When “The Ninth Gate” was released in 1999, critics found the movie pointless. But that’s because they completely missed the point of the movie. When The Ninth Gate was first released in 1999, it wasn’t a big commercial success. Critics said the movie “meandered aimlessly” and had a “lackluster ending” that not even Johnny Depp’s star power could save.
At first glance, the critics were correct: The Ninth Gate appears to be about Johnny Depp running around various countries while lighting cigarettes at every opportunity he gets. And after about two hours, the movie ends in a rather anti-climactic way.
But at second glance, these critics completely missed the movie’s point. The Ninth Gate is not a Pirates of the Caribbean-style adventure but a highly symbolic story of initiation where the protagonist’s “meandering” is actually an allegorical ritual, and the “anti-climatic ending” is nothing less than spiritual illumination guided by the Whore of Babylon in the flesh.
However, none of this is spelled out in the movie; it is all meant to be decoded. Indeed, the movie’s underlying meaning can only be understood once the symbols and occult references peppered throughout the film are pieced together, like Corso (Johnny Depp’s character) pieces together pages from a Satanic book.
Maybe that explains why, after being panned by critics, the movie is now considered a cult classic. Here’s a look at the much-overlooked meaning of The Ninth Gate.
A Roman Polanski Movie

Truth to tell, I see Polanski as a very detestable man, all the more so due to a high quality intellect but depraved through his jew indoctrination that contaminated his soul right to the core (pedophilia is the least of it).
I saw his movie Tenant when it came out and was impressed and revolted in equal measure—sensed something dark and dirty, which as I understand now existentially typifies jew kernel.
But to repeat—no denying Polanski’s talent or grappling with desperately ugly notions that grease skids to perdition.
Sort of like Kubrick, who however as a much better quality person kept grip on basic morality.
OK, having said this without reading the Vigilant article, let’s see how far off the mark I am.
What is with this weirdo scumbag’s obsession with referring to these sick predators as the “elite”?
First, there is nothing “elite” about the sewage of humanity, factually and otherwise. That is, the predators on a whole do not posses any special abilities or aptitudes that set them apart, aside perhaps from excelling in psychopathy.
More importantly, referring to the scum as “elite” is a devious obfuscation tactic. It hides real people behind a vague pseudonym. Who exactly are these so-called “elites”, i.e. sewage of humanity, that this scumbag is referring to?
Weird! Weren’t the Cathars serving the good side and the Pope and French king the evil? Whatever the case, it’s not likely the Cathars were baddies, all murdered by agents of the Pope, who represents (and serves) Satan. Polamsku was certainly a Satanista, though.
A watchable film, but not one of my favorites. You’d be better off watching ‘Omen III: The Final Conflict’ (1981) to understand the religious-spiritual conflict between the Aryan (Damien) & the Jew-Christian world system. Polanski is a Jew, so everything they produce is a perversion or distortion of the subject they purport to represent. The author of the review is attempting to link Crowley or Thelema to the new age message of this Jew’s movie, being where ‘humans attempt to find God within themselves.’ Wrong– the Aeon of Horus will be characterized by the overthrow of Judaism, Christianity & Islam to be replaced by a hierarchical caste social system akin to casteism, Fascism or Nazism…now you know.

I have watched the movie The Ninth Gate several times. It is a demonic movie, and does expose much – but not what you think – the movie exposes the lengths humans will go to attain immortality.

First you must bear the truth that no one knows what happens when we die, and the default condition is just death. Afterlife is a fantasy we entertain because we do not want to die.
The movie the Ninth Gate is just theater bullshit about beating death. There are no angels or demons, no god that cares about us, humans are just like all other animals, they die. The difference between us and all the rest of the animal kingdom is our self awareness – we know we exist – and thus human existence is a form of torture.
You know you exist and you know you will die – a cruel joke played on you when aliens created us. The Ninth Gate illustrates the madness that possesses us because of this fundamental condition – that humans are domesticated bipedal self aware slaves terrified of existence and death. So we call out to the gods, who care nothing about us, we imagine heaven, a better life, in the afterlife. It is an illusion, there is only life, and the one you have now is the only one you get.
If you want to understand the real human condition, imagine what would happen if all humans died suddenly, and all the domesticated dogs on earth went feral. They would form packs, fight each other for dominance, most would die. Likewise, when our alien creators (Elohim/Anunnaki) left earth, they tried to kill us off with a big flood, but some of us survived and we went feral.
Like dogs, we formed nation states, who fight for dominance. Jews even wrote a holy book claiming they were the special pets of the gods, and are currently waging a war against all others. Christians who live in complete denial, think some magic Jew man-god will return and save them in some Rapture. LOL The only rapture Christians will experience is being taken up in nuclear stem clouds when Russia nukes us.
It is utter madness for anyone to support Israel, that is like pouring gasoline all over yourself while standing in in a ring of fire – certain death – from thermonuclear explosions.
There are no angels or demons, anyone inside of creation is forced to deal with existence itself – which is cruel, dog eat dog. Those not having died after dragging around a heavy polluted and confused bag of flesh with a god like but very selfish mind in a hell type herd scenario are simply glad to be “home” again and are relieved that it just was a dream that at one or more stages was pretending to be very real.
