The Democrats are using the judiciary to cover up their corrupt operations and theft of taxpayers’ money.
If you will notice, the slew of judges countermanding Trump’s executive orders are themselves issuing executive orders, and they are doing so with no reference to law. Instead, they are ruling that Trump’s executive orders are harming someone, including illegal immigrant-invaders who are not US citizens. This is outrageous. Harm is a subjective standard. Moreover, the judges are overlooking the harm that their rulings do.
What can Trump do? Like Andrew Jackson, he could ignore the judges. He could order the federal marshall’s, who report to the president and not to the judiciary, to cease delivering the judges’ edicts and to stop providing any service to the judges other than life protection.
The rulings by these judges are so egregious that they demonstrate both that some judges are in on the grift and the danger to Democrats from having their corruption revealed is so great that it has to be prevented by having the judiciary dictate to the executive.
We have judges blocking Trump’s order against birthright citizenship which prevents illegals from gaining US citizenship by illegally entering the US in order to give birth. Such births are known as “anchor babies” as they result in citizenship for the entire family. How corrupt does a judge have to be to claim that the Constitution provides nefarious ways for foreigners to acquire US citizenship?
We have judges ordering Trump to reinstate federal funding for private NGOs working to undermine foreign governments and to spread sexual perversion and anti-white woke propaganda. Judges ordering the continuation of these harmful activities are arguing that it is harmful to prevent harm. Moreover, many and probably most of these NGOs are grift money-laundering operations dumping taxpayers’ money into the hands of Democrats and their children via NGO salaries and grants. Judges are even ordering Trump to continue financing private DEI and gender operation websites.
Judges do not have executive powers. They can interpret existing law and the Constitution, but not on the basis of some subjective factor as their personal notion of harm or their determination to cover up corruption.
I predicted that Trump’s attempt to restore America would be tied down in lawsuits aided and abetted by a corrupt judiciary. Something must be done about judicial overreach or the renewal of America is a lost cause.

Solution…..as a last resort….roving assassins who first warn them to stop their corrupt activities…..then if civil war breaks out all bets are off.
We in NZ have a major problem with freemasons…..there are a LOT of them.

This shows that in the US as everywhere else in the Anglo-Saxon world the judiciary is not independent of the executive. But the US judiciary is independent of the Trump executive so they must be calling the shots of another executive. Clearly, the Deep State executive.
Anti-democratic movements like the neo-cons in the US and globalist movements like the WEF, WHO etc, will have found it easier to infiltrate then take over more left-leaning parties than conservative ones. Conservative parties are not as open to new membership, new ideas and new money as the ‘open shop’ lefties are, so they were more at risk of being overtaken by anti-democratic powers with establishment links behind them; and as they already controlled most of the taxation and money-spend policies, PCR’s supply-side economic model of the late-’70s, early-’80s slushed them all the money they could ever use. It’s no longer money they’re after–they’ve pretty much got it all. Now they’re just after all the power.

I concur, the USA and even Europe judiciary system has all been bought out by big money. Most are from the same corrupted tribes and from the DEI circles who are inept at most things they do. They are all grifters. Just take the example of what these grifters have stood up for, when it came to the covid19 scam, All covering up for criminal big pharma.

Judges most certainly may rule on the basis of subjectivity, when they hold a court of Equity.
Could this be motivation for moving practise from Law to Equity? It certainly is so and has been since the early 1990’s in anti-family “law”.
Blackstone warned us centuries ago that Law could function very well without Equity. It would be harsh and functional.
Equity cannot function, he said, without Law and this is what we are experiencing.
How did he put it? Equity is like a man’s shoe size, very particular and dependent on his comfort.
All true. Woke judges have freely usurped both the legislative and executive powers and applied their new and incorrect interpretations of the Constitution. Cleaning out the DoJ may be the toughest challenge Trump faces.
While I have an issue with most “executive orders” as there is nothing in the Constitution granting any sort of sweeping authority like that. the particular actions cited by Roberts above are not only sensible, but necessary.
There are a slew of judges out there who deserve to get dragged out of the courtrooms by their ankles, beaten in the streets, and strangled with their own robes or hanged. We’ll see if Chump moves forward with impeachment proceedings against those deranged power-mad agents of treachery and treason.
Who will rule? Who cares? If you have to ask, you don’t know that we the people make our own rules.
