In his book The “21st Century Dictionary,” published in 1998, Jacques Attali describes a future pandemic to establish a world police force that eventually becomes a planetary power. He highlights specific terms, including the word “Epidemic.” In addition, Attali states, “we will take planetary measures of containment, which will briefly question nomadism and democracy.”
Other terms described by Attali include “Genetic Therapy,” “Gene Therapy with Nanotechnologies” and, “Panic,”

Diasporic.” Attali then pivots to “Income,” which he predicts “Universal Income” and working from home via “telecommuting”: “Every person will perhaps one day have the right to a decent income paid by the state independent of any activity: The Universal Income….More than half of all workers will no longer be employed…Working from home via telecommuting (home office) will account for half of all jobs.”

First off, the thicko sheeple are no where near afraid, & while they might become afraid, it’s going to be fake afraid.
My next point, humanity hasn’t evolved for thousands of years. And I’m thinking, or interpreting this as societle thing, which is wrong.
The thicko sheeple are de-evolving.
At the moment, I am in France. The ferry was about 37% full, not your usual search for seats, you could take your pick. On an earlier crossing, this year, a ewe doing promotions, said, ‘only the lorries are keeping the ferries in business. IMHO, the roads are quite, and far fewer Brits than normal. A local French supermarket is normally busy, it was dead. Now, I am sure the South of France is heaving, but not where I’ve been.
This is more a reflection on the sinking UK economy as the evolving sheeple struggle with their death grips, and soring inflation. Last year food inflation was well over 20%, & the latest numbers say 13/14%. Me, I’d put last year and this at 40%.
The so say educated thicko teachers have accepted 6%. lol, lol, lol, lol. Fact: pay rises force up prices. Not because more pay drives up prices through demand, but corporates know there’s x more cash in the economy, so they want their cut, irrespective of their business costs.

You raise taxes to pay for services, prices are more likely to remain flat, or even fall. If direct taxes went up by 10%, prices would certainly fall.

The thicko sheeple are afraid. For the most part they are afraid to marry and have children. They are afraid not to comply with any government or corporatocracy diktat affecting their lives or the wellbeing of their children and significant others. They are afraid to demand the truth and actual disclosure of the facts on any issue or psop the establishment has cooked up to scare them into their centralized control grids. In my lifetime I have never seen so much deliberately orchestrated fear as with the Covid plandemic, not even during the height of the cold war which history is now revealing was another gigantic fear operation for profits for the few and more centralized controls.
Most physicians and lawyers were totally intimidated during Covid. Free speech has been chilled with the fear of reprisals and that is the main reason why people use pseudonyms in their comments. The picture being painted of the future by the Few is so dystopian and uncertain that most people are neutralized into doing nothing, and asking themselves what is the point of working for such a bleak future where everything will be so controlled, and you are likely to be considered as nonessential. Most people are afraid to invest or to buy or sell home. Never in my lifetime have I seen such economic insecurity, and it is all planned to make people feel more and more insecure and dependent on the centralized state, corporate, and financial powers. Without fear and deception even your Marxist governments would not be able to rule. We are now living under a fascist-communist dictatorship which uses the same methods.
For a solution, I think we ought to round up and dispatch all of the Marxists and everyone who has used their wealth and power to further these totalitarian ends. A free people who are not afraid would begin with the banksters.
I keep telling you that the problem of Jewish ANYTHING especially the blacks, will be a memory starting after the 24th of September, THIS year. Within 6 months every Jew in the world and all their enablers, will be a memory.

This isn’t fear. For decades, and often supported by their sheeple parents, that having lambs has become more and more expensive. I live in London. The young flat share, they’ve a bedroom. This makes any kind of private life, or an attempt to be discrete about ones relationships very difficult. It’s not fear, it’s economic repression, and most have zero chance of a stable relationship, never mind have a few lambs.
But the thicko sheeple keep voting for the one party state. It’s not fear, because if the truth be known, they don’t know any different. In the late 70 and early 80s, you could get a council house at the click of your fingers and have a family. It doesn’t matter what the reasons for these changes are. The fact is, the thicko sheeple voted for it.
It’s like why cycling took off. Bomb attacks, but the other ignored truth, is that rents are so high, riding a bike could give you a great foreign holiday.

What you describe with the young and the thicko sheeple is the general state of them being dumbed down by the establishment, our educational systems, and constant MSM brainwashing. However, to really control for further herding into the ever-increasing centralized control grids, there ought to be no doubt that generating high levels of fear and uncertainty in the masses is crucial to their efforts. The Covid peril, the CO2 global warming scare, the debt bomb crisis, the fear of economic depression, the fear of losing your home or your job, the fear of opposing the plutocrat establishment and the state, the fear of leaking information of an actual government conspiracy, the fear of expressing your views openly and in your own name – these are only a few of the manufactured fears they are using us into the UN-WEF-WTO agendas and resets. But for establishment perception-management crimes and their psyops, the people would not be so thicko and afraid to step out of line and to think for themselves.
If there were to be full public disclosure on all of these issues and how the people are being gaslighted with endless fear porn, there would be a great deal of unity among the people to put an end to all of the abuses.
