Israel Shamir’s new collection of essays, “Pardes,” contains a prescient and shocking warning to Jews and to humanity as a whole:
Judaism wants to make the Jewish people the intermediary between God and man replacing Christ says Shamir, an Israeli Jew who converted to Christianity.

Middle aged man found abandoned in village pub

The message of the OT is that a long life of hundreds of years and offspring more numerous than stars, was the “reward” for worshipping the lower case “g”, god, Yahweh – essentially an objectification of the “tribe”. Those who lie, kill, and cheat others of their inheritance, are upheld as “role models”.
No doubt this was a common idea among many Bronze Age and Iron Age peoples. But it has persisted beyond the initial purpose, yet it is still skillfully masquerading as a “religion”. A genuine religion in my opinion is a universalist belief system, non-tribe specific, that has something to say about one judgement or another when the individual’s life ends.
Judaism is the personification of materialism that obviates a spiritual dimension, a dimension that usually respects the absolute nature of truth rather than what a materialist philosophy requires.
The essential materialism personified by Judaism is only one articulation of materialism. The subservience of material gain and the attainment of power is not something that (International) Jews have a monopoly on, but when gentiles sacrifice (Christian?) principles for survival or some luxury, there is guilt rather than the justification that Judaism brings to the party. One look at most Jewish ‘converts to Christianity’ is enough to bring most observers to two inescapable conclusions. A laughable example is Bill Gates Sr. who converted from Judaism to Christianity.
