Blame it on burgers and booze.
The steady increase in cancer cases among young people could be chalked up to red meat, salt and alcohol, new research suggests.
A study published Tuesday in BMJ Oncology analyzed data from 1990 and 2019, finding a 79% surge in new cancer cases in people under 50 over the course of three decades.
Using data from the Global Burden of Disease 2019 study — which looked at the prevalence of 29 cancers in 204 countries or regions — the researchers investigated the number of new cases, deaths, subsequent health repercussions and risk factors for people aged 14 to 49.
In 2019 alone, early-onset cancer cases in that age group totaled 3.26 million, an increase of 79.1% since 1990, according to the team of researchers from Zhejiang University School of Medicine and University of Edinburgh’s Usher Institute.
The study authors also saw an uptick in cancer-related deaths by 27.7% since 1990. Cancers of the breast, trachea, lung, bowel and stomach had some of the higher mortality rates
Cases of windpipe and prostate cancer have seen the largest increase since 1990, and breast cancer had the highest incidence rate of early-onset cases, the researchers found, while cases of early-onset liver cancer saw a decline.
North America was listed as one of the regions with the highest incidence of early-onset cancers in 2019, along with Australasia and Western Europe. Meanwhile, places such as Eastern Europe, Oceania and Central Asia had the highest mortality rates.
“The rising incidence of early-onset cancers may partially attribute to increasing uptake of screening and early detection in developed regions and countries,” the study authors wrote.
The increase in detections may also have a silver lining — author Dr. Xue Li pointed to “outstanding” screening efforts in the UK that have resulted in the decline of the country’s deaths related to early-onset cancer.
“Fortunately, the annual mortality rate from early-onset cancer in the UK has been steadily decreasing, a testament to the outstanding cancer screening and treatment efforts over the past three decades,” said Li, of the Centre for Global Health at the University of Edinburgh’s Usher Institute, per the Independent.
Should the team’s observed patterns continue, the researchers estimated that early-onset cancer diagnoses could increase by 31%, and deaths by 21%, by 2030.
The authors noted that “local environment, lifestyle and level of available medical treatment” could cause variations in cancer cases and mortality rates by region.
In addition to genetics, the findings stated that a “Western diet,” consisting of too much red meat and salt — and, subsequently, not enough fruit and milk — could also be putting young people at risk.
Alcohol intake and tobacco use were also highlighted as cancer risk factors to those under 50, in addition to lack of exercise, high body mass index and elevated blood sugar.

It’s a combination of things, but the most important is the collapsing magnetic field and thus, much more solar particles, radiation, and induction which fecks up ones mitochondria.
But it won’t be this alone. Certainly over the last 25yrs, because SARS was not the first to blight Asia in 2002/03, they were other events prior to this.
I could list them, but the point I’d like to make, is that they are releasing things all the time, but they never get reported of recorded.
The first 3 months of 2018 saw 30/40k unexplained deaths from all ages. It could’ve been more than 40k, and much longer than 3 months. Was this just the UK, or did it happen elsewhere?
While diet is important it’s not as important as we’re led to believe. Some countries who have supposedly fantastic diets, they live maybe 1 year longer than slob Brits. The US which has appealing food regulations, they live about 1 year less than we do. And other factors come into play, such as ‘latitude’, this has a massive impact on health and longevity. We have a terrible climate, but sheeple in Southern France only live slightly longer.
I would also suggest that healthcare isn’t as easy to access these days. Here in the UK, we’ve had decades of waiting lists.
We’re a late diagnosis country, but you can wait two months just to get seen by an oncologist. There’s the famed Liverpool Care Pathway, but the truth, everyone is on some sort of care pathway and it’s all about killing you as cheaply as possible.
AI will enhance this killing machine to levels hard to imagine.
I’ve always been a Sun lover, but even I can feel that the Sun has changed, it’s much stronger these days. Weak magnetic field and it’s fecking with out cells. Most of this damage is done when lambs are very young.
The dunderheads have approved updated Covid-19 bioweapon vaccines.
And you know what? There will be people eager to take them without a gun being pointed to their heads.

Ho boy, what a load of rubbish.
All the young people hereabouts have forgone smokes and excessive drinking and we just had a relatively young friend of ours die of a ruthlessly aggressive cancer.
He was 37. No ad habits, had a fine job after years of junk jobs and was about to marry. And the cancer took him in less than 6 months.
Lie on, MSM.
Msm will blame anything except diseases being injected directly into the Public by the Jews, as the Weishaupt Papers and the Protocols both mention. Bavarian Police discovered the former in 1784
Still blaming red meat eh? Bollocks!
So while red meat consumption has declined, cancer rates have rocketed. What can you extrapolate from that simple fact?
What study is there (I’ll tell you now, there isn’t one) that followed people who only eat meat and salt?
If you have a pepperoni pizza, that is grouped as meat…a meat and potato pie that only has 10% meat in it…yeah that’s classified as meat too.
It isn’t meat that’s the problem, it’s all the carby crap people eat with it.
And while we’re at it – medical ‘science’ says you can’t reverse type 2 diabetes, can only regulate it with meds. Thousands of carnivores have reversed their T2D along with a myriad of other serious ailments.
Cancer needs sugar to grow. Sugar and carbs are the problem. Track the increase in sugar consumption and you’ll see that cancer (and diabetes, and many auto-immune conditions) mirror that increase.
Meat, salt, cholestrol – these have been made the scape goat for the ills caused by carbs. And don’t think vegetables are much better – yes they’re better than eating highly processed crap, but all vegs are toxic to humans to some degree or other. They are less nutient dense, and less bio available to humans. Our intenstines are designed to process meat. When you’re carnivore, you don’t need fibre to keep you regular.
YT Dr Ken Berry, Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Klitz, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Roz….and read the comments sections of their videos.
I’m mid 50s, have gone from 255lbs in late Feb this year to 195lbs now, and feel great. I sleep better, my skin has improved – I just eat meat with good salt, and drink water. I have the odd beer or glass of wine socially, but don’t miss any of the crap I used to eat; all my life I was carb addicted…now I eat for nutrition, not as a hobby.
But don’t tell anyone this, or it’ll cost pharma a big food $trillions and we don’t want that do we.
Excessive alcohol and smoking are indication of trying to cope with a stressful life style. I partook of both when I was teaching. That’s why I maintain becoming a school teacher was the worst decision of my life.
It seems to me therefore, in order to give up addiction like this, folk have to look to their lifestyle. Mine is not perfect, but I can attest to minimalist life style and “contracting out of polite society” whereby chemical crutches are no longer needed. I do drink occasionally but not on a regular basis.
Studies have shown the deadliest drug is heroin, but one metric shows that alcohol by its overall effect — including the effect on others — is worse than all legal or illegal substances. On a scale of harmfulness, the psychedelics are actually the least harmful. There is an apparent arbitrariness of why some substances should be illegal and others legal. The decision made are political and economic and not health based.
My thinking has been influenced by David Nutt’s “Drugs Without The Hot Air”. He was a government adviser who parted company with the government because his message was not within the pale of what was required, despite being objective. He famously said, and showed, that riding a horse was as dangerous as taking ecstasy. The political establishment didn’t like the one metric that indicated alcohol was worse than heroin. This was spun by the MSM as him somehow promoting heroin.
Drink moderately. Salt your beef, and don’t worry!
What about the other jabs?
Here is a “fun” fact.
The cells on the cell-lines from aborted children used in preparing many jabs, do not die!
Neither do cancer cells!
Any connection?
A GP told me he knows a nurse who found her 16 year old son dead of a heart attack in the recliner watching Tv. He said it was because the kid was overweight and out of shape.
I then asked about Bronny James and he said that strenuous exercise is known to expose congenital heart defects and cause heart attacks.
And we’re supposed to continue to get advice from these people?
Shhhh….. dont mention the VaxxxTermination….🤫
Simon Smith–for “the lads”, alcohol is a weapon to be foisted on the other “lads”, rivals in the world, best if they are conveniently put out of the game
