An 87-year-old German woman is going to prison after speaking out on social media against migrants and asylum seekers, some of whom commit atrocities such as rape and murder.
The woman, who had gone into hiding for several months following her conviction and sentencing, was apprehended by authorities in Rothenburg and transferred to a correctional facility to serve out her sentence.
A court in the town of Verden convicted her last year based on two posts she made on Facebook that they said incited violence against migrants to Germany. An appeal court in Rothenburg later upheld the ruling. She was sentenced to eight months in prison.
The woman has been labeled by authorities as a “Reichsburger,” which means she belongs to a right-wing extremist group that does not recognize Germany as an independent country.
Numerous German laws limit free speech
Germany has a very different view on free speech than the U.S., with a series of “hate speech” laws that have been passed throughout the years since Hitler’s defeat. Many of them relate to Germany’s Nazi past, prohibiting denying the Holocaust or disseminating Nazi propaganda, whether it is online or in person. They also subject social media platforms to strict rules governing how they moderate and report hate speech.
For example, Section 130 of its criminal code bans insults against people based on ethnic, racial, national or religious backgrounds, and this includes Holocaust denials.
Some people have received harsh punishment in Section 130 prosecutions, such as German chemist Germar Rudolph, who was sentenced to 2.5 years behind bars after being convicted of Holocaust denial. Germans who approve, glorify of justify Nazi rule could be put in jail for up to three years.
Another rule, the Network Enforcement Act, calls for heavy fines against any internet platforms that do not quickly remove and report hate speech that is posted through their platform. The German government fined Facebook around $2.3 million for under-reporting the complaints it received about such posts. The law was changed in 2020 after a series of terror attacks to toughen the penalties for insults made online and raise the reporting requirements for social media platforms. Platforms are also required to report the IP addresses of users whose posts are taken down to federal police.
The law was criticized on both sides of the political aisle in Germany and the international community for compromising freedom of speech and invading people’s privacy. When the law was proposed, UN Special Rapporteur to the High Commissioner for Human Rights said: “The short deadlines, coupled with the aforementioned severe penalties, could lead social networks to over-regulate expression — in particular, to delete legitimate expression, not susceptible to restriction under human rights law, as a precaution to avoid penalties.”
Another law, Chapter 14, prohibits personal insults ranging from malicious gossip about private individuals to defaming politicians. A publisher of Neo-Nazi propaganda who was convicted of violating the memory of the dead was handed a five-year prison sentence under this law.
Rise in violent crime in Germany has been attributed to refugees
Many Germans are concerned about rising crime as more migrants and refugees make their way into the country. One study found that more than 90 percent of a concerning spike in crime recorded from 2015 to 2016 was attributed to young male refugees, although they pointed out that those who had lower chances of being able to stay in the country in the long term were more likely to commit crimes.
The same study found that migrants were twice as likely to be reported to the police for committing violent crimes as German nationals.

The German temperament is generally a very obedient and compliant one. They tend to be loyal to top-down autocratic authority, and if not cultural or genetic those qualities certainly served to unite the nation from the time of Bismarck.
However, Nazi social-Darwinism kicked God out of their schools, universities, laws, and politics making it entirely acceptable to trounce and exploit anyone deemed inferior, and the ideal of the Nietzschean “will-to-power” superman from there really took off in the minds of young Germans under Hitler. Ohne Gott ist alles gut, is another way of saying that there really are no moral limits without God, and all that matters is that you are able do whatever works to get what you want. In the US the idea has worked on a very individual basis to fragment the nation, and as we see with Nazi Germany it worked on a very dividual basis to conquer the nation.
Did we really learn anything from WWII? It certainly very well the top amoral plutocrat families who own the international banking cartel, the central banks, and control all major corporations, as well as our governments. It certainly did not stop them from seeking a globalist hegemony, by both fair means and foul. However, it did check the idea of survival of the fittest when applied to various races, but did nothing to put God back on the throne of anything. It did nothing to stop the theory of natural evolutionism from flowing into and bolstering cultural Marxism and the communist movement post WWII.
If you forget the tendency of Germans to be more ordered than say, the Italians, you can see that both peoples have produced incredible wonders, and both have been, just like every other nation in the West, have been taken in by simplistic idea that everything in existence can be explained based on empirical scientific methodology without the need of God. However, the more we delve into the origins of things, even the first cell, the more complicated things become. Philosophically, it ought to be asked, how can there be a first coding of anything without a coder? But that very question has not deterred the quest of the ruling elites to create life out of some kind of primordial slime, mainly for the purpose to show that life somehow intrinsically produced itself, or came from unintelligent origins. The irony is that even if they were successful, it still would be said that they have proven that such creation did still require their external observations, help, and manipulations. In the meantime they are having fundamental problems explaining quantum entanglement and the effect of observation in their experiments.
Why is the quest for create life in a petri dish so important to them? Because they want to demonstrate that even for human life, it all just “happened”, and that it happened “accidentally”, without any “purpose” of any God behind it. They really think that is the way we were made to think and that the implications of their beliefs have no bearing on our survival, even after two world wars of mass slaughter. They really think that if they can prove they can create life that they will finally have conquered religion and mankind can move into the future, with those with the power doing anything they want to humans and to the planet. They are already saying quite boldly that there is not need to posit a God for anything and especially any god opposed to their own designs.
According to their thinking, this pursuit is all part of the “evolution” and progress of mankind allegedly to higher forms of being. Despite the intrinsic double-think making us wonder why there should be a “higher” anything if everything just happened without any real purpose or meaning, we have to wonder exactly what kind of monsters they have already cooked up in their laboratories to “improve” our natures. If “higher”, also we have to wonder exactly what they are reaching for. If there is no supreme God or heaven to reach for with any bigger brains, bigger muscles, or bigger private members they can devise, then those no doubt will be the very things they intend to “cultivate”. First they have to kill God from having anything to do with our human origins.
The facts, however, are that in our scientific explorations there are now more gaps in explaining even the complexities of the origins of any living thing. Pursuit of knowledge is a good thing, but the pursuit of scientific knowledge to discover or disprove the existence and presence of God is a very stupid thing. Revelation and miracles can be empirically accepted but they are not subject to scientific verification such that they can be repeated under our own controlled conditions. What we tend to be proving is that there is an awareness aspect to every living thing.
Why the theory of evolution from Darwin is simply wrong, is because when applied to humans, it simply does not work. In fact it produces exactly the opposite of development and progress. Instead of evolution, we find that everything we do without God simply leads to devolution, and even “devilution” as Makow would say. The proof of this is to be found not just by observing the 20th century but by observing German and Italy, and every other Western nation suffering from the same disease.
I watched a YouTube video the other day describing the Italian disease. To solve the problem the government there is offering empty houses to anyone for 1 Euro each, provided that the buyers also spend around 20,000 or more euros in renovations. Obviously, they don’t want the empty dwellings to be filled up with drug addicts from the streets of Vancouver. One source of the problem is that Italian productivity is at an all-time low. Unemployment is at 10%.The people have little incentive to work (surprise, surprise when the EU Parliament in order to push “sustainability” is preaching “degrowth”). Another symptom of the disease is the fact that 30% of the those unemployed are under 32 years of age. Of course, the video eventually gets to the more politically incorrect elephant in the room, which is the population collapse of Italy, where it now has the lowest birth rate in Europe. But Germany, and every other nation of the West, infected with the same THEORY of godless Darwinian-determinism is simply UNALBE to reproduce themselves, and can only sustain their populations and support their inverted demographic pyramids, through massive immigration and by culling the hell out of the older generations, which after Covid appears to be the trend. You will note they are doing both, with all power elites behaving as the real disease is with the people believing in God and having children.
The evolution disease in which God has been kicked out from our major pursuits and institutions spread very rapidly like a plague from the publication of Darwin’s Origins of Species in 1858. If there was every a virus carrying a deadly disease to humanity it was that book. After being propelled by atheistic circles starting in the UK, it rapidly became a bible in all atheistic circles in the West. Marx instantly was infected in the UK and communist circles everywhere quickly adopted it to clear the way to propound the next great alleged “deterministic” and evolutionary leap for mankind into the mass mind of communism.
Nietzsche relied on the theory to proclaim the death of God and it became the principle justification of the Nazi racial and ethnic purges. As for the political purges of Stalin who also was a great follower of Darwin, he purged and liquidated all theists, landlords, and capitalists for being reactionaries, traitors to the State, and obstacles to the “evolution” and progress of dialectical materialism. Both totalitarian systems, of course were based on nothing but hot air produced mostly extinction.
Financial and academic circles in GB which forced vaccinated the masses with the virus as an antidote to religion, were pleased with its success in getting God completely out of their affairs which were largely imperialistic and other exploits utilizing the might-makes-right principle supported by evolutionary theory.
Italy is dying of its disease. Germany is dying. France is dying. The UK is dying. The entire West is dying. They all have the same disease. Our governments and the ruling elites want this to happen. As Darwin himself was infected with the thinking of Malthus and thought that the world was becoming overpopulated with people, so also are the leading oligarch scions and plutocrats who claim now to own everything on the planet. They trust that as long as they can spread from our shores the nihilism hidden in the nanoparticle envelopes of Godless evolutionary “scientific” belief into the brains of third-world potentates and educators under the notion of “development”, they can end what to them is the scourge of religion and overpopulation. Showing that God did not have a hand in making material reality and in our own creation they hope to show that he does not exist and such a belief cannot dictate any sound purpose for us. Instead, they think our true purpose and destiny ought to be entirely in their own hands.
I joined a more traditional congregation during Covid in which the people did not wear masks and refused the vaccinations. The government sent in agents, and as in the US we likely have been considered as “terrorists”. That is how sick the people running things really are and shows why we are dying as a nation. Probably most objectionable and considered a threat to all of the secular humanists, Marxists and monsters running things, are not not our non-compliance and fellowship, but rather that there are so many young people and babies in mother’s arms, and kids playing in the pews during the services. They cannot understand that with all of their brainwashing, young families with only one person working full-time do not feel threatened. The cannot understand that with having more than 2 children a couple how they are so very happy and are able to weather all of their attacks through the media, the school systems, and now the government thought police.
