Rad went on to say whomever controls Haiti will reap the spoils of the precious metal.

A quick search online shows articles in US newspapers and tv news about this discovery. Some say $40 billions worth, part in Haiti and part over the border in DR.
Maybe the DR govt made a better deal with the globalists than the Haiti govt wold agree to? Maybe the DR population is easier to deal with, more civilized than the Haitians?
