The Palestinian and Israeli causes have of course been taken up by both sides of the sectarian divide in Northern Ireland for which the local derby between Rangers and Celtic in Scotland is a proxy.
When I was politically involved, I heard from a contact that Republican and Loyalists paramilitaries in Northern Ireland would get together to agree upon drug territories. So good to know the two party state can work.
The BBC — oddly enough — came out with a fairly balanced series on the Stuart dynasty that documents the plantation of English and Scots in Northern Ireland under James I. It may be available on iPlayer. The idea was to create a body of people loyal to the British Crown. “Loyalty” being the operative word. This was tied to religion. Clare Jackson, paints a picture of the Catholic Irish, notionally Protestant English, and the more radical Protestantism of Scotland. It was almost as though England was apologetically Protestant and wanted to retain the same Catholic hierarchy but with the monarch rather than the pope in charge of the Church.
There is a parallel between the colonisation of Ireland and the colonisation of Palestine. For a long time if you had asked me, I would have said I would have loved to see the destruction of Israel. Now, given the leverage of extreme positions, for example, the setting up and financing of Hamas by Israel, and a mellowing of my worldview as the testosterone decreases, I believe simple humanity demands compromise. To be able to compromise is difficult. The essence of genuine compromise is to realise no one is going to get exactly what they want, but unnecessary suffering is diminished.
I used to belong to a draughts club. In it was a Protestant guy from Donegal. He was a very gentle kind of fellow. I asked him about the politics. He said he once attended an “Orange” meeting, but it wasn’t for him. In the same club there was a second generation Southern Irish guy who was glad to be regarded as English — as indeed I regarded him — but aware of his roots. Many people including yours truly, have a little Irish ancestry in my part of the world brought about by the depredations of the nineteenth century that caused many people to leave the Emerald Isle.
He told me some interesting things. He described visiting relatives in Northern Ireland, and while in a nationalist pub someone tried to start a fight with him because of his English accent. He did say he thought the Protestants had done a good job in their organisation of farming. If there are a lot of English and Scots ancestors in Ireland, there is a lot of Irish blood in England. To stir the pot even more, I believe the Vikings had a large presence in Dublin. The delineation of Celt and Anglo-Saxon is not so great compared to the delineation between Africans and Europeans.
A few hundred years have passed in Ireland. The original settlers were definitely usurpers. Maybe the same tactics were used in ethnic cleaning of the native Irish as in Palestine. Among the Loyalists, I believe it is possible to detect the same neuroticism as among the Israelis. The world has forever been a tussle between the indigenous and the newcomer. The pawns in the game — the ordinary people — cannot comprehend the real reasons for why they are where they are because some religious injunction — some mindspace doctrine — has been exercised upon them.
On a person to person basis there is always the possibility of a human connection. I believe increased wealth of all dissolves to some extent the impetus to fly flags. The passions of someone born under a particular football scarf will always point the passionate individual to seeing life as a contest. When one sees life in these terms, one becomes a pawn for the use of others.

LOL! As if a couple of white trash hooligans waving a flag is going to stop bloodthirsty psychopaths half way around the world to stop their murder spree.
These type of silly “protests” and show of support are utterly futile and useless. Can something be done by your average chump living in the West? Realistically speaking, no. I mean, I suppose one can do something more tangible and throw a couple of rocks at the local Isra-helli consulate, … but even then, it will change nothing, and only get the perpetrators arrested.

More white Christian-Commie egalitarian idiots.
Remember, whites are supposed to care more about a conflict between two insane Semitic mongrel ethnic groups (Jews/Arabs) than with the declining state of their own nations & racial survival.
The stupidity of the Goy, supporting the indigenous Palestinians quite rightly but the same republicans support the new “plantation” in Ireland.

These Jews are making it plain they are going to be eliminated.

It’s this tired Class War idea, as we focus more on this Leftist perspective which has Israel as a White Colonialist enterprise, and the last of them. Lately I stop siding with the low, undisciplined classes; I have remembered what I really think of them

The basic problem is that the politicians are out of step with their constituents, protesters have appearance but not the power to influence government decisions. Gog (the Khazarian Mafia) has gained government control in many western countries and some Middle Eastern as well (see recent TTS article on Egypt’s leadership.)
Leases have already been let to mine petroleum and natural gas in Gaza. Mining and refining / distribution stock portfolios have greater value than the precious lives of the Palestinians and those serving them, unfortunately.
The conversion of Gaza to an economic industrial zone is just another 9-11 scheme.
