Man is a domesticated slave race, a genetically engineered race for slave labor. The gods removed our fur, that forces us to work. We must have clothes and artificial food from farming, domesticated livestock, and homes to stay warm because this is an ice age planet.

No primate specie evolved out of fur, nor would it, in a ice age (we are still in it). No primate gets weaker with time. Humans have no fur, and are pathetically weak compared to other primates. A bigfoot or chimp is so strong it does not need a knife to dismember a prey. A bigfoot can pull a deers leg clean off. You can not do that, because you are weak, because something manipulated your DNA against your favor.
No other specie on this planet needs sunglasses, or sunburns, or gets back aches. We are plagued with problems, humans have 4,000 unique diseases compared to other primates – that is impossible by natural selection. In fact we don’t even have the same chromosome count, humans have 23 pairs and all other primates 24.

What I hear is that steadfast threat of conversion by the sword, and please do not say that Islam is a religion of peace. You also expect Western peoples to open their borders to people of your faith who essentially according to your sacred writings want to kill them unless they convert to Islam. Your persecution record and sectarianism in relation to people of different faiths is the worst in human history. Even in India, which is a nation of a multiplicity of religious faiths, the Muslims could not mix and get along, and the nation had to be partitioned. If an Islamic person converts to Christianity not only are they disowned by Muslims but they become targets for hate, mutilation, and even death.
When you accuse the Jews of plotting to take over their host nations, which they tend to do mainly because of the organised use of their money power, Islam is no better. If your numbers are great enough you impose your laws and systematically repress non-Muslims you consider as minorities. On the other hand, the Christian apostasy in the West has led to a rampant materialism where there are no real moral restraints for anything which stands in the way of what power moguls want, and so what we have now going on is a return to the law of the jungle with no real restraints where our leaders have to constantly lie to us less they express their true motives and intentions, and prick the consciences of most of the people who still have them. That is why we have so many psyops such as Covid, the contrived wars, the UN and WEF pretexts, so much perception management, and fake everything. The plans of the Western moguls are not just to take the oil and gas which the infrastructures of our Western nations have been built upon from the backward and forward Islamic nations that either have no intention to use them or who want to sell them for the highest price on the world market, but the global intentions are to strip away all personal and national freedoms and rights so that they can determine what people are worthy to continue living and to reproduce.
Oil and gas development and prices can always be negotiated but the moguls who run things see no need to negotiate or to debate anything. They will not discuss or admit their intentions to cull the hell out of most of the people on the planet. You paint a picture of a resistance which is centered some place in Iran which is music to the ears of the Western moguls who still view the reserves of Iran as their entitlement.
