A prominent Republican doctor who is seeking a U.S. Senate seat in the state of Kansas has announced the launch of a full investigation into Google over bias and censorship claims.
On X, Dr. Roger Marshall revealed that he wants to get to the bottom of Google’s restrictions on the free flow of information, seeing as how it has become the world’s number-one search engine.
“No more hiding behind your algorithm – your time is up,” Dr. Marshall wrote, calling Google “a propaganda wing of the Left.”

Google censoring searches for information about Trump assassination attempt
In a July 31 letter to Sundar Pichai, Google’s CEO, Dr. Marshall addressed Google’s censorship of information about the assassination attempt on Donald Trump at the former president’s July 13 rally in Butler, Penn.
Accusing the search engine giant of violating Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA), Dr. Marshall wrote that omitting suggestions “to the most obvious and recent victim of an assassination attempt shows a willful discrimination against President Trump and users of your search engine.”
“Furthermore, Google’s decision to selectively erect hurdles to those seeking to obtain more information regarding one of the most important events in recent American history places you in the role of information arbiter, well beyond the scope of your firm’s purported purpose,” Dr. Marshall continued.
Since Google advertises its search engine as an aggregator, it is criminal for the company to censor search results due to political bias.
“If Google wishes to become to [sic] a publishing firm or editor, Congress could then regulate accordingly by removing the sacred Section 230 protections your firm has long used to silence conservative voices,” Dr. Marshall warned Pichai.
Google insists that “no manual action” is censoring its search results, but Dr. Marshall is not buying it, nor are many others who are privy to what Google is really doing behind the scenes.
Either far fewer people than expected were searching Google for information about the Trump assassination attempt, or Google is censoring its autocomplete function to avoid pointing people in the direction of information about what was reported to have happened in Butler.
“If the autocomplete function is truly reflective of the recent searches completed on Google, the self-learning algorithms should have easily adjusted their autocomplete function during a massive increase in search queries over the last two weeks,” Dr. Marshall wrote.
Since Google’s own employees have come forward in the past to claim that the company’s standard is to play “whatever political side of the fence” the country is on, Dr. Marshall is convinced that a hidden conspiracy is taking place with Google’s algorithms.
To get to the bottom of what is allegedly occurring at Google, Dr. Marshall and his colleagues are planning to do everything within their power to probe the Alphabet umbrella company for evidence of lies and wrongdoing – and they want answers by no later than August 9.
The goal is to have the truth on full display before the November election so American voters can make a more informed decision about who to choose.
“When searching for Trump rally, Google’s top picks are for Kamala Harris,” alleged someone in response to Dr. Marshall’s post. “This is total election interference.”
Another urged Dr. Marshall to also look into potential White House involvement in Google censorship. It happened during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic,” and it is more than likely happening again with the Trump assassination attempt.
