A religious TV channel has been fined £150,000 for giving UK airtime to an evangelist selling “miracle spring water” that was claimed to cure illnesses such as lung cancer and diabetes produce huge financial windfalls, and cure homsexuality
Britain’s communications regulator, Ofcom, penalised the operator of The Word Network, a religious channel aimed at the Christian community available via pay TV, after an investigation into the programme Peter Popoff Ministries. During two episodes of the show, fronted by the US TV evangelist Popoff and his wife, viewers were repeatedly asked to order the ministry’s miracle spring water.
Several cures for physical ailments and a cure for homosexuality are easily cured by drinking the miracle spring water
Popoff, who has previously been rebuked by UK regulators, made claims about the product’s supposed miraculous powers and aired testimonies from members of his congregation as he invited viewers to order it.

The way it works in Canada is the party in power ( in this case the Liberals ) choose THEIR leader..and thus this results in this leader becoming the Prime Minister. Usually the party Leader runs in a general election and the winning party has deemed their leader by then.
Not in this case with Carney
Unfortunately, Carney is exploiting a loophole that allows him to come in UNelected and assume the Prime Minister role.
As it stands…approx. 150,000 Liberal party delegates have made Carney the Prime Minister over 40 Million Canadians.
