Just like what @ChasMick about a cooler summer this July and what @Gabreal Jones say about summer rains, in my country too July used to always be around 50°C and above and always searing dry except this ‘hottest July’ since creation where it is around 32°C and has been raining all month as if my area is being included in the Monsoon system. Having said that I am also aware that some parts of Africa and Europe where it was always cool and rainy are getting hot and drier but these repeating cycles had been happening throughout history and a nothing new.
