Emergency legislation to combat the anti-vax campaign WILL COST LIVES. It will result in excess mortality.
We recall that the COVID-19 vaccine was rolled-out in several phases in England and Wales starting on December 8, 2020 (See Michel Chossudovsky)
The upward movement in excess mortality (%) confirmed by official statistics commenced in 2021. According to the Lancet:
The UK Office for National Statistics (ONS) has calculated that there were 7.2% or 44,255 more deaths registered in the UK in 2022 based on comparison with the five-year average (excluding 2020).[1]
This persisted into 2023 with 8.6% or 28,024 more deaths registered in the first six months of the year than expected.[1]
The Continuous Mortality Investigation (CMI) found a similar excess (28,500 deaths) for the same period using different methods.[3]
England and Wales: Mortality and Morbidity pertaining to Malignant Neoplasm.
A recent study on vaccine related excess mortality conducted by the team of Edward Dowd confirms the nature of the mRNA vaccine.
Dowd’s method was to analyze the number of deaths attributed to cancer in England and Wales between 2010 and 2022 [based on data] from the U.K. Office for National Statistics
He compared excess death rates, the difference between observed deaths and the baseline for expected deaths, before and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
He established a baseline of normal cancer death rates from 2010-2020 that was remarkably consistent with few deviations, he said — until the cancer death rates rose significantly in late 2021 in the U.K. following the vaccine rollout”
The table below pertains to excess deaths related to malignant neoplasm (cancerous tumor) in England and Wales, recorded in three consecutive years: 2020, 2021, and 2022 vs. a 10 year trend (2010-2019).
The data for excess mortality in 2020 (the year prior to the vaccine) are negative with the exception of “malignant neoplasm without specification of site”.

- A 120% increase in fatal melanomas among men and a 35% increase in women.
- A 35% increase in brain cancer deaths among men and a 12% rise in women.
- A 60% increase in cancer death rates among men in cancers “without site specification” and a 55% increase among women.

Covid vaccines could be partly to blame for the rise in excess deaths since the pandemic, scientists have suggested.

Reliable US stats as to actual people dying without reference to the fudged and unreliable “official cause of death” numbers, according to Edward Dowd, financial analyst for the life and disability insurance industry, show that even with Covid in 2020, the peak year of the virus, there were no “excess deaths” in the US or in the world. The Covid bioweapon virus was real and lethal for those who were very vulnerable and denied proper treatment protocols, but the global dashboard numbers posted by most Western governments were grossly exaggerated. However, the most startling exposure from Dowd’s research is that in the two years of Covid vaccines to the end of 2023, the excess deaths alone in the US were 15 million, and there is no other cause to explain this huge anomaly than it being from the Covid vaccines.
For the US, which is a nation where its corrupt authorities report that 70% of the people are “fully vaccinated”, which is most likely less (because they were doing all they could to force the vaccines on the people) – that reliable 15 million “excess death” number is most likely from the vaccines, and in terms of deaths per thousand, it works out NOT to one in a thousand, but over 5 in a thousand, which is 5 times the alleged UK numbers, with a population more “fully” jabbed than in the US.
Our governments, and especially those in the UK and the US blatantly jacked up official death numbers from the virus in 2020 way beyond the world average. At one point before August 2020 the UK was posting numbers some 7 times the world average, while the US was 5 times that average, with France, Spain and an number of Rothschild-owned nations exaggerating the same fashion. In the US, in the months after March in 2020 when death numbers and ER visits from the virus did not materialize (as the Plandemic planners likely expected) the corrupt authorities had to improvise to maintain the scare and to keep the restrictions in place, and in a very crude and obvious ways they began to call any death they could a “Covid death”. Not only was there a great deal of money and many pressures applied through our the health-care systems to jack up the death numbers to maintain the scare, but in many nations right from the beginning and to get the pandemic scare started, the unrefuted evidence is of mass murder with the deliberate withholding of protocols and medications which would have saved the vulnerable suffering the worst symptoms and dying horrible deaths.
As for all of the death-number fudging, the UK was just too far out of line in the propaganda, and in August of 2020 it brought down its posted dashboard numbers from over 7 times the world average to the American average of 5 times.
After August of 2020, Covid death numbers after August became corrupted in most jurisdictions in such an universal and identical way that it signaled orders coming from some international military command centre. Our health-care agencies were forced first to use totally unreliable PCR testing methods in order to exaggerate infection rates (with well over 40% false positive findings in most jurisdictions) to maintain the scare, and secondly with great international uniformity they were ordered to call any death where a person may have had Covid, despite even dying from natural causes, as a “Covid death”. Many of us monitored the entire process from a ring-side seats, but our alarms fell on deaf ears.
What this fudging with Covid deaths and vaccines deaths means is that except for people actually dying, which they have a hard time hiding, is that we cannot do real and trustworthy epidemiology or have any reliance on what our health-care agencies and governments consider a causes of death anymore. The data has been so corrupted with the globalist top-down Plandemic interventions that you cannot do any reliable mortality studies, or even reliable morbidity studies regarding the virus or even with respect to many other causes of death or morbidity. In the process of exaggerating the number of Covid deaths, the stats for deaths from other causes also become corrupted and unreliable.
As we shoot forward in time to the vaccine deaths, because there are so many of them, and because our corrupt heath-care agencies and governments are now corrupting the records by falsely recorded people dying with unexpectedly as “unvaccinated”, reliable mortality and morbidity studies are again stymied. But excess deaths monitored for corporate interests causing huge losses and payouts in the insurance industry are if fact reliable.
Most likely the Covid virus took some 2 to 3 million lives and not the 7.5 million deaths world-wide as posted on the globalist-run dashboards with figures from lying governments. The Covid deaths in fact were not that significant as they did not cause any alarming rise is excess deaths in any nation. However, in the US alone, the vaccines account for some 15 million deaths, in just two years which ought to be very alarming, and why our corrupt governments are again fudging the data. On a global basis and particularly in nations where the people were jabbed and assaulted with the mRNA spike-protein-producing particles and other nanoparticles snuck into them in the lipid envelope carriers, the excess deaths in the West are likely at some multiple the US numbers.
