After a bishop at the National Cathedral prayer service for the inauguration on Tuesday implored Donald Trump to “have mercy upon” immigrants and LGBTQ+ people, many have spoken out about the remarks – including Trump himself.

Firstly, the church, from the bible, specifically forbids women to preach the gospel:
1 Timothy 2:12, which states, “I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet.”
Ephesians 5:21-24: “Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.”
She advocates for homosexuality and immigration also, both forbidden in the bible:
Leviticus 18:22, which states, “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.” Another relevant verse is Leviticus 20:13, which says, “If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death; their blood is upon them.”
Genesis 30:40, which speaks of Jacob separating his lambs and making them face toward the striped and all the black in the flock of Laban, and he put his own herds apart, not mixing them with Laban’s flock. There is consistent narrative, throughout the bible to keep the bloodlines pure, as the bible is about the ‘generations of Adam’ and Noah being ‘perfect in his generations’ meaning not mixed.
