    Times of India has a short video about a blast and fire at a General Dynamics facility in southern Arkansas which produces components and explosives for various small missiles and, crucially, 155mm artillery shells. The factory had increased production to meet demand so that may account for the blast but I think Russia is the most likely suspect, maybe for that ATACMS blast at Sevastopol.

    The State Governor is former Trump advisor and White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders. She’s worked for some nasty people including Tom Cotten and GW Bush but it’s unlikely it’s a message to her for anything she’s said or voted for. It’s what it produces which is why it was likely targeted.
