Jamal Trulove, a California man wrongfully convicted of murder, is speaking out against Vice President Kamala Harris, recalling a haunting moment during his trial when he says she laughed in his face after securing his conviction. Harris, who served as San Francisco’s prosecutor at the time, played a key role in putting Trulove behind bars for a crime he did not commit. Trulove’s conviction was later overturned, but only after he spent six years in prison.
During an interview on The Art of Dialogue, Trulove described how Harris’ reaction to the guilty verdict felt like a personal taunt. “We locked eyes this one time, and she laughed,” Trulove said. “She literally just, like, kind of busted out laughing. Almost as if she was pointing like, ‘ha-ha.’” Though no pointing occurred, Trulove says the laugh still haunts him, reminding him of the injustice he suffered.
Trulove was sentenced to 50 years in prison for the 2007 murder of his friend Seu Kuka, a crime he was framed for by corrupt police officers. After his exoneration in 2015, Trulove filed a civil suit against the city of San Francisco and was awarded $13.1 million in compensation. His case was marked by evidence fabrication and witness coercion, leading to a civil jury finding that two homicide detectives violated his civil rights.
Harris has faced ongoing criticism for her record as a prosecutor, particularly her efforts to uphold convictions even when evidence of misconduct emerged. Critics like Loyola Law School’s Lara Bazelon have called out Harris for fighting to maintain wrongful convictions secured through tampered evidence and suppressed information. Trulove, now an advocate for criminal justice reform, says he will be supporting President Donald Trump in the upcoming election.

In case you missed it, just a few weeks ago, our friends at the Center for Medical Progress released a new round of undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood executives discussing selling organs from babies they aborted.
In the videos, Tram Nguyen, RN – Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast’s Vice President of Abortion Access – bragged about how she commits abortions to save the priciest body parts, stating:
“I’m like, ‘Yeah, I have a leg for you!’ I’m like, oh s—t, if other people were to hear me, they’d be like, ‘You are f—king evil.”
In another video, abortionist Dr. Ann Schutt-Aine bragged how she’ll “pull off a leg, or two” to skirt the federal ban on partial-birth abortion.
These videos were recorded YEARS ago.
But they were banned from being released until now because of Kamala Harris.
You see, in 2015, the Center for Medical Progress created a firestorm when it released undercover videos, recorded by my friend David Daleiden, showing Planned Parenthood staffers:
* Exclaim, “It’s another boy!” as a “technician” picked through the remains of an aborted baby;
* Admit they alter abortions to salvage preborn baby parts, saying things like “I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above [the heart, lung, and liver], and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact;”
* State that dead fully-formed, intact babies would be “just a matter of line items” for Planned Parenthood workers to fulfill;
* Joke, “I want a Lamborghini,” with all the money they hope to make from the sale of freshly-aborted baby parts.
As Attorney General of California, Kamala Harris responded by going after Planned Parenthood, right?
WRONG!
Kamala Harris’ response was to authorize the raid and seizure of the rest of the undercover videos, which a court order banned from being released until now.
Not only that, but David Daleiden was charged with EIGHT FELONIES for daring to expose the truth about Planned Parenthood.
Guy, it’s no coincidence that legal attacks on pro-lifers have skyrocketed since Kamala Harris became Vice President.
Just consider how the Biden-Harris Department of Justice went after pro-life protester Paulette Harlow – a DYING grandmother. At her sentencing, the judge snickered, “Make every effort to stay alive” while in jail.
I’d say this is heartless, but what do you expect from people who think killing babies is wonderful.
She is the pro-abortion, lawfare candidate for President.
And she will do whatever it takes to DESTROY the Pro-Life Movement and build on her radical pro-abortion record, which includes:
>>> Becoming the first Vice President in American history to visit an abortion facility. As she spoke to the press inside a building where innocent little boys and girls are slaughtered, Vice President Harris had the audacity to blast pro-life laws for being “immoral” – as if protecting innocent life is evil;
>>> Voting AGAINST the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act as a U.S. Senator. This bill would have simply required that babies who are born alive after a botched abortion receive proper medical care. But Kamala Harris would rather these babies simply be left to die screaming on cold hospital tables before their little bodies are trashed;
>>> Praising efforts to shut down Pregnancy Resource Centers to ensure Planned Parenthood can commit as many abortions as possible and keep funneling profits into the campaigns of radical pro-abortion politicians; and
>>> Refusing to name a single abortion limit she’d support and supported Biden-Harris Administration efforts to impose late-term abortion on all 50 states in the country – all paid for by taxpayers.
Guy, this is as evil as evil gets.
If Kamala Harris gets elected, every pro-lifer will have a target on their back.
Including me.

If you and I don’t send a message against this madness, I’m worried the great “defenders of Democracy” in the Biden-Harris Administration will start hurling you and me in jail – simply for being pro-life.
If that sounds unbelievable, the University of Maryland’s START project – which is affiliated with the Department of Homeland Security – listed Students for Life as a terrorist group!
Not only that, but you may have seen a few weeks ago how the U.S. Army held a training session at Fort Liberty that labeled pro-life Americans, even those who simply have a pro-life license plate, to be potential domestic “terrorists”. . .
Guy, this is the ugly face behind the mask the media has put on Kamala Harris.
The American people need to see it.
