“Not forgiving someone else doesn’t harm them in the slightest, but it plays havoc with us. . . .
It is foolish for us to punish ourselves in the present because someone hurt us in the past.”
Makow Disclaimer- There can be no forgiveness of evil unless the evil-doer fully repents.
Forgiveness is evading responsibility to resist and punish evil. Do you really think Anthony Fauci, Donald “Operation Warp speed” Trump, George Soros, Fidelito, Klaws Swab, Bibi Netanyahu and Jacob Rothschild should be forgiven for their crimes against humanity? (except for Fauci, these people are all Jews)

Next to abstaining from sin, the most powerful thing a person can do to not only heal their own life, but also to help heal the planet is to practice the art of forgiveness.
The late author Louise Hay was wrong about a lot of things, but she was 100% right when it came to the subject of forgiveness. Louise credited the power of forgiveness in helping to heal her own cancer.
In her book The Power is Within You, she wrote, “No matter what avenue of spirituality you follow you will usually find that forgiveness is an enormous issue at any time, but most particularly when there is an illness. When we are ill we really need to look around and see who it is we need to forgive. And usually the very person who we think we will never forgive is the one we need to forgive the most. Not forgiving someone else doesn’t harm them in the slightest, but it plays havoc with us. . . . It is foolish for us to punish ourselves in the present because someone hurt us in the past.”
In the same way that abstaining from sin plays a major role in creating peace in the world, so does forgiving those who have wronged us. By forgiving others we not only heal our own hearts, we heal the world. How ridiculous is it to complain about the slaughter of innocent civilians in a time of war when we ourselves continue to wage war in our hearts by refusing to forgive others?

To “forgive” those who want us DEAD and have no intention of stopping attacking us with poison vials is SHEER COWARDICE.
Mike Stone is – to put it charitably – a fking idiot… and sounds like the kind of “friend” – that you’d NEVER want to have!! – who, instead of jumping to the rescuse – would be “forgiving” the mugger as you were being kicked in the head.
Forgiveness means nothing , it is but a feeling of one’s inner self , peace of mind . The acts of atrocities against humanity by the perpetrators must receive the fitting punishment of the death sentence and nothing less to be seen as a solid deterrent to others ..No quarter must be given.
The basic confusion in this article is found in the sentence, “How ridiculous is it to complain about the slaughter of innocent civilians in a time of war when we ourselves continue to wage war in our hearts by refusing to forgive others?”
It is one thing to forgive your own enemies despite their lack of true repentance for their wrongs against yourself as you seek reconciliation with God and a clear path to union with him, but it is entirely another thing to forgive them when they are doing the same to innocent others, simply because in the state of hate neither the aggressor or the victim will find any spiritual healing in their conflict. Our duty to innocent others is use whatever means are necessary to protect them, and to help them toward the peace of Christ coming into their hearts and their aggressors.
For Christians the power of the goodness of God over the evil of the world is seen most clearly on the cross during the crucifixion of the Christ, where Jesus said with respect to his evil persecutors and tormentors, “Father, forgive them for they do not know what they are doing.” Despite their lack of contrition and their persistence in their tortures until his death, his peace and union with God was not severed nor was his love turned into hate against them, asking God to punish them. His faith may have faltered in his feelings of abandonment but not his love of God or of his neighbor. If in the aftermath no one of his torturers, were to wake up and see what they did and accept the free gift of his forgiveness, and want that same union with God – well, that was up to them, as it has been for all of us ever since.
All sin is a form of ignorance about God, because if we knew him better we would love him more, and the more we are to love him the less likely we are to offend him. That is why St. Augustine was able to say, “Love God and do what you want.”. However, as Jesus said, there is great punishment to come on those who claim to know God but trample over his will and destroy his goodness. As for those who have rejected his love and claim to know him but cause “his little ones” (those who are no more than children in the world in their the innocence and ignorance but who are attracted to him), he warns that for those who cause them to stumble and fall, that it would be better for them that a millstone be hung around their necks and they be drowned in the sea.
“Not forgiving someone else doesn’t harm them in the slightest, but it plays havoc with us.” … What snivelry. The worst of the conditioned punching bag “Christian” mentality.
I am certainly not opposed to forgiveness, as Lord knows I have needed some over the years for various misdeeds, but there is a line each of us must set as to what is forgivable and what is not Organized Jewry and their demonic lackeys making slaves of us and literally hell-bent on our degradation and destruction is not only absolutely unforgivable, it calls for massive retaliation.
“Do you really think Anthony Fauci, Donald “Operation Warp speed” Trump, George Soros, Fidelito, Klaws Swab, Bibi Netanyahu and Jacob Rothschild should be forgiven for their crimes against humanity?” … Not only No, but F*CK NO. They all not only deserve to be dragged through the streets and slaughtered, but made to suffer paralyzing fear and excruciating pain before being snuffed out.
I can forgive someone for smashing into my car, or hitting on my girlfriend (she’s pretty with a world-class set of natural cans after all), or slagging me behind my back, or having a crap on my lawn (I’d forgive them after I roll their face in it…), but literally destroying society and trying to kill us? No f*cking mercy.
Forgiveness? From Whom?
Have the evildoers asked for forgiveness?
As stated above so rightly:

P.S.: Real forgiveness will never come from within; it must come from outside of us. Forgiveness is a fruit of the Spirit. Forgiveness does not mean forgetting. It is not based on sentimentality.
This all sounds suspiciously like the objectionable weaklings in governance and ‘on the payroll’ whose daughters get horribly raped and murdered by imported vermin…
and then do a whip round at the funeral for the new ‘migrant centre’ they are building on the ‘public ‘purse’ next to a primary school…
the sort of recently bereaved imbeciles often found asking for leniency and the forgiveness of the rapists and murderers..of their own children..
I’m more of An Eye for Eye bloke myself…simply for practical reasons…
It may be that the ‘Father forgive them…’ passage was an added interpolation since it did not appear in several earlier witnesses including the Sahidic.
@ Hauntess
The entire gospel you can still consider as an interpolation if you want but it still rings true in the most profound sense of the human predicament in our separation from God.
If Jesus did not regard us a prisoners of ignorance and death then the tradition into which he was born certainly did, and the remedy of the law of loving of God with all you have got and your neighbor as yourself is essentially what the passion of Christ is all about. He was the embodiment of that law and as such in not condemning his persecutors, or hating them, and certainly also in not being indifferent to them his forgiveness has always been an open door to them and to us no matter what we have done, so long as we accept it and are washed in his blood. Even if Jesus did not exist, which argument in any case I regard as nonsense, then whomever made him up is most certainly the Christ.
all conspirators + warmongers against
humanity should be executed !
Sure, why not. Forgiven then hanged.
(as if we can forgive the dirty rats)
Luise Hay probably a jewess to brain weaken
the stupid jesus worshipers .
worshiping Krishna is better . he was a warior !
No forgiveness, no mercy. The awesome power of do not eff around, because Angels exist, and wewill absolutely destroy you with no mercy, whatsoever.
The five dirtiest words in Christian (or any other) scripture.
“Go and sin no more”
