For what I know of Milei, the people hater (especially if you happen to be born in Argentina and you´re not rich), and jew lover, Zelenski would have gotten what he asked for, and probably, we tax payers are charged for it somehow…jews love benefits for themselves as much as they hate giving something fair in return.
