A female Seattle cop with 23 years on the force sent a scathing resignation letter blasting the city for allowing “crime and anarchy” to take over.
Seattle Police Lieutenant Jessica Taylor, who retired on August 1 after more than two decades on the force, refused to complete the standard exit interview form and instead penned a blistering 15-page letter to the police chief, KTTH’s Jason Rantz Show reported.
“Chief Diaz, let me tell you, the state of the Seattle Police Department and this city is a disgrace,” Taylor began her letter.
“The toxic mix of the Seattle City Council’s absurdity, the spinelessness of the Mayor, the leniency of the prosecutor’s office, and your failed leadership has accelerated this city’s downhill slide straight to rock bottom,” she wrote. “The problems were already brewing before you came on the scene, but since your arrival, it’s been a free fall into anarchy & chaos.”
Violent crime remains high in Seattle this year after hitting a 15-year high in 2022. So far this year, Seattle has seen 28 homicides, more than 1,500 aggravated assaults, more than 3,700 car thefts, more than 4,000 burglaries, and more than 10,700 larceny thefts, according to police data.
“If you haven’t noticed, the criminals are running this city,” Taylor wrote. “Aren’t you embarrassed? I am. It’s mortifying. The city that once prided itself on progressiveness and prosperity has now become a hotbed for crime and anarchy.”
Taylor accused Adrian Diaz, the police chief, of having an “insatiable appetite for control” that blinds him to the sacrifices of officers facing danger on the street.
She also accused the police chief of “badging” his way to the front of a Taylor Swift concert, “where people paid $1000s to be there.”
Taylor also lambasted Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell, a Democrat, accusing him of prioritizing “political correctness” over safety.
Meanwhile, the Seattle City Council has “lost touch with reality and is making decisions that defy common sense and basic logic,” Taylor wrote.
“Their priority is playing politics and pandering to radical ideologies, rather than genuinely serving the city’s and its resident’s best interests,” she said.
“So, as I walk away from the Seattle Police Department, I do so with my head held high, knowing that I stood up for what’s right and refused to be silenced,” she wrote. “My conscience is clear, and I have no regrets about speaking out against the failed leadership that has brought this department and this city to its knees.”
Seattle is not the only West Coast city struggling with the trifecta of crime, homelessness, and drug addiction. Harrowing scenes of homeless people engaging in open-air drug use and living in filth on city streets continue to come out of the neighborhoods most in need of help.
Los Angeles is seeing a drop in overall violent crime, but personal theft is up 15% to more than 19,700 thefts so far this year, according to police. Meanwhile, homelessness is up 10% this year, according to the latest count, released last month. Los Angeles County’s homeless population rose to about 75,518 people, up from 69,144 in 2022.
In San Francisco, violent crime is up when compared to August of last year. Homicides are up 20% to 35 homicides, robberies are up 14% to more than 1,600, and car thefts are up 13% to more than 4,100, police data shows. About 38,000 people are homeless on a given night in the Bay Area, up 35% since 2019. Crime and open-air drug use have caused businesses to flee San Francisco’s downtown, where foot traffic has thinned.

And having females on a police force adds to the problem. Ever see a female cop all on her own trying to handle a large negro thug at a traffic stop? It’s like sending a house cat to do battle with an African male lion. Even with a large white male cop it presents difficulties wrangling the big boon to the ground. I guit reading the article after the first few sentences.

Last year I watched the black comedy “Breaking Bad”. I enjoyed it…but it is disinformation. The world drug problem has always been a top down business. I’m currently reading Lyndon Larouche’s “Dope Inc”, which I thoroughly recommend.
The British unashamedly declared an empire and fought a war with China to enable opium grown in India to be forced on the Chinese. The American Kosher empire proved more hypocritical. For one thing, it has always resisted the epithet of “empire”, for another the drug trade went undercover; to the degree it was sanctioned by those higher up the cargo was allowed through. Larouche states that “Prohibition” while seemingly enabled by temperance movements — think “Extinction Rebellion”— it was engineered to develop the criminal underworld links necessary to distribute drugs later on.
John Coleman in his stream of unstructured consciousness, “The Committee Of 300”, also discusses this. (In passing I might say the poor presentation of “citizen” like publications is because they don’t’ have the big publishing houses behind them. As an author it is much easier to delegate to the “machine” which can edit etc. and provide “convincing” Wikipedia style references. When reading alternative sources, folk should be aware of this.)

Banks when caught money laundering are touted has being aberrations from decency. I reiterate: drug laundering is the norm. The work of Gary Webb and Michael Ruppert and many others demonstrated beyond doubt the “protectors” of US interests, the CIA, were instrumental in poisoning the American people. How has this been allowed to be forgotten?
The question remains as to what extent drug promotion is solely about money or larger issues of societal management. We have seen population management — killing people off by jab. I don’t think it is a stretch of the imagination to believe the “drug epidemic” was about weakening moral resolve; fluoridation being a similar idea. Indeed, Larouche quotes British establishment figures as crowing about weaking the resolve the Chinese as a military threat by getting them addicted to opium. The novel “Brave New World” discusses control of people by drugs. Coleman cites the Tavistock Institute, the Beatles and the hippy culture.

The societal problems caused by drugs allow for the government expansion of local services to deal with these problems. I recall as a councillor when dealing with some local initiative to deal with the “drug problem”, my assertion that this was really a problem caused by intelligence agencies sanctioning drug smuggling from on high, was greeted in the same way trying to teach simultaneous equations to five year olds would have been met. Forgive my boldness, but no shot! I am apolitical, I do not vote (never registered) and skeptical about many things. I also try to be observant. While being apolitical, it’s impossible to not notice that these cities/areas of Democrap influence are all the same; complete cesspools and unliviable, overrun with homelessness, violence, drugs, “woke” idiocracy everywhere and godlessness. Yes, when wahmen are allowed into the police “force” (of arms), it’s even worse. There are females in the force where I live. Though a criminal I am not, the one officer is TINY (like barely over 5 foot tall and perhaps 120# soaking wet)! If I were a criminal and this officer responded first, she would either be dead or close to it. How is an officer such as this in the interest “public safety”? Don’t give me the “martial arts trained” garbage either. I have trained both as a civilian and infantryman martially. Most men half my age cannot keep up with me, and these female officers will? Jesus LIVES!!!!!

I see a lot of fake dollar bills in those places too, mainly 20’s from Minnesota, and while Pot is a big no no the drugs manufactured by our own people and distributed thru police inactivity are killing people. It’s like some really bad sci-fi movie. Cities have always been bad. The best thing about cities is that lots and lots of people live there, kept there in one prison or another, funneled to live there and consume everything on the planet .

Yes Seattle is a shithole as is Portland, LA and San Francisco. Democrat run big to mid sized cities in Red States are just as bad. The mentally ill homeless are allowed to virtually do anything in the close city I live near. I live in the metro area but it creeps further and further towards the suburbs as the opioid addicts can find any one with money or things to plunder in the desolate city.
