I have repeatedly uttered into the the internet void since the outbreak of the war between Russia and the Ukraine that because it was started by globalist-run regimes, that it was in all probably one more pretext like CO2 global warming and the Covid Plandemic another pretext for a globalist NWO government culminating in “the mother of all perils” that of a “threat” or a WWIII. If the threat does not work, then they will most certainly give us the real thing. Webb is right. Everything is being scripted to that end.
The NWO globalists are following a timetable for UN Agenda 21 from the 1992 Rio World Summit which used “the environment” as the pretext to replace national powers for a world government with centralized globalist powers over resources, trade, currencies, development, production, consumption, mobility and eventually even reproduction. In one way it was all “descriptive” because the major banking, financial, industrial, and corporate powers had already gone “international” and were in complete control of most nations on the globe, including Russia, China, and India. Still, the participants representing our nations and the global elite’s at Rio knew that most people in the world wanted to control their national governments and their own destinies.
The globalist centralizing plans clearly indicated all powers on the planet would be concentrated into fewer and fewer hands, and each of our governments and all national and international plutocrats involved in Agenda 21 knew they would have to either cooperate with or participate in all of the planning, schemes and psyops to bring about the New World Order vision being advanced. The planning for a world government went back at least as far back to the 18th century with philosophers such as Emmanuel Kant with the idea of ending wars between nations. However, back then the thinking was generally Christian-based with a strong emphasis of reform through enlightened consciences in every institution, none of which people would have countenanced the massive deceptions, fearmongering, and oppression which the moderns since WWII have devised to bring about their New World Order controls.
Agenda 21 allegedly was “not binding” despite the representatives of our shill governments endorsing it. Of course, and idea that the plans of the most powerful people on the planet were not “binding” was a lie. Hundreds of billions were already being devoted to the effort, and the money made out of nothing by the ruling money power was to be no obstacle. All of our governments have been in lockstep by supporting every mass deception, fearmongering & brainwashing campaign, wars and crimes against humanity ever since.
In 1992 the Soviet Union coincidentally was collapsed at the same time with the entire Marxist international agreeing to work with the banksters to bring about the centralized and totalitarian globalist controls under a one-world government. Thus we have the marriage between communism and monopolistic capitalism, which is characteristic of the totalitarian globalist movement in its entirety.
Already working hard for the globalist cause before 1992 were many leading foundations which were mainly tax havens for the trillions made from flogging Chinese goods on our unprotected markets (Rockefeller, Gates, Clinton etc.). Preparing the key pretext for the Rio World Summit and Agenda 21 in 1992, they trotted out the fake global warming scare beginning in earnest in the 1980’s. Then of course, with every nation of the alleged “affluent and greedy” West having more than its share of everything, free trade with China was serving the purpose of leveling things such that every Western nation from 1979 which was a “creditor” nation was being brought down to being a “debtor” nation. This was done for each of our Western nations by the end of that century.
For the leveling purposes, “debt” and “fear of debt” were to be principle tools and pretexts to do away with any notions of national independence or self determination. Thus, in 1999 President Clinton repealed the Glass-Steagall Act which prevented commercial banks from speculative risk-taking to avoid a financial crisis experienced during the Great Depression, and predictably from that repeal what occurred was the 2007–2008 financial crisis, or “the global financial crisis (GFC)”, which was the most severe worldwide economic crisis since the Great Depression. What that crises enabled the globalist banksters to do was to start the process of Quantum Easement where, first hundreds of billions of money (i.e. “debt”) were created out of nothing, leading to what we saw in 2020 where our privately-owned central banks stretched QE to trillions and trillions, and then to infinity. Debt means dependency and control and that is what globalism and the NWO is essentially all about.
The later Agenda 2030 which Pope Francis opened in NYC in 2015 (a Marxist pope no doubt appointed for the occasion) are the first 17 “ostensible” goals to be achieved in carrying out the 1992 Agenda 21, the global-elite plans for the 21st century. Agenda 2020 is made up of a number of humanitarian-carrot pretexts about the environment, clean water, education, and equality all somehow justifying nation and democracy deconstructing, personal rights cancellation, and the institutionalization of mass deceptions, perception management, engineered crises, fearmongering, and oppression as to the principal means of governance of the masses. That is what is really going on.

It’s rather convenient how the opening of the Olympics had the various dignitaries, celebrities and athletes all there, even though the country is supposedly suffering all kinds of transport problems.
