Twenty-three years after Sept 11, 2001, millions of Americans believe the attacks were orchestrated by Osama bin Laden and nineteen guys with box cutters.You probably know some people like that yourself, people who refuse to accept reality and cling to the lies they’ve been told. If so, I suggest you remove those folks from your life. That might sound harsh, so let me explain in simple language why it’s so important.

So let me ask you, if someone is so completely unconcerned about the brutal murder of 3,000 or more of their fellow citizens, just how concerned do you think they are with you and your life? I’ll tell you how concerned they are. They couldn’t care less about you.
Believing that Osama bin Laden was responsible for 9/11 is also a sign of stupidity. How dumb does a person have to be in order to believe that two planes knocked down three World Trade Center buildings, or that any plane could knock down a steel-framed building, or that fire could bring down a steel-framed building?
How infinitely gullible does one have to be to think it was merely a colossal coincidence that the 9/11 attacks occurred at the exact same time that NORAD was conducting drills involving hijacked planes being flown into New York City skyscrapers?
Included with these fools are cowards – people who haven’t researched the issue out of fear. I know someone like that. She prides herself on being a truth-teller, but on this issue she folded like a cheap tent.

Far better to simply remove those people from your circle of friends and acquaintances. Doing so will automatically increase the quality of your life.

We now await the Pope to say he does not believe in God or that Christ was his Son. Nothing would surprise us.
Over the past thousand years, thanks to the rediscovery of branches of Aristotle’s wisdom, we have seen a great flourishing in the sciences and in diversity, as well as with materialism. However, his ethics in advocating that happiness is to be found in living a virtuous life simply was never strong enough to sustain or contain the spread of Western materialism and greed which devours everything in its path. Neither can it be said that Socratic or Platonic justice without religion and without the belief in a personal, loving, and all-good God, above and over all, has been sufficient to curb our evil tendencies and base appetites.
Once your remove the God factor, all of these ways of being selective regarding our moral principles and restrictions, simply leads to moral relativism and a license to do really anything you want to, provided you have the power. To the ruling class, we live in a dog-eat-dog world where the principle of “might-makes-right” and “the ends justify the means are the only real restrains on them. Natural law theory, rule-of-law theory, social contract theory, Platonic justice, the Aristotelian golden mean, Lockian innate rights, Mill’s utilitarianism, the Kantian categorical imperative, Hegelian state absolutism, some may say are the roots of Western civilization, but none of them have the authority or motivational power to sustain really anything in the way of goodness without the spiritual one I mention. In fact, in getting rid of God, Western materialism, individualism and State absolutism have all helped clear the way for the power elites to remove all moral restraints in their way, allowing them to impose upon us their totalitarian regimes.
When we now try to obtain from those who ought to be our moral and religious leaders, moral condemnations regarding the mass deceptions and heinous crimes against humanity, all we get is either silence or more lies.
The US is the most powerful and the richest nation in history, and accordingly it is the most corrupt. Half of the population appears to want to deconstruct the nation likely for misguided ideas about equality and because of the nations unrestrained plundering. The other half appears to want to make their nation “great” again. There is no question on either side that the US has lost its greatness. But has there been any care in articulating what they really mean by being “great”. It is a word which appears to have any real meaning outside of being rich, famous, and top dog.
