A parent at a California elementary school has slammed officials for sanctioning a playdate for kids that essentially segregated them by race, and excluded white children.
A flyer for the event at Anthony Chabot Elementary School in Oakland, CA notes that it is “for black, brown and API families.”
“If your family identifies as Black, Brown, or API or are [sic] a parent/caregiver of a Black, Brown, or API student. Come hang out while we get a chance to know each other and build our community as we kick off this schoolyear [sic],” reads the invite to the event.
Ironically it was hosted by the school ‘equity & inclusion committee’.

Taking to social media, the parent noted “I dunno about others, but I’m genuinely upset about what ultimately boils down to a “No whites allowed” playdate.”
“We’ll look back and cringe so hard that we tried to beat racism by segregating kids of color from white kids,” the parent added.
“How is this productive? Why are we continuing to segregate people, let alone KIDS,” the parent also noted.

Actually this situation could be a good thing in that whites can hang out with whites once again & redeem our distinction, intelligence & talents- if under cover- & benefit in the long run.
Have you seen a whites-only event in the past 20-30 years? Others can segregate themselves from whites, but whites can’t segregate themselves from non-whites. Form homeschool co-operatives and church schools and get your kids out of the indoctrination camps.
Color distinctions are ridiculous anyway — judge all people on their merits, what they say and do. Accept the facts if you or your friend can’t measure up to someone else, whatever their color. If you weren’t born with the talent you wish you had, but don’t have, then do what you actually can do as well as you can do it. There are great athletes who can’t read and great literature professors who trip over their own feet. We are all different so that those who can do one thing can help those who can’t do that but can do another thing, and vice-versa. Accept who you are, be yourself, and be grateful for others who are different. Being angry or jealous won’t improve your performance at anything except maybe screaming, and even your nearest and dearest won’t put up with that for long.

I am all FOR separating people by color/race. It’s an excellent idea, as diversity only leads to adversity and degradation. Back in the day, white children were separated from black children. Let’s not stop at the play date. Let’s go back to segregated schools. Things were much better then for white children to learn.
No public institution needs to be segregated. Just set performance standards for everybody who goes there or works there. Those who can’t measure up can’t stay. You’ll end up with schools for slow learners and schools for fast learners, which gives those kids an educational environment much better tailored to their individual needs than today’s public schools, which mix everybody together so teachers spend all their time on disciplining or entertaining the rowdy and can’t work directly on studies with each individual kid.
Have rules for public spaces like parks and enforce them, and have separate parks with separate kinds of rules. No more homeless or druggies where you take your kids to play ball, and in the parks devoted to the homeless and druggies, no interference with them unless violence or fire erupts.
High ideals made American great. Personal responsibility and accountability made America great. Equality under the law and open and honest courts made America great. Christianity made American great. Let’s bring these back.
