Not only must it be a given that the authors of NSSM 200 would have no interests in promoting any such attributes for humanity to flourish, but it stands to reason that if they were so intent and free to use all of the conventional means to radically reduce human numbers, they likely also would have and did have no restraints or obstacles imposed on them in using all of the more covert and hidden chemical, hypnotic, and even electro-magnetic technologies to accomplish their goals. The evidence is that is exactly what the bastards have been doing to us.
