The Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, established in the United States in July 2023, is plotting a new pandemic by implementing virus mutations, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, the chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Force, has said.
“The United States’ next step, aimed at pushing ahead with its strategic plans for establishing global control over the biological situation, was the creation of the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy. This new agency is expected to be responsible for charting a course and coordinating actions to combat known and unknown biological challenges, including pathogens that might trigger another global emergency,” he said.
Kirillov said that the United States had thus started preparing for a new pandemic by carrying out a search for virus mutations.
“We do not rule out the United States may use so-called defensive technologies for offensive purposes, as well as for global governance by creating crisis situations of biological nature,” he said.
Kirillov also added that the Office’s priorities included work to create vaccines and drugs to stop viruses and their genetically altered variants, as well as to introduce advanced bioproduction technologies.
“The Office will be headed by the special assistant to the US president and senior director for global health security and biodefense at the National Security Council, retired Air Force Major-General Paul Friedrichs,” Kirillov concluded.

Russia can tell the entire world the truth and gain enormous global support while dividing the people of the West even further from the Western establishment simply by being a truth bearer while at the same time not appreciably dividing its own nation.
It could do that, and ever since the war began it had that opportunity just as it has had the opportunity to use other weapons of mass destruction in its arsenal for its defense. So, likely it will not actually do that but rather use the treat to go public as a bargaining chip for the turf it has conquered in the Ukraine and simply end the war, because unfortunately when it comes to war or politics truth is the first causality.
Stepping back from the fray we have to ask why the Western corporatocracy consisting of the international banking cartel, the major multinational corporations, about 1,000 plutocrats, and all of our governments, were on one hand backing the UN-WEF globalist movement to deconstruct national powers and centralize them under the guise of the Agendas and the Reset on a global basis, while at the same time US globalist administrations over the past decade have been behind all of the Russian bashing and sanctions. Russia was dutifully following all of the UN conventions but not following US political and business interests, nor those of the international banksters and Western plutocrats when Putin came along some 23 years ago to claw back control over Russian resources and turf from them. I have to wonder if you are one more American trying to dodge the fact that the US is the leading nation in the creation of bioweapon viruses and that the US was the actual ground zero of the entire plandemic. The people who say there are no such things as viruses not only ignore but they also disparage all of the legitimate medical-scientific research which on the good side of things the US has led the world for many medical advances. They also ignore the most basic medicine of all which is based on stomatology and the transmission of various diseases from viruses, as verified over and over again. To say that Pasteur was a fraud is like saying the earth is flat and Columbus did not sail over the curved horizon of a round world.
