In the two days since Damascus fell to the “liberating” rebels, the Syria situation has moved on apace.
Bashar al-Assad and his family – rumoured to have been in a plane crash on Sunday – are now confirmed alive having been granted asylum in Moscow, according to Russian sources.
The rebel leaders – no longer considered “terrorists” by the UK, and with a change of wardrobe to prove it – have already sat down with the Syrian Prime Minister to discuss the transfer of power:

They have also reportedly issued a general amnesty for any soldiers who fought for the Assad government.
Meanwhile Israel is carving out “buffer zones” from Syria’s southwest and blasting Syria’s air defenses with bombs, completely unopposed.
With all this coming so thick and fast, people are asking questions.
- How did a “frozen conflict” thaw and resolve in just 10 days?
- Was there some betrayal involved?
- Or has a deal been done?
Certainly the passivity of the Syrian government and armed forces in the face of the apparent assault was noteworthy, as The Duran pointed out twitter:

It’s reminiscent of the “chaotic” US withdrawal, which saw tons of weapons and equipment “accidentally” left behind for Taliban forces and thousands of prisoners “accidentally” freed. Easily interpretable as part of an agreement after the fact.
Is that the case here?
Or is it all in service of “Greater Israel”, as others claim?

Some say the US and Israel with Turkey’s help tried to set a trap for Russia and Iran by overthrowing their ally Syria, expecting them both to come to Assad’s aid and becoming bogged down in the conflict. This would have hindered Russia’s actions in Ukraine and allowed Israel-US to attack Iran’s assets in Syria.
Both countries let Assad fall and withdrew from Syria, and can watch US-Israel-Turkey become bogged down with the situation they created. Turkey may see the Kurds try for their own country; the US faces Kurds and Islamists wanting to control Syria’s oilfields; and Israel has an Al Queda affiliate on its north east border, which can move south into Jordan and attack it from its east. Then there’s who is allied with who, who will fight who and who looks like wresting control from all three countries. It may get messy.
Russia and especially Iran can use US-Israeli tactics of taking these Islamist alliances and differences to cause all sorts of mischief. They’re not in the country but they can still use it to great advantage.

Frank: The Jews can be stopped if we join together in opposition. In the case of the Bolshevik takeover of Russia, the Jews capitalized on divisions in the opposition forces, and this was essential to their ultimate victory, which enabled them to murder 20-60 million Russians. The current opposition, which includes us, has a similar problem. Race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, and political affiliation are commonly used by the Jews to incite division in the opposition. Don’t fall for it!!!
