Iran will simultaneously destroy all of Israel’s energy facilities if the regime attempts any new aggression against Iran, warns IRGC’s deputy-in-command.
General Ali Fadavi told the Lebanese television channel Al-Mayadeen on Friday that the Israeli regime will risk its existence if it attacks Iran.
“If the occupying entity makes a mistake, we will target all its energy resources, power plants, refineries, and gas fields.”
He pointed out that Iran is a large and vast country with many economic centers, while Israel has only three power stations and several refineries.
“We can strike them all at once,” the general asserted.
Iran launched Operation True Promise II late Tuesday in response to the Israeli assassination of late Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran in April and also the assassination of late Hezbollah chief Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah along with Iranian military advisor, Brigadier General Abbas Nilforoushan in September.
Iran fired around 200 ballistic missiles at Israel during that operation, saying 90 percent of them hit their targets.
The Israeli regime has vowed to respond to that attack, with some Zionist officials calling for attacks on Iran’s nuclear energy sites, oil fields, and other scientific and economic infrastructure.
Iran has warned to attack the regime’s infrastructure if it wants to respond to the Iranian retaliation.
‘Israel to receive a devastating response’
Meantime, commander of the Iranian Army Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi told Al-Mayadeen on Friday that the Israeli regime would receive a “severe and devastating response” if it engaged in uncalculated actions.
“We have exercised restraint and patience in the past, but we are ready to deliver a precise and destructive blow at the right time,” he said.
He noted that Iran would respond more forcefully than the level of aggression shown by its enemies if they made a mistake at any level.

It is curious that any particular religion thinks itself the true way. Even more curious that schisms resulting in any one religion should make the new factions think themselves carriers of the true message. Be that as it may, the delusions of any group are always amenable to fresh political splintering to suit the worldly force causing it.
When the Arab armies were able to develop coherence around the new religion of Islam, they conquered the proud Persian Empire. The latter of which had fought with the Roman-Byzantine Empire to their mutual destruction, causing a power vacuum filled by the followers of Mohammed.
The Persians — the latter Iranians — were the cultural backbone of Islam as it developed. They might not have been to enamoured of being taken over by tent dwelling Arabs but they rolled with the punch and “accepted” the religion up t0 a point. The Arabs are the Sunnis and the Iranians are the Shiites. The schism was ostensibly based on who inherited Mohammed’s mantel of authority. To me, the schism looks fundamentally ethnic.
People criticising Islam — and it deserves it, as much as Judaism and Christianity — do well to appreciate this. Tom Holland in “In The Shadow of The Sword”, which can be found on YouTube, gives interesting information on the origins of Islam. The Islamic practice of praying five times a day can be traced to the Persian Zoroastrians. The Arabs were the muscle while the defeated Persians were the codifiers of Islam.
Fast forward to the modern era. The strongest supporters of the Palestinians were the Sunni (Arabs) in contradistinction to the Iranians. Maybe ties of ethnicity informed this. Indeed, the Iran-Iraq war was instigated by replacing a pro-Arab Shah by a “fundamentalist” Ayatollah who engaged Iraq — and so disengaged the Iraqi threat to Israel. The Iranians gave Israel oil in return for arms during the conflict.
So, the “Jew” versus “Muslim” dialectic is talked up, but over a thousand years of schism in Islam — Sunni versus Shiite — is never really discussed. I see the Sunnis as the true opponents of Israel not the Shiites. The Sunnis have the ethnic ties with the Palestinians. And I continually make the point that the CIA/MI6 replaced two previous Iranian regimes. Why they can’t do this again if that is what they really want? I maintain “Israel versus Iran” is scripted.
And to inform Rixon Stewart and other who buy their belief systems off the peg from the incestuous half-truther circuit suit wearing BS spouters, why it is scripted, the answer is that TPTB want a bogey man. The wielders of international capital over the last century during after WWII, have always wanted Bogeymen for them to conduct geopolitics.
Now an interesting counterpoint to all of this is the intellect informed by organised religion and responsible for the pretexts — a limited idea of “God” or “fighting for democracy” — for stealing other people’s resources, is likely to be seduced by this new form of “off the peg” “medium is the message” authority in their discernment of how the world works.
