The rumor is that Israel with attacks last month by its jets on Syrian military installations and incursions into Lebanon following its devastating killing and plundering in Gaza, is trying to foment a contained war in the Middle East for another land grab. They obviously want Russia now occupied in the Ukraine to withdraw its support from Syria. In this respect the alleged “ISIS” attack in Moscow does not make sense because ISIS=Israel, and it was fighting on the US-UK-Israeli side during the conflict in Syria to topple Assad. ISIS like Al Qaeda is totally a Western false flag op, and was used to terrorise the Syrian people and hold towns and oil assets from the Syrian government and military for the US, the UK and Israel.
However, it does not make sense to provoke the Russian bear thinking it will send troops to Syria to go after ISIS bases. Rather what makes sense is that the alleged ISIS terror attack is likely a precursor where Russia would be seen to have a motive to retaliate against ISIS bases in Syria. As such, it does set the stage for an escalation in the ME, perhaps with a false flag operation to come against Israel blaming Syria, Iran and/or Russia serving as an excuse for the US, the UK and Israel forces to invade Syria.
The other possibility is that these fireworks and rising hostilities are simply more cover for a deal between Russia, ZOG US and ZOG Israel to divide up the Ukraine, while Russia saves face in abandoning Syria with the threat of a WWIII on its doorstep.
