The latest federal data from the Centers for Disease Control shows that the fertility rate among U.S. women plummeted to just 1.6 births per woman in 2023.
This is the lowest recorded birth rate since the U.S. government began keeping such statistics in the 1930s. But why? We’ll break it down.
The drop-off in fertility rates for white women fell some 3% from the previous year and stands even lower than the national average. The fertility rate is an estimate of the number of babies a woman would normally have in her lifetime. A rate of 2.1 births per woman is needed for a generation to replace itself. We are not even close to that. And all of Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Russia are in similar free fall. India, the African nations and a few countries in the Middle East are pretty much the only ones experiencing growing populations.
While this catastrophic demographic trend has been in motion for decades in the U.S., the explanations for the fall in reproduction by the corporate media have mostly skirted the crucial factors driving the birth dearth.
In its coverage of the story, The Wall Street Journal’s Jennifer Calfas and Anthony DeBarros cited such factors as “women establishing fulfilling careers,” and that they have more access to contraception.
The most fertile child-bearing group – young women – are putting off motherhood because they are uncertain about the future and are “spending more of their income on homeownership, student debt and child care,” according to The Journal.
Even as Americans fail to replace themselves, the U.S. government has opened up its borders and invited illegal aliens from more than 100 nations to replace dead and dying Americans in the work force.
An article posted by The Burning Platform notes that the reasons The Journal and other commentators give to explain the decline in birth rates are the consequences of what took place in America and the Western world decades ago. Leftists had always wanted to break down and corrupt the traditional family.
According to the article: “A splintered and dysfunctional family structure would be less likely to act as bulwark against the leftist agenda of more government interventions into the private affairs of its citizens.”
One of the ways to accomplish this, the article states, was to get women out of the household and into the work force, as working and career women would have fewer opportunities to have children.
The feminist movement was more than just the attainment of “equal rights” for women. Its main objective was to lead women out of the home and away from their traditional roles as mothers and homemakers. The record drop in birth rates is evidence of how well this plan has worked.
And, as a result, look how much more empowered the government has become over the everyday lives of Americans.
I also would not dismiss the impact that toxic mRNA injections have had on fertility. There have been a few studies that suggest these jabs have had a negative effect on the reproductive organs of both men and women, but more work needs to be done in this area. One thing you can count for certain, you won’t find any government funding or Gates or Rockefeller funding of such studies. They are all on board with the eugenics program to wipe out billions of people and get the global population down to 1 or 2 billion, from the current 8 billion.
WHO expert James Roguski says that one of the major objectives of the proposed WHO Pandemic Treaty and amended International Health Regulations is to fund Big Pharma’s vaccine gravy train with the tax dollars of citizens of wealthy countries. This article is simply spreading hate and racism against all of us in positions of authority doing our best to save the planet and to bring our numbers down to safe levels. The many toxic pollutants coming from overpopulation are killing our planet. This insane idea that the only way a woman or a man can be fulfilled is by having children must end.
The author of this article has really piqued my ire and I am compelled to make a comment and expose him lest he corrupt the minds of the people who are being misled on this site. He is more concerned about sustaining fertility rates to reproduce ourselves than sustaining the planet, and he fails to realized that unless we can radically reduce population levels, the very resources which we depend upon for our survival such as with the production of petrochemicals and fertilizers will over the next 50 years simply run out. People have to wake up and realize that in a matter of decades there will be insufficient fuel even to heat their homes, and there will also be mass starvation, everywhere.
With increased global warming and CO2 levels rising together with ever increasing industrial development and human consumption, our AI modeling at Microsoft predict very clearly and without any human error in the calculations, that there will be massive global draughts and less and less fertile lands to produce food. That is the reason many of us are investing now in the richest farmlands on the globe, which also is to ensure that the food supply sources are properly managed for everyone. There will be fewer and fewer crops to sustain us unless we can bring our numbers in control. Sustaining and reducing CO2 levels, however, will not solve the problem with global warming and climate change which could come from other sources. Already, basic life-support systems in our oceans are being threatened and mainly because of the present dire warming trends, and due to human waste and pollutants.
Either people will have to get used to being less healthy and living shorter lives or they will have to get used to the idea of having less children. We cannot have it both ways, although in our urgency there must be remedies at both ends. This urgency demands that we utilize all our resources to reduce human numbers where those brought into the world and remain are serving some useful purpose to others and are not a burden especially to our environment and ecological systems which are very much overburdened and need immediate relief.
Even if we are wrong about global warming trends, and the earth is actually entering into another cooling stage as some critics say, then we still have to wake up to the fact that rising CO2 levels are still causing “climate change”, which could very likely accelerate the cooling process putting the world into an ice age. The most basic problem remains is that human reproduction must be limited and must become more selective for there to remain any quality of life for those in the future. No matter which way we look at it, all of our sustainability projections come down to the fact that the planet cannot sustain more humans, or more human development, and if there is to be any real quality of life sustainable then it is necessary that we radically reduce fertility rates, and focus more on the quality and desirability of the humans remining to occupy the planet in the future.
When we see that fertility rates in all affluent and developed nations are well below replacement levels to sustain their cultures, then people should not be frightened or upset. Rather, they should rejoice because those cultures are coming back into a proper balance between their numbers and their environment. With advances in medical science and modern technologies over the past 120 years, we have increased life spans such that people are living much longer. Quality of life has increased immeasurable over pre-20th century conditions. Poverty and misery are increasingly on the decline. Nevertheless, sustainable fertility levels of 2.1 children per woman with unsustainable resources and food production will still destroy any quality of life we have achieved.
Our family-planning organizations and our foundations have worked tirelessly over the past 70 years through our governments, major corporations, the media, advertising, and the entertainment industry to change social norms and mores especially with respect to this ingrained idea that human fulfillment really has anything at all to do with having or coming from a secure and happy family environment. With our efforts it is becoming increasingly more clear that the real center and dependencies of our lives has become more focused on our corporate and government institutions and social services, and that people generally are much more secure and happy than being left to themselves.
We have observed articles and comments on this site and many other internet sites flaunting their prudish and backward views while poisoning the minds of innocent people in spreading such nonsense as found in this article. In addition to alarming the people about declining fertility rates, which we have worked so hard to achieve, they even decry the lower sperm counts and testosterone levels in males. With our efforts and advancements in the field of human fertility, women have been liberated from being chattels chained to a kitchen and being machines simply to have babies and to rear them. Our advances in medical science have given women the pill, IUD’s, tubal ligations, and safe abortions. Vasectomies have been made more available to men.
With respect to our efforts over human reproduction, where women once used to look for a man first for security to have children in the structures of a permanent marriage, and then romance, they are now free and generally prefer that romance and sexual fulfillment instead. If marriage and security is more desirable for many, then at least most now know that such is not more attainable than being single. Men generally in any case do not want the responsibility of marriage, mortgages and children, and as sexual beings they generally want sex without consequences. Women now see this as some kind of right, which is a very great advancement for humanity.
Over the past decades it has taken us a great deal of time, money and effort through our governments, the media, advertising, and the entertainment industry to swing the mores of the people from having and building stable marriages and having children to our modern norms, where now the ideal for most women is that they can have and rear one child and at the same time also to be free and independent to have a career or a job. The task of separating people from their more archaic and religiously ingrained norms to preserve marriages and have children, has now become an established art and a science in all developed nations of the West. This is an area where our advances in perception management technologies and psychologies have become the most rewarding and effective. However, to actually lower fertility rates and achieve our desired population reductions for the entire planet, we have found that we must do much more than just separate human sexuality from marriage and the desire to have children. By increasing the demand for gratuitous safe sex through legalised pornography and prostitution mainly for the benefit of men, and with “accidents” for women being remedied with greater access to abortion services and ever-improving abortifacient drugs, what we have achieved in addition to a breakdown of that obsolete institution of marriage and the separation of sex from fertility, is the breakdown and separation of sex and fertility from gender.
Also, through our vaccine programs and to some extent through additives in the food chain and water supplies, sperm counts and testosterone levels have been reduced for most men in the West. Estrogen levels in males have also increased, and this is a very good thing. Not only are men generally more passive, receptive, and compliant than in the past, but there is a greater tendency for them to be attracted to their own sex, and to homosexual desires and relationships. That trend was also greatly fostered both socially and psychologically together with social and media programming beginning some 70 years ago in order to make the conduct appear normal.
The way many of the women have reacted to the feminization of men, is also very promising. Not being able to find a male partner interested in marriage, or having children, they have found it increasingly more difficult to find a male interested in heterosexual activity. More women as a result are turning to pornography and lesbian relationships than ever in the past.
As we watch the fertility rates continue to decrease in the most affluent nations, by 2030 more people will wake up to the fact without children there simply is more to go around, with the quality of their lives much improved and easer to attain. I may not agree with my good friend Professor Schwab that by 2030 most people will “own” nothing and be happy. In fact, our AI projections at Microsoft indicate that less people will likely own more, but because there will be less people altogether there will be more to go around, although the ownership class may also be reduced somewhat in numbers.
What is projected and which will be very good for our ecosystems is that by 2030 there will be less families, far less children, and accordingly, this insane idea of women or men calling the children they birth as “theirs”, or “their children”, as if they have some rights or entitlement over them will be extinguished for all time.
