Scott Ritter is an honest purveyor of information. Here, for instance, he is much less sure of an eventual HAMAS victory than he has been in the recent past. So he makes that clear: He concentrates on emphasising the mad-animal brutality of the Israeli side, and the absence of likely intervention from any of the capable Muslim countries. And he has called Israeli politicians and the IDF ‘sons of bitches’ for what they are doing in Rafah.
His overall message is depressed and depressing, but characteristically straight: The Palestinians are in a very bad way, and there is no relief in sight. That is because both Hezbollah and Iran, as Saudi Arabia and Egypt, are putting their own national interests first.

At the video 3:11 mark, Scott Ritter mentions how the IDF timed their attack upon Rafa at the same time the US American Football Superbowl was being televised, so the Americans (and other countries watching) would not hear about the Rafa attack.
Then at the 3:35 mark, Ritter had this to say:
