Alex Jones talks like this, but it may be our biggest error, preventing the clear thinking we need. Assertions about God, plucked out of the air, are gradually making me angrier, and the preachers who are always demanding money may be the real root of them. They talk fast, not giving their victims time to think, and will never get into serious debate. I do not wish to write cliches, but any evil act can theoretically be defended when some new information or perspective is introduced

I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, not just “God”. Jesus IS God, the Word of God given, the Lamb that “taketh away the sins” of this world. Why? Satan has tried to kill me in my sleep for forty years by assuming the Leviathan, or crushing spirit, form. Jesus hasn’t ever done such things to me. ONLY JESUS SAVES! Jesus LIVES!!!!!
The worst thing you can do to anyone is teach them this invisible man in the sky, knows everything and has dominion over everything. Using myself as an example, being raised in an insane theist house hold, the god concept was crammed into my consciousness.
Eventually, over many years, I undid the damage that insane theists had done to my mind. IMO teaching god is mind rape. So if Muslims kill all the Christians, so what? And if Jews kill all the Muslims so what? I think it is a very good thing when all these mother f-cking god pricks kill each other off. That way I am left alone.
There is not one lick of evidence that some god cares about us, nor is there any proof of afterlife heaven or hell. Jesus is fiction, as is Krishna and the Flying Sphagetti Monster.
Using my senses, I have deduced that this is the only life you get. Since I have no evidence, not even the slightest bit, that when I die I am dead and gone forever, except as memories in my enemies and loved ones, or a book I wrote, or something I built, etc.
The elite know this. They know religion is bunk because as Joseph Atwill writes in ‘Caesar’s Messiah”, the elite wrote the myth you believe in. That is why they build monuments to carry on their legacy. The common man gets a gravestone. Soon, the masses will be liquidified into fertilizer and no one will remember any of it, because even the memories will be erased and the only thing you will know is what they want you to know.
If there is a god, it could very well be Alien Artificial Intelligence, which was tasked to create a universe, as a playground for souls, if there are such things. We simply don’t know what we are dealing with. There are many theories. Your religion is just one in a thousand ideas about god.
What is objective reality? Earth is some kind of hell, and humans are some kind of viscious specie hell bent on dominating each other. I like the Anunnaki theory, as it makes the most sense, but like your religion, it could be wrong. We have no idea how we got here.
Uppaluri Gopala Krishnamurti says mind is myth. That is a good one, because it gets you to think just what the hell are you, and just what the hell are you doing alive, and just what the hell put you here. We don’t know, no one knows, and any theist saying they do is full of shit.
The bottom line which I assert much to the amazement and detriment to theist thinkers like Lasha Darkmoon – no one and no thing has any right to create sentient life, life that knows it exists, and knows it is suffering. Whatever created us is a sick entity. If God were moral and compassionate, it would immediately turn off the simulation and end all life. The simple fact is, the only way to stop suffering, is to turn the system of life off.
And if God is omniscient (think really really smart Ai) it knew that creating the universe would create endless infinite suffering, and then went ahead and did it anyways. That is beyond sick, that is insane. And thus saying GOD IS INSANE is 100% logical and accurate. So why in the hell would you want any help from God?
If you say God created us, and then praise this god, you are worshipping your abuser, like some sort of cosmic Stockholm Syndrome. It is a simple concept that no theist grasps, God is torturing you, so you call out to God for help, and then God helps you with more torture.
Humans are so abused, so thoroughly kicked around they are in desperation for help, they call on the divine for help not understanding the divine must be demonic, because it put you in hell.
I find Makow’s assertion that if you believe in the difference between good and evil, then you believe in God, childish and theocratic. Henry should think a little more. If God created everything, including the possibility of evil, then God is the author of evil. God came first, then Satan, then Satan’s little demon helpers the Jews – the authors of the God belief.
All evil started at the top and flowed down hill into creation. Evil exists because life exists. Just think about it for awhile and see the cold clear reality. We exist in hell, and some thing we call “god” put us here. It is not the good guy, it is the very essence of evil to create sentient life which suffers by it’s very existence.

I watched Sound of Freedom on Saturday and have no choice but to believe that whether or not all of the power moguls who run the world are adrenochrome addicts and into Satanism and child sacrifice, they certainly have very little objection to these things going on.
Many innocent people also are disturbed by critics who say things based on partial truths such that they believe that there is no institution or religion in the world to be trusted, which is nonsense. No one is free of sinning and corruption and especially anyone in a high place, but that should not mean that we throw the baby out with the bathwater. We simply have to keep trying to right things in our path and we cannot do that without God and without focusing on his goodness and perfection which in fact is in our midst, as Henry say.
Also, being disturbed about what is evil in our midst is a necessary and a part of the waking up process. Christians can read comments by Yukon Jack and be disturbed by his blasphemy detracting from the holiness and the true nature of God, thinking he must be a most evil being for allowing so much evil in the world, and a being who demands even human sacrifice.
Henry comes through with the simplicity of God simply being all good. “God is the Moral Order inherent in the universe, synonymous with these spiritual absolutes. God is PERFECTION”. He is also saying that we have a choice between good and evil, between justice and injustice, which is a choice between God and the devil.
There is a grave difference between a Herod slaughtering innocent babies and their blood used to satiate the desire for longer life, or anyone exploiting the weak to enhance their temporal powers, and a Christ who comes and says, “Take me. Sacrifice me in your blood lust over others. I am God and there is no other. Devour my body, my faith in the true Father, and drink my blood, my divine and sacrificial love for you, and let it sink into your depths, into your very vitals, so you will see that I cannot die, and I will raise you up.”
So goes the mystery of life which the skeptics simply cannot comprehend, because they have no understanding of the human condition and what is necessary for our cure.
What if religious people are like a motor-bike, which carries its own engine and fuel along while the road stays still, and it is their own imagination and illusions that give them impetus?

Arthur Herman and Origen of Alexandria
People thinking along the lines of Yukon Jack are becoming more numerous and they offer no hope or solution to our problems.
In the absence of God and his moral authority behind our laws and customs, Western civilization is fast unraveling into the idolatry, demon worship, brutality and depravity of Roman times. The parallels of our times with those of the Romans are becoming more and more striking as is the relevance of the Christian solution initiated by Origen of Alexandria (A.D. 185 – 253), is clearly revealed in Arthur Herman’s masterpiece The Cave and the Light – Plato Versus Aristotle, and the Struggle for the Soul of Western Civilization, (pp 156-158,© 2013).
“”Origen was the first Christian thinker to make the conscience, Socrates’s daimon, or inner voice, the focus of moral live. For Origen, the conscience is all that separates the human being from the savage beasts who lynched his father. His teacher Clement had praised the ancient Stoic virtue of apatheia, emotional detachment. Origen never does. If Christianity was to have any larger meaning in the lives of the faithful, Origen believed, it had to cultivate that inner conscience, to make it guide all our dealings with the world and others. By combining Plato’s thymos, that sense of moral outrage, with the teachings of Jesus, Christianity could scour away the cruelty and savagery of the age.
Today, we are vaguely if uncomfortably aware of that side of Roman life. We see movies like Gladiator about the bloody spectacles of the Colosseum and read about how Nero had Christians torn apart in the arena by wild dogs for the delight of the crowds or “made into torches to be ignited after dark.” The sexual and moral license of the empire’s elite has been portrayed ad nauseam in Hollywood’s images of Roman orgies.
But the reality was far more brutal. Roman arenas that are still standing, like the Colosseum and the ones in Arles and Verona, were settings for a daily bloodbath. From Spain to Antioch, the mass murder of prisoners and thousands of caged animals was standard public fare. In Roman homes, slaves and children were considered nonpersons. Their physical and sexual abuse, including castration, was accepted without question, as was the abuse of women. Exposing unwanted children and infanticide were commonplace – so much so that scholars speculate infanticide may have helped to doom Rome’s population and prosperity to permanent decline.
At the same time, the empire’s leisure class celebrated a sexual adventurism that knew no limits and spared no one in its taste for the bizarre, running the gamut from prostitution and homosexuality to incest, bestiality, and child sodomy, “a vicious cycle of agitation, quest, satiation, exhaustion, ennui.” As for Rome’s governing institutions, its prisons were nonstop horrors, where men accused of plotting against the emperor or of using witchcraft, or taxpayers who no longer had the money to pay (taxes under Diocletian routinely took one-third to one-half of gross income), were routinely tortured to death. If they were of low birth, they would be roasted over a slow fire – as were, of course, Christians.
As Origen pointed out, the wise man as defined by Plato and Aristotle and other philosophers would never participate in any of these horrors. Like Socrates, he would avoid inflicting pain on any living thing; prefer suffering wrong rather than doing wrong to others; and avoid the gross temptations of sexual license. Like Seneca, he would turn away from the blood theatre of the game in disgust. Like Plotinus, he would proclaim the sanctity of all life, including animals, and keep his soul pure until his dying day.
The same was true of the first Christians, Origen pointed out; and the people whom Celsus affected to despise most, the Jews. “The Jewish people never found delight purely in games,” Origen wrote, “or the theater, or horse races. Their women never sold their beauty. . . . They always believed in the immortality of the soul, and are indeed wiser than those philosopher who, after their most learned utterances, continually fall back upon the worship of idols and demons.”
What was the secret of the Jews’ strength and virtue? Origen offered the answer. First of all, their Scripture with its power to transform multitudes, “making the coward the hero, and the wicked good.” Then there was their faith: a faith more powerful than human reason alone, because it was based on still higher wisdom, the wisdom of God.
And what the Jews had done, Origen affirmed, Christians could do. They could spearhead an assault on the moral turpitude of the age and bring forth, the inner voice in every believer.

Christianity no longer just summed up ancient civilization’s highest aims, as Justin and Clement had argued. I now had the power to save that civilization, Origen proclaimed, by bringing the highest moral principles down to earth right here.
. . . . Of course, the most perfect of God’s images was Jesus Christ himself, His only begotten son. However, everyone of every race, sex, age or creed, from the lowest slave to the emperor himself, carried that same reflection of perfection.
It was what made God knowable to man: “only like can know like” was a basic Platonic principle (as, for example, the soul’s knowledge of the Forms). The more man developed his won reflection of that perfection, by living his life in conformity with Bod’s will, the more ready he would be to receive the grace of true knowledge and wisdom. And to deny or sully that perfection by behaving like a beast was a direct insult to God and the goodness of His creation.

Like all theists, you then make the ridiculous claim “”holiness” and “true nature of God”. If you read what I wrote carefully, please explain to everyone here how you know anything about God, his holiness (whatever the hell that is!) and his true nature.

They even have websites documenting all the errors, but of course Christians, who willfully maintain their faith, will read none of it, and thus stay in ignorance – which is a state of evil itself. Yes Virginia, ignorance is a form of evil. In this literate computer age, it became easy to spot the errors, the Church no longer has us locked down in myth, and they no longer controlled out ability to the read HIS book.
So when pressed about HIS book the Christians cook up their next excuse, after you prove to them their book is full of error, they say you have to be possessed by the Holy Spirit to understand it! And they claim that being in this “possessed” state is superior to normal rational consciousness, then I say, you are under a spell, a black magic spell of theocratic literature, that being possessed is being brainwashed and unable to think critically.

The story of Caveman Fred and his Bible, by Yukon Jack, exclusive to thetruthseeker.co.uk
A long, long, time ago a cavemen named Fred wandered a far away planet called earth. This Ice Age planet was a brutal place, lives were short and hard, most of the cavemen never made it past age 30. They hunted large mammals for food, many suffered permanent injuries, and most of the time they were very hungry and cold. How did small bands of cavemen develop religious worship you might ask? How did Caveman Fred get his Bible?
Our caveman was unconscious of his situation, he didn’t know about good planets, nor did he know that every hundred thousand years or so the planet would warm during an interglacial and the weather was much better and food more plentiful. During those long ago caveman times no one could write, there was no formal language, only the tales around the campfire kept the memory of the past alive.
But caveman did believe in the gods. Unable to fully comprehend natural laws, caveman attributed much of his surroundings and fates to an external agent we call God. Caveman had no idea about the forces of nature, he did not understand the formation of clouds, rain, or thunder. Such events were all very mysterious and unknowable to the primitive tribe, so caveman assigned these events to God. Fred was this world’s first theist, he assigned natural causality to God. Caveman Fred said lightning and thunder was God mad at us for a transgression.
Our tale of how caveman formed religion starts one day when caveman Benjinmin Nutjobyahoo is struck by lightning and killed. Ben had been standing on top of a big boulder, and erratic from a previous ice age, on top a small hill in the middle of a huge grassy plain looking for bison and mammoths. A thunderstorm approached, and thunder boomed, a bolt of lighting found the shortest path to earth through old Ben who ended up being a human lightning rod.
The other tribe members witnessed this display of heavenly anger, they saw Ben get struck down in a brilliant flash of light, it was an awesome display of God’s power and might. Frightened and confused, one caveman said to another, God was angry and killed Ben because he sinned. They vowed to atone for Ben’s sin by making a burnt offering to the angry god of the heavens next time they got some game. They did and every time some “bad” event happened to the tribe they performed animal blood sacrifice. This went on for a long time until it was a formal part of the tribe’s behavior.
Fred said these transgressions against God were sins, and if you wanted to be with God after death, you needed to get absolved of your sins, otherwise you were doomed. After many generations, Fred’s ideas about God, sin, transgressions had become a complex theology, with many rules, like worshipping on the Lord’s day, tithing to the priestly class, mandatory study of the holy book.
After many thousands of years caveman had bred and multiplied, and now there were many tribes, and life became ritualistic and complex. People became specialized in different jobs. Animals had been domesticated, farmers planted crops, and a priestly class did weekly animal sacrifice to keep the gods appeased. The priests did not have real jobs as they served as liaisons to the imaginary gods. Caveman Fred’s lineage were the high priests of the temple.
To keep themselves well entrenched in their lofty position as god’s intermediaries, these priests started writing down everything about family history and how god interacted with the tribe. To them god was real, god was intimately involved in the doings of their tribe. These priests became some of the wealthiest members of the tribe and they were certainly the most educated. The priests used their lineage in the book to maintain their authority and position.
One prime function the priestly class adopted was settlement of disputes, they could act as fair arbitrators of the constantly bickering working classes, who had no education or any ability to read or write. Over many hundreds of years this priestly class became so powerful it was essentially the ruling class, and government was born.
The king was often the greatest warrior, but lacked the technical know how to run the kingdom bureaucracy, the priests always served as the king’s intellectuals and court administrators what we call administrators, judges and lawyers today. Government was formed out of religious belief of a higher power, and this is what causes the great injustice on the planet today.
The god meme is the source of external authority on earth. Belief in god led to government control, it is this belief in a higher authority that allows the state to rule over us. But what if it is not true, what if we are all sovereign beings who are self regulating? Then how is government a moral institution? The last hundred years have proven that the state is the greatest killer. The events in Ukraine prove to even the most feeble mind, that no god cares about us at all.
Government is a product of religious tyranny and superstition. To this day, the descendents of Caveman Fred still believe in the angry sky god, they still think some imaginary god cares about what we do. Caveman Fred’s wrong observations about thunder and lightning, are still believed to this day, and millions of Christians still believe in Caveman’s Bible.
To Youcon Jack, In one of your more recent rants that I actually read, I noticed that you indicated that one way you could tell the elites/Jewish bankers/what have you were all evil (I don’t remember if you actually used the word “evil” but you have made your point clear how you feel about them and what they deserve countless times here – hmmm, who died and left you God?) was that they believe in abortion. You said that at least twice. That is like Karl Sagan, an avowed atheist, debating whether life begins at the time of conception. How absurd! Someone who believes we all came up from the primordial soup actually has a concern about human life. At the risk of sounding like Hillary Clifton, “what difference does it make?” After all, abortion and it’s connection to human life, whether it is legal or not, only amounts to a 51% majority, doesn’t it? It’s just a matter of opinion.

Good and evil is a personal human judgement that comes from a person’s conditioning and experience. Doesn’t The book say that God is the judge not us. The truth is the opposite of good is bad not evil. So what is the opposite of evil? Angelic?. No one is an angel because the angels don’t come from here they come from the heavens according to the book.
Is a lion evil because it kills an animal to eat? Is a human evil because he kills a cow to eat? A vegan would think so. I’m with Jack on the Annunaki created us because if we were created by God we would have in truth a sense of freedom so consuming that we would be prepared to die to keep that alive at the slightest sign of oppression from anywhere. We would value as a universal human race the fight against corruption, oppression and subversion but in reality we don’t. Let’s face it as a species we love our slavery. Whether yellow, black, brown, red or white we slave to make the master’s gain while telling ourselves we gain in the process. The Annunaki got what they wanted and moved on we just replaced one master for another that’s all. In the book it reads and clearly states in the first few lines”let us make man in our image”. It speaks in plural. No Christian has ever been able to explain why the Bible says our creator was in fact creators. Shouldn’t it read “let me make man in my image”. The Tanaka is confused. The truth is God’s image is the universe with all its growth, reality, truth and awareness and no humans are not the universe we are not constant growth (we die) we do not live in constant truth we tell ourselves what we believe is truth but in reality these truths could be lies we don’t know until awareness touches us in a fleeting moment not a constant moment. The Bible says God created the heavens and earth but does not say God created the human. Now the Annunaki story is much older than the Bible so it is the Bible validating the tablets not the other way around. Even Australian Aboriginals talk of surrogate’s that birthed us the seven surrogates same as in the tablets. Though we can ask what made the Annunaki.
Is a murderer evil? A jury can only decide guilt it cannot judge what is evil.
Is war evil? The loser might think so but the winner surely doesn’t.
Evil is a human mostly Christian construct it is not a universal one. We judge good and bad for survival purposes we judge evil for religious purposes it’s a convenience judgement.
My father God bless him said that there is no such thing as nothing and that simply means there must be a God.

@ Makow Good vs Evil is relative, depending on the observer. A hawk eats the fish, the hawk views his act as good, and the fish views it as evil, it is a matter of perspective. A hunter shoots the hawk, and the fish think that is good. Get it?
In the Bible, you are taught killing for God is goodness itself. In Genesis, God rewards Abraham for following his orders to kill his oldest son Isaac.
Anyone who reads the Bible, and does not like Jehovah or killing, finds HIM to be pure evil.
You are to believe killing for Yahweh is holy and good, but the people being killed certainly view your murderous Jewish Israelite tribe as evil.
It should be clear that good vs. evil is relative to the observer.
Another example: a human observer watches a bird eat a worm. The human observer does NOT cast any morality on his observation of a worm being killed and eaten by a bird. The human views the bird eating worms as natural. A grey alien watches humans kill each other on earth. The grey alien, views humans killing each other as natural.
Likewise a Jewish supremacist watches an Israeli kill a Palestinian. The Jewish supremacist observer may say the act was good, or have no opinion at all. The Palestinians most definitely think Israelis killing their people is evil. Once again, good vs evil is relative to the observer.
From my perspective, when a Christian reads the Holy Bible, and agrees with it, they have accepted Jewish evil into their soul as good, and they become little demon helpers of Jews and their evil doings, like the rape of Palestine for evil Israel.
Jews abduct and rape children, the tribe members think it is good. If you are a Christian, Jews raping children puts your spelled mind into a conundrum, on one hand you must support the Jew, because that is what your holy book says, on the other hand you can not support rape of children.
That, my friends, is exactly why you shouldn’t cloud your judgment with poisonous Jewish literature.
We commented nine months ago, and I change my mind often. I should rent a room on the road to Damascus. As I said to Nico X in probably 2021, the religious side is magic and is not susceptible to analysis by left-brain logic. When we are in that mode we completely ignore half the Cosmos and cannot see ghosts, monsters, time travel, Good or Evil, telepathy, Destiny etc.
The bible is a book of good and evil. The present biosphere was created by the demiurge/Jaldeboath, the archdeceiver. To survive in this biosphere you must kill, either animals or plants.
We’re here to learn, to grow and mature. We will leave this place to be just as evil and wicked as when we were born.
This planet is running on an inverse vector. Jesus e.g. told his message in parables which are images of truth, not the truth iteself.

You (& everybody else) would find it absolutely fascinating to listen to Jerry Marzinsky talk about his firsthand observations from decades of experience working with schizophrenics, that the voices they hear are not hallucinations – as claimed by the “psychiatric mafia'” (as he refers to them) – but come from outside entities . In addition he found that they (for some reason) strongly react to /are repelled by Psalm 23 in the Bible, as well as uplifting Godly/spiritual music.

God created it all, all of the good and all of the evil. If god did not like evil he would have NOT created this universe.
Makow is a “god apologist”. Theists claim god is good and the devil evil. They always use this pitiful logic. God created the devil. Of course, the devil does not exist anymore than the god.
What is really going on is life in a tooth and claw universe. The worm eats the microbe, the robin eats the worm, the fox eats the robin, the man kills the fox for his fur, the reptilian farms the earth, the Archons created the duality.
Evil is relative to the observer. The robin does not view itself as evil eating the worms. The human does not see itself as evil for killing the fox. The Jew does not view itself as evil for killing the Goyim.
Higher intelligence treats lower intelligence badly. Look at how we treat monkeys. No universal law is broken when the Jew kills the Palestinian. You can not act outside of the “laws of god/universe”.
From the Goyim perspective, the highest moral good would be achieved if all Jews were killed. No god cares what we do, it is always survival of the fittest. Darwin was right and Makow is wrong again.

If you can agree that there is a source, entity, or a being which is so holy beyond ourselves, and such a perfection beyond our capacity to conceive, and which we can only contemplate different facets of his perfection and goodness depending on our capacities, then there would be some basis to say that this source is simply goodness itself in the highest sense. The proof of the pudding is in the eating of it, or perhaps you are a more of a Guy-Am-I in Dr. Seuss’s “Green Eggs and Ham”.
If we surrender ourselves to Him, what usually follows is a sublime peace, or rest, or a cure of something, and a kind of lifting up. If despite all of His works and presence all around us, we do not listen to Him or seek Him in our lives, then we are left to our own devices. However, we want to be masters of our own ship and simply do what we want, and being thus fragmented and separated from Him, most of us simply make a mess of things, and we get a taste of our own potential for evil, and most often suffer the consequences of our folly.
As is usually the case, we find any excuse in our pride not to turn to Him to lift ourselves out of our own muck. The so-called “problem of evil” is just one example of the rationalistic excuses, as is the idea that everything in creation just happened with no directing and all-knowing intelligence. You say just tell me how God can be all good, all powerful, and all knowing and allow so much evil to be in the world. If I could give you a satisfactory rationalistic answer to that mystery based on the limits of our human intelligence and experiences, then I doubt you as a Guy-Am-I would even bother to try either the green eggs or the ham. The human rationalistic answer would have to be that from the point of view of God everything is good because eh allows rationalistic and spiritual beings to contract his will, such that they can freely choose him either in actions during their lives or when they die. But even such an answer would satisfy you if you believe him to be evil, and yourself somehow better, and if it did there would likely be no urgency or motivation for you to choose goodness over evil as you likely would tend to think that if God allows so much evil, it must be good and according to his will, and so, therefore, no big deal.
Or you might say his all-knowing, his omniscience, regarding everything in the future just entails determinism and there is no such thing as free will, which to me is absurd. It is our foresight regarding our actions where we do get a choice, and we know that on our own we can change the course of the future regarding certain things and often far-reaching consequence. If we do not have the strength to make the right or better choice and that weakness comes down to our failure to at least try the green eggs and ham, then whose fault is that if you want to play the blame game? Ours or God’s?
Knowing the difference between being connected to God and living only according to your own devices you get a very good idea of the reality and depths of His goodness, and you would have to call that being or entity “Good” or “absolute good”.
This originating being of our own beings is He Who Is, or God. His consciousness is at one with His being. Our beings or spirits are fallen by rejection of Him. If our lives are creative processes such that unless we chose to turn to God to cooperate with his will, then we are left to our own devices and become little demigods unto our own interests, and end up leaving a trail of harm, abuse, and dissolution behind us, but others with less talents, smarts, and advantages, instead turn to and rely on God, you cannot turn around and blame God for the evil you have done or what others who were responsible for you caused you to turn away from him.
God does not want to help mold and grow souls like automatons because he does want beings whose faith and love is not true, real, and compatible with his own. As “the” creator that is not evil. That compatibility I have only found in Christ. I do not know that much about other faiths but I never found any enlightenment, solace, strength, fullness, real virtue, or a sense of the really holy until I turned to Him. Hari Krishna meditation, and substance abuse in my youth were all dead-end allies, and philosophy only gave me questions.
If you are open to God, then the right kind of philosophy can give you a great hinger for Him making everything you through important before as trivial, and so seeking him can leave you rather vulnerable. However reason can only point the way. More than every, I now believe we live in a fallen world which is the domain of Satan who has rejected and hates God, and the battle is between the goodness of God and the evils of Satan for our souls. That is what I see.
I also admit that I have seen many examples of decent and good people without a shred of religion to be seen, but they all seem to know very clearly what is good and evil. Perhaps their goodness is based on common sense or their instinct for natural law in their regard for their own interests and those of others. For others, when trapped by the effects of the evil things they believe they have done, or are addicted to some evil habit or substance, they there are so many who are powerless to lift themselves out and up from it, until they admit their helplessness and start to rely on the big guy who is always above us ready to help.
You appear to have come to the conclusion that life is evil, and, therefore, if God created you and your life then he must also be evil. I can see that if you were really dealt a bad hand, you may think that way. You demonstrate to us that you can freely choose or reject God depending on your conception of Him. If you have missed the boat by not having been given a fair chance to choose him, you may be given another chance in some other realm, I don’t know.
If for instance you never had a good father around as a parent, your mother was a drug addict and abandoned you to be bounced around as a child from one abusive set of foster parents to another, and by the time you had reached the age of 20 you had spent 1/2 of your life in reform schools and various prison instructions, it should not be any surprise to anyone with common sense if you became a homosexual and a Satanist, and hated God. That, I understand, was the general history of Charles Manson, whose child-rearing experiences most people would say were pure evil, whether they believed in God or not.
On the other hand, if you have freely chosen other things and behaviours which conflict with what you know to be compatible with the person of God in how he has revealed himself to us, and that is the basis of your rejection, then I would think that you will simply have to bear the consequences in this life and the one to come.
If we did not believe in good and evil and the power of people to change through various forms of intervention, in order to make better choices, there would be no intervention or bother for betterment.
The fact is that it is evil which is relative to good and not vice versa. Evil is the absence of goodness and what ought to be according to God’s nature and will. Evil requires some substance in which to corrupt. Absolute goodness can exist simply by being at one with itself, but there can be so such thing as absolute evil. Evil is always parasitic. It is a kind of turning in on oneself without God or the reality of his nature. Yet, as Henry says that if we do not strive to know God we will not even know the difference between good and evil, which absence is the primary destructive force working in our civilization against all of us.
Any social, political or even religious structure we make without God in the laying of every level will crumble and fall, as will the New World Order structure they are building. The bigger the tower the harder it will fall.
