-class subs are particularly stealthy, and according to Google AI they are designed to launch cruise missiles that can carry nuclear warheads…

Borei-class subs possess even more firepower.

The Russian Navy possesses eight Project 955/A “Borei-class” (NATO: Dolgorukiy) SSBNs, five of which are the improved Borei-A (Project 955A) variant. These submarines are 170 meters long and can travel up to 29 knots when submerged. Each vessel can carry 16 Bulava SLBMs, each of which contains multiple MIRVs. Featuring pump-jet propulsion and other acoustic improvements, the Borei-class submarines are considerably stealthier than their Soviet-era predecessors.
The Russians have the ability to pull off a nuclear sneak attack against our country at any time.
So it would be in our interest to make peace with them.
On Wednesday, President Trump threatened to do “very bad things” to Russia financially if they do not agree to the 30 day ceasefire that he is proposing…
Donald Trump has warned Vladimir Putin he is ready to do “very bad things” to Russia financially if he does not accept a ceasefire in the war with Ukraine. The US President told reporters in Washington: “There are things that wouldn’t be pleasant in a financial sense. I can do things financially that would be very bad for Russia. I don’t want to do it that because I want to get peace. “In a financial sense, yes we could do things that would be very bad for Russia, that would be devastating for Russia. But I don’t want to do that.”
Publicly threatening Russia is not going to help, and it has the potential to backfire severely.
So hopefully President Trump and his team will choose to take a more diplomatic approach.

The Ukrainians are being routed on the northern front now, but the government in Kyiv refuses to acknowledge how weak their bargaining position has become.
Earlier today, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy boldly declared that his government will never “recognize any occupied territories as Russia’s”…
How is it going to be possible to bridge that gap?
I have no idea.
In the end, I just don’t see how a permanent peace deal will happen.

The threat to make Canada the 51st state shows that Trump realises that the British establishment is the enemy, an enemy who is trying to engineer a conflict between the USA and Russia, Putin has made clear in his speeches that he believes that the UK are the enemy as well . The constant threats are not against Europe it’s against Britain.

Russia is not a threat except that it likely will support Iran should the Israeli-Americans start a war. Since open trade with China in 1979 “very bad things” economically have been done to the US and the rest of the West. From that time, when our nations were creditor nations, within 20 years each of them were turned into debtor nations. Despite those of the view that deficit financing is parcel of running the world’s leading reserve currency, the US dollar, the argument holds no real credibility, because only the US dollar has that status and the other nations of the West are similarly indebted through the necessity of deficit financing, with overspending to sustain a life style which came from being producing and solvent nations.
When you essentially outsource the guts of your economy to a nation like China with a labor pool larger than the entire West, with a billion people working essentially for coolie wages, and you leave your own markets wide open for the sale of those cheap foreign goods then you are committing economic and military suicide. That is what the “here & now” business class in the US and the rest of the West essentially did in opening trade with China. With millions of joint-venture plants set up in China and our markets being milked mainly by entrepreneurs with no real loyalty to their home nations, the resulting debt and joblessness became the perfect storm for the economic decline we have witnessed in our nations.
Globalism is the solution of a 1% which became rich with free trade and those who hold most of their assets “offshore”. With Western nations economically collapsing mainly because of the the greed and stupidity of the ruling class, they appoint globalist administrations to spout the mantras of economic degrowth and the deconstructing of our nations, cancelling our religious and personal rights in the process. They have created a climate in which few of young have any hope or incentive for the future, let alone a will even to reproduce. So many of the young see any point in either producing or reproducing. They are fed by these successive administrations a steady diet of degrowth, deconstruction, deception, dependency, depression, and death, not to mention “DEI” (global Diversity, Equality & Inclusion). Having wrecked our national economies and cultures with their own unbridled profiteering, our rulers have posited a global economy and a global world order to collapse and cancel nation states, borders, religions and cultural difference’s with proposals to equalize and level everything from gender to wages. Communism for the common people, but wealth and privileges for the plutocrats and the chosen. Hence the WEF.
War with Russia? It has a GDP the size of debt-rigged Canada, and about 4 times as many people. It is a nation more valuable to, and more interested in becoming a part of, the Western fold than it in being an appendage to China. Our real enemy, economically now, and militarily in the future is China. However, the huge profits from free trade with that nation have not poured into our nations. There was never any aspect of charity in helping a communist nation such as China “develop”. It was all about greed by an elite class of people from our own nations who had no real interest in the futures of their home nations, and by people who are now so invested in their foreign production sources and the exploitation of our markets, that they oppose every effort to stop the flow. They just want to keep milking us with more and more dependency on foreign goods and credit with their own off-shore reserves remaining out of reach for any redress.

It took 226 years for the USA to reach the first trillion in debt. This is the end folks, this spending charade to control the world is rapidly coming to an end. The downside effects will be profound, Russia and Iran no longer care about anything Trump says. Trump is a lone wolf howling at the moon while the world moves on. The USA was strong arming the world, now the world will re-order itself regardless of the POTUS clowns in charge.

Trump is trying to get the Russians to agree to a ceasefire and to allow the Uke troops trapped in the Kursk cauldron to escape, after which there will supposedly be a ‘peace deal’.
This is the same con trick that the British pulled on Hitler in 1940. Once the Brits were allowed to escape at Dunkirk, they went back on the deal.
The Ukes (who are taking ‘advice’ from the Brits), will do the same. They will withdraw, rearm and it will all start again.
The Russians must, absolutely must, wipe Ukraine off the map.

Russia is not a threat, that’s because Ruusia beat the German WW2, because they had no choice. They’ve beaten the NATO Nazis, as admitted by Trump, and Ritter made the same point about 11 days after I said it, and again, Russia really didn’t have a choice.
I think it’s pretty obvious that Russia isn’t a threat, unless you seek to undermine Russian sovereignty.
The next point, Russia, as admitted by Western Nazis stats, is now the 4th largest economy in the world, and before the SMO, Russia with a modest 3% GDP defence spending, spent more than Germany, France, and Nazi UK combined, so the Russians weren’t a particularly milliteristic nation, and since the SMO, their military spend is now around 7% of GDP, but when you factor in Russia’s very low national debt, they piss over all Nazi regimes, who are bankrupt, or moving towards bankruptcy.
If we compare, and there’s no reliable date on this, the Russian MIC is at least ten times more efficient than the US Nazi MIC, and that factor could be even higher.
Because of this, there the effectiveness of various weapons, and the desire to eclipse the Nazis, and we must remember this was driven by the Nazi abandonment of control treaties.
Putin stated at the time that Russia would respond. They didn’t just respond, they absolutely obliterated the Nazi MIC with weapons that are on a different level.
Larry Johnson, who I am not particularly taken with, made this observation, that Moscow officially 9/10 million, but Johnson believes is closer to 20 million going on what he’s experienced on a recent visit to Moscow, and they have enough nuclear bunker capacity to accommodate everyone.
