I’m wondering if Russia’s law enforcement agencies getting roughty-toughty with those captured gunmen is a warning to thug western agents this is what we’ll do to you scum if we capture you. I can’t see the US, UK or Israel complaining too loudly if their agents get busted up for their TV appearance if they’re caught after an atrocity, because the whole world will know why they’re there. And they will welcome it.
