Merton Council officials watched as the 82-year-old woman fed ducks at a pond and then followed her home and demanded a £150 payment.
She was caught red handed throwing biscuits to the ducks at Morden Hall Park in south west London on Tuesday evening and was allegedly approached by two council staff members.
Darren Dickenson, her neighbour, told the BBC that the warden was “very aggressive and rude” and that the lady did not know she had done anything wrong and was “terrified”.
“They followed Faye [until they were] outside her house and [then they] demanded she pay the fine on the spot.”
She was given a fixed penalty notice for littering and the £150 fine – but the outrage from locals has meant the council has now reversed its decision, the BBC reports.
Morden Hall Park is a National Trust property not run by the council.
A remarkably similar situation played out just outside London in February when Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council fined a 68-year-old woman £100 after she fed the ducks.
The Kent authority later apologised and returned the money.

Sometimes the level of spiritual streetfighting necessary to accomplish such tasks is remarkable, as with all warfare the stakes here are quite high. Part of the reason for this is the determination and resources of that which holds or separates the soul, and the condition in which such exists. The depths and sophistication of the black magic working will not be discussed here, as in truth they are not pertinent to the point. It is more than enough to be aware that black magic exists, and that the doomed resignation assigned to the future, as well as Steiners’ esoteric leaning, provide both motive and opportunity to unleash the attack.
Steiners’ promise of the spirit severing vaccine was an ingenious work of black magic, one where the messenger is revered, held in such high esteem that no one believes him capable of such an act. Exactly as expected from an acolyte of the mechanical god.

I’m quite surprised at Rudolf Steiner. He’s clearly an intellectual and therefore, knowing what he does, I’m somewhat at odds how he was unable to see through the Lucifer deception.
Lucifer never existed, that is in the concept of a fallen angel and/or being Satan.
There is only one mention of Lucifer in the bible and that was from the Latin Vulgate and latter translations. The Hebrew bible used the word ‘Helel’, which translates as ‘shining one’ or ‘morning star’ and the Greek Septuagint used the word Ἑωσφόρος’ which translates as ‘morning star’ or ‘light bringer’.
The passage comes from Isiah 14:12 (Amplified Bible):
“How you have fallen from heaven,
O star of the morning [light-bringer], son of the dawn!
You have been cut down to the ground,
You who have weakened the nations [king of Babylon]!”
So the individual in question here was King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, not any fallen angel. It is clear that people deliberately took the Latin for light bringer, to depict a being instead of whom the passage actually described. And from then onwards a deception was created.
The Book of Enoch speaks of ‘Samyaza’ (also Shamhazai, Aza or Ouza) who was the leader of the Watchers, sent to oversee mankind and who later sinned. They took the daughters of Adam and Eve for themselves and thus created the Nephilim. The latter Book of Giants speaks of how the Nephilim took “200 Beasts of the Field and sinned against them”. In other words they created the many chimeras, spoken about in Greek, Roman and all other world mythologies. This is where the black and Asian peoples come from. They are chimeras – of man and primate (ape). Over time they have mixed more and more with whites which has softened their features, but nonetheless, this is where they originate from.
The bible clearly promotes the simple fact that Adam and Eve were white. Therefore their offspring would be white too (other than Cain who was of Satan [Hebrew for adversary]), which would mean after the flood the descendants of Noah were also white – Ham, Shem & Japheth.
