On October 13, 2022, the FBI testified that they were using geo-tracking data to identify Trump supporters who had gathered near the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
A bombshell report by the Electronic Freedom Foundation (EFF) revealed the “vast, secretive” partnership between private companies and the federal government to surveil and track the movements of millions of Americans.
According to the EFF, the intel alphabet agencies, including ICE, the FBI, US Secret Service, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Defense (DoD), as well as state and local law enforcement, are being funneled hordes of private cell phone location data by private brokers who harvest the information.
This is the same tactic that Gregg Phillips, Catherine Engelbrecht, and True The Vote used for their investigation into the mail-in ballot dropbox fraud during the 2020 election. The cell phone location data collected by this group was used to identify the network of Democrat operatives who committed mass election fraud, as seen in the recently-released documentary “2000 Mules.”
The FBI was alleged to have used this data to identify patriotic protesters who traveled to Washington DC on January 6, 2021, to support President Trump and the US Constitution.
Tens of thousands of nearly one million protesters later walked to the US Capitol following President Trump’s speech where more rallies were scheduled.
The FBI used geotracking to identify the movements of several targeted individuals in this zone.
The government later said this was a restricted zone on January 6th.
This photo shows the “restricted area” around the US Capitol where Trump supporters were gathering because they had permits to hold rallies in this area.
We know today that there were no markers, flags, fencing, or other indicators that this area was off-limits.
And now we have evidence that the US government and DC police knew thousands of Trump supporters would assemble in this area BECAUSE THEY HAD PERMITS FOR THEIR RALLIES!
The Trump supporters had flyers of the different scheduled events on January 5th and January 6th.
These events were planned and registered with the government before January 6!
Also, the Capitol Hill police knew about several protests scheduled on January 6th at the US Capitol because it was included in their own report!
Now this…
The Biden DOJ is now arresting Trump supporters who stood outside the US Capitol on January 6 and committed no violence.
I have two new clients charged with J6 crimes. Neither went inside the Capitol and there are no allegations of any interference with the police.
I’m not aware of any previous case where defendants were charged just for being present outside the building and watching.

How is it legal that Trump supporters today are still having their homes raided and are sent to prison for standing outside the US Capitol on January 6th or for walking through the US Capitol on January 6th without committing any violence?

So when they arrived there, numerous antifa/FBI agent provocateurs agitated them to attack/enter the Capitol. Now many are rotting in some ni**er prison & more are being hunted down by ZOG. As a people we need to understand we are all in dock inbetween the ship and land. Stuck between two corporations. This is a permanent limbo and cleverly designed this way. In reality you don’t have land rights you have no rights at all. That really is base of law and everything else in law is built from this corner stone. It basically means our ruling powers can do whatever they want to you whenever they choose. This J6 thing is a perfect example of it. I’m not calling for anarchy I’m calling for the corner stone to be crushed however I am a realist and know people but a rare few will not educate themselves on the basic of law or its history and where it came from. The carry away from J6 is simple. Don’t carry your mobile phone into a conflict zone. We are living in the age of surveillance capitalism all legal like.
That’s what you get when you’re stupid enough to believe there are still any peaceful mechanisms of change left to the citizenry. It’s looking like the big mistake of the January 6th crew was simply walking about, holding some signs, and chanting a few things…oh, and for having the, ahem, gall to put their feet up on the desk of that putrid whore of treachery and treason Pelosi.
It sure is looking like the lesson to be learned from this is the January 6th crew should have done what desperately needs to be done as they should have swept through with the only language criminal cartels posing as government understand ,and that is brutal force. Every single person there who protested peacefully was, and continues to be, hunted down simply for voicing their discontent.
The January 6th crew, instead of merely milling about that giant cesspool, for their giant Trump-loving circle jerk should have chased the scum through the streets and slaughtered or hanged every politician and lobbyist they could find. The maps that should have been handed out should have been the home addresses of everyone in Congress, every media shill polluting Washingstein, every big shot in the CIA, NSA, Homeland, FBI, and so on. Then they should have marched on the Department of “Justice” and hanged everyone in sight after beating the piss out of them, then moved on to FBI headquarters and did the same there…and most certainly the same with the “Federal Reserve”, the Israeli embassy, and the offices of AIPAC and the ADL.
We the People have been left with no peaceful mechanism of change. The citizens didn’t make that so, the treasonous gangsters who occupy the Federal city did it and have been brutally enforcing it.
