Israel can’t do it now. It might have done 30 years ago after the Soviet collapse, and if the Bush mafia had helped Israel achieve its expansionist aims first and then gone on bootleg liquor raids (oil) from countries with no forces to stop them. Their priority was control of oil and oil prices by deciding who gets oil and who doesn’t. If they had prioritised Israel back then, today they’d be in just as good a shape if not better to go after the oil. So Israel will soon be done, because the Bush mafia was too greedy to wait a few decades.
It’s not like the oil was going anywhere. And now, neither is Israel.
