I confess I was an exponent of Feminism in the 60’s and 70’s. In fact I was a leading exponent of ‘women’s rights’. As a student I sat on a newly created committee at the college I attended . The purpose of the committee was to create equal opportunities for women at the college. One of the other members on the committee was a well known radical feminist lesbian. A Marxist, of course. Men were the enemy. After one of our committee meetings she approached me and said to me: “You are even more radical than me”. “Yes I am” I replied. What she didn’t know is that my radicalism did not view men and women as enemies. Or that the traditional role of women should be destroyed. In fact, I warned the women in one of my classes that they would simply become like men if they adopted the Marxist line of feminism. I was not alone in my warnings. At the time there were leading feminists giving the same warnings as me. In fact they still are.They are also outspoken critics of the ‘trans’ movement.
Alas, the warnings went unheeded and the Marxist cultural feminists are continuing to dismantle the relationship between men and women and their own biological prime directive.
