For this to happen the Temple on the Mount would have to be demolished and a new Temple for Jews would have to be built on the site.
Given that the Temple on the Mount is considered Islam’s third holiest site this would likely spark outrage among Muslims.
If the Zionists destroy the Al-Aqsa mosque just to fulfil some bronze age superstitious fable it might not end with Holy War but with The Last Pogrom. Arab fundamentalists, who may have previously been less devout before the mosque’s destruction, wouldn’t have to finish off every last Jew to end Judaism.
