President Joe Biden, behind closed doors, has a temper that sees him yelling at staff and shouting obscenities, a new report on Monday revealed.

In fact, his temper is so bad that some staff try to avoid meting alone with him or bring along a colleague to help defuse the situation, Axios reported.

Underneath his public persona of Joe from Scranton, who likes ice cream and uses folksy language, is a president with a potty mouth and short fuse.

Biden will blast four-letter words during his rages, including: ‘God dammit, how the f*** don’t you know this?!,’ ‘Don’t f***ing bullsh** me!’ and ‘Get the f*** out of here!’

He has shown flashes of his temper in public before, including his July 2022 visit to Saudi Arabia, where he snapped at a DailyMail.com reporter for asking about his fist bump with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman outside the royal palace in Jeddah.

It’s a ‘silly question,’ the president said, adding his signature phrase ‘God love ya.’

The president also has snapped back at reporters who ask about his son Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine and China and whether he had any role in them.

‘No,’ he’s shouted in response to such inquiries.

Even fellow leaders aren’t safe from Biden’s bite.

The president lost his temper with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a June 2022 phone call, NBC News reported.

Biden had relayed to Zelensky the latest round of aid the US was sending when the Ukrainian president started listing more items he needed.

Biden snapped, telling Zelensky the American people were being generous, his administration was working hard to help and suggested Zelensky could show a little more gratitude.

Biden’s quick temper doesn’t bother all of his staff, some of whom think he should show more of it in public to counter perceptions that, at 80, he’s too old and disengaged to be president.

And staff at all levels can be subjected to Biden’s fury.

‘No one is safe,’ said one administration official told Axios.

Some aides, however, argue it’s a sign Biden respects and feels comfortable enough with his staff to yell at them.

Aides told the news outlet if the president doesn’t yell at you, it could be a sign he doesn’t respect you.

Former White House press secretary Jen Psaki was quoted as saying: ‘I said to [Biden] multiple times, ‘I’ll know we have a really good, trusting relationship when you yell at me the first time.”

Her thoughts on the president’s temper were revealed in author Chris Whipple’s book: ‘The Fight of His Life: Inside Joe Biden’s White House.’

‘There’s no question that the Biden temper is for real. It may not be as volcanic as Bill Clinton’s, but it’s definitely there,’ Whipple said of Biden.

And Biden’s temper is also said to be gentler than his predecessor, Donald Trump.

Former Trump aide Cassidy Hutchinson told the January 6th committee last year that the former president would get so angry he would throw his lunch at the wall.

She described Trump’s reaction to then-Attorney General Bill Barr saying there was no evidence of voter fraud in the 202 election: ‘The valet was inside the dining room changing the tablecloth off of the dining room table. He motioned for me to come in and then pointed toward the front of the room near the fireplace mantel and the TV.’

‘Where I first noticed there was ketchup dripping down the wall,’ she continued. ‘And there’s a shattered porcelain plate on the floor.’

Biden’s fury is said to be gentler.

One area where he shows it is in staff briefings, where the president is famous for grilling aides down to the nitty gritty, asking question after question about a topic to both learn all the details and to test aides’ knowledge on the subject.

‘He has a kind of mantra: ‘You can never give me too much detail,’ National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan told The New York Times in a piece on the president’s work habits.

Biden gets frustrated – and shows it – when aides offer vague talking points or lace their answers with too much policy minutiae.

He is obsessed with details although some staff say it’s just his way of thinking through things before making a final decision and selling that decision to the American people.

‘If there is something that’s not in the brief, he’s going to find it,’ Ted Kaufman, Biden’s longtime aide who served in his Senate seat, told Axios. ‘It’s not to embarrass people, it’s because he wants to get to the right decision. Most people who have worked for him like the fact that he challenges them and gets them to a better decision.’

And, despite the reports of a temper, aides stay loyal to the commander-in-chief.

Several Biden aides are described as members of the family by Joe and Jill Biden. The president is also famous for his compassion – calling aides when they are going through a rough time – and telling staff to put family events ahead of work.

Those qualities have kept staff working for him for years.
