Belle Carter – Natural News July 5, 2023
A former top brass French military commander and several other senior officers have reportedly delivered an ultimatum on July 2 to French President Emmanuel Marcon to restore order in the country within 48 hours or they will do it themselves, with the Army.
A letter from the 20 senior officers, which contained the threat, has reportedly been circulating in Britain and France. The warning would not only constitute a “stance” by officers in action against the state and the legitimate government, but it would also entail very serious penalties for those who participated.
The fatal shooting of 17-year-old Nahel M. in Paris by French police on June 27 during a traffic stop has sparked the massive unrest that has had the city and its surrounding suburbs’ law enforcement struggling to maintain law and order for several days now.
Former Parliamentary candidate with the Brexit Party Barnsley Jim Ferguson posted on Twitter that the said warning is allegedly from the former chief of the Armed Forces of France, highly respected and decorated General Pierre de Villiers, who fell out with Macron over his globalist policies and whom he had publicly humiliated during a row over defense spending cuts.

According to Ferguson, the De Villiers and the senior serving military officials issued the alert that they will intervene next week if riots remain unquelled.
It would be no surprise if the General leads the team that issued the warning as De Villiers has publicly criticized the ongoing conflict and European policy on Ukraine. He emphasizes that the Russian-Ukraine war is “not in the interest” of European nation-states and that its continuation just serves the vested interests of the United States government. Paris-based Le Figaro reported that the ex-Armed Forces chief argued that European countries ought to be working towards de-escalating the war in Ukraine instead of following America’s “high-risk, escalators policies.”
Reports, meanwhile, claim that the general pointed out “rioters in France have armed themselves with automatic weapons, according to further reports in another deeply disturbing and troubling turn of events as Macron continues to lose control of the situation.”
There are no other updates available at this time. Nothing yet confirms if the ultimatum is real or propaganda.
France under Macron is constantly battling crises
Right now, France continues to explode in violence as its citizens are terrorized and their cities burn. Many French citizens and ‘gilets jaunes’ are again joining the protests and calling for Macron to either resign or be removed. And this is not the first-time he has faced difficult situations such as the recent turmoil due to his policies.
Back in March, riots also sparked due to a deep political crisis when he raised the retirement age from 62 to 64 by asking French Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne to invoke Article 49.3 of the French Constitution, which gives the executive branch the power to override a legislative vote. (Related: Macron raises retirement age from 62 to 64, sparking riots across France.)
He said it was necessary to keep the French economy competitive and to prevent the pension program from going into a deficit. The president told cabinet ministers that “the financial risks were too great” had National Assembly members rejected the proposal.
Moreover, even during his first term his path has been rocky, as he faced Yellow Jackets protests, the Wuhan coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic and the ever-present threat of terrorism in France. “It’s as if France was a pressure cooker, each crisis reveals tensions, a conflict in society, tensions over the respect owed to our institutions … Our country is constantly invoking Republican values, but it appears entire segments of the population don’t feel these matter to them,” Bruno Cautres, a politics researcher with the Sciences Po institute, said.
As per Jordan Bardella, ex-National Rally President Marine Le Pen’s successor, the recent unrest had exposed frailties that could encourage a populist discourse. “Our political response must be a reasonable one, that addresses the reality and daily lives of the French,” he added.
His party predecessor Le Pen, who came second to Macron in the 2022 elections, has held back from fueling a backlash against rioters, sticking to her strategy of embracing mainstream politics.

Like every other army in Europe, uncontrolled mass invasion is tolerated by them but when the invaders do what they were imported to do then the army wakes up.
Here in merry old Ireland the army is actually using barracks around the country to house alleged Ukrainian invaders. So much for defending our borders.
The first point, senior military commanders have a duty to protect France, from external & internal threats.
If Macron doesn’t act decisively, then the military will step in.
Some months ago, I suggested there was a narrow window where the French and German military could demand their respective countries leave Nazi NATO. Those windows passed, but maybe there are other windows.
If the French military take over, and keep in mind they know external foreign powers are organising these riots, they could pull Frence out of NATO, and even expel the US from their lands, such is the US threat to France.
Given this threat to Macron, maybe the riots will just stop, because the Nazis in London and Washington would rather Macron that a military regime.
I think the German military is somewhat behind the French military in taking action, but they might have bigger balls, if the French military take over.
This is one very useful off-ramp. If France and Germany led by their respective militaries withdraw from NATO, the game is over and the US and UK are on their own. Europe would be reborn as an independent continent.
“Top brass military officers give Govt ULTIMATUM to STOP the INVASION of Britain by never-ending UNLIMITED IMMIGRATION…”
A headline you’ll NEVER SEE – not in a MILLION years!! – in ZOGUK!!!
Not that THICK Brits would have even the slightest idea that “their” Government – and Armed Forces! – are, in fact, on the pay-roll – and thus the enforcers – of (((those))) that wrote the “White Replacement” script… and, therefore, the “Show” will GO ON!!!
and why are they still not in action ?
but you should left your moslem + black
soldiers behind !
are all generals + officers members of masonry
slaves to the jews ?
It’s easy to keep the French army at bay. Just tell them the Germans are marching on Paris, they’ll be at home with the lights off within the hour. They did have the Maquis but they’re all gone now.
It wil result in worldwide Martial Law anyway. Create the conditions for easy compliance first or by brute force.
Where were these “top brass” for the last few years? Shenanigans in France for some time now. Why are they speaking out now? What’s their angle?
Uh pis esta canijo . 🥱🥱🥱😫😩

“Unconfirmed reports” are merely rumours. The validity of Belle Carter’s article, depends on how much credibility you’re prepared to accord to witless declentions of hearsay, bandied casually by twitter users. No provenance is invoked. There isn’t even an attribution to the stock “anonymous whistleblower.”
If you remember, in April of 2021, an open letter to the French people, envoyed to President Macron by disaffected elements among the military, threatened army intervention in civil affairs, purposed to quelling riotous public disorder. The correspondance contended that France’s continuing instability would lead to the collapse of the republic, identifying “crime, immigration, Islamic radicalism and censorship of alternative voices” as the disruptive agencies most beleaguering France.
The April 2021 letter was signed by 50 former army generals and by 27,000 retired officers of other ranks and soldiers. Compare this to the speculative missive discussed above, which, apparently, boasts all of 20 signatories, none of whose names we know, although one of them may be Pierre de Villiers, aristocrat and general (retired.) The April 2021 open letter to Macron carried the greater weight, by virtue of the numbers of names undersigned.
Yet, nothing became of the April 2021 ultimatum, beyond the trials of 18 of the signatories, who proved to be currently serving army personnel and were summarily court-marshaled. Authenticity notwithstanding, even the author’s harum scarum reproach that the 20 phantom plotters risk “very serious penalties” for their actions, errs on the hysterical, given that the April 2021 rebels were not held to account legally, (apart from the incautious eighteen.)
In May of 1958, the French Army successfully accomplished a coup d’etat in France, for the less tangibly nationalistic concern of ensuring that a full army complement remained in Algeria, to safeguard the interests of the pied-noirs, the native French in Algeria. In 1958, though, the historical context favoured the generals. The nascent Fifth Republic was able to call upon the beaky paterfamilias himself, Charles de Gaulle, the most experienced of statesmen, to don the presidential robes once more.
There is no one with the political and military standing in France today, who can be compared in stature to de Gaulle.
Who could the army install as President, who wouldn’t incite popular anger and international outrage? It would have to be someone of steely resolve and the surest of political nous, to oversee the transition to a constitutionally redefined, Sixth Republic. I can’t think of any candidates, among France’s contemporary political class, who would be quite so reckless as to associate themselves with treason. Even Marine Le Pen is invested in the system and would rather wait to wield power on her own terms, within the Republic’s established parameters. Marine’s old man, Jean-Marie, would’ve been up for it, had he not died eight years ago.
Gossip is breezily inattentive of statescraft.
Will this even get published? Mcgregor says outside powers controlling French riots. It’s the Nazis…
I think Macron was last seen holding a ‘microphone’ and saying…
“Sad songs they saaaaaay SOOOOO MU-UCH!
So turn ’em on! Turn ’em on!
Turn on those saaaad songs!”
@CARL JONES
yes surely TPTB
german military has no balls, like Olaf Scholz !
But the rioting is not french people
its foreign migrant looters
imported in by government
the UK is going down the same route with its migrants
Interesting remarks indeed, andyay!
One thing puzzles me though: Where there is unstoppable violent social chaos, is the army not called upon, ipso facto, to intervene? Besides, the army’s intervention is not a change of regime in such circumstances. It is merely an intervention for a specific purpose: restoration of law and order.
Carl, please tell me where Colonel Macgregor said that ‘outside powers are controlling the French riots’.

‘Where were these “top brass” for the last few years? Shenanigans in France for some time now. Why are they speaking out now? What’s their angle?’
I am hoping that someone may be able to shed light on this. In the meantime, I have a hazy idea:
There is a publication that speaks of the French military top brass. This work (I have it, but have not yet laid my hands on it) This work is hostile to the top brass, along the lines of ‘undemocratic’, ‘the silent rulers of France’, etc. They consider themselves the ultimate rulers of France, and are so considered by the French conservatives, the large French majority.
All this top brass are Saint-Cyr graduates. Many of them are aristocrats. Their power is formidable. They detest the UN and the EU. If they really are on the move now, that might just be a very good thing.
I could be wrong about this, Sophie but I don’t think that there’s any constitutional provision in France that allows the army to intervene in civil affairs, however exasperated its generals may be.
The President of the Republic is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and as far as I understand, the army can only be deployed against the rioters, upon Macron’s order.
I’m very happy to be corrected, if you know otherwise… I don’t much fancy delving into the constitutional provisions of the Fifth Republic, this evening. Rather befittingly, I have become a gastropod.
The 1958 constitution, in letter, is barely distinguishable from the 1946 constitution. The 1958 document, weights greater power to the Executive.
tHE OLD uPPER cLASSES OF eUROPE ARE (caps error) finding more room in my mind lately; in the mainstream they are treated with contempt just because the Jews wanted their place, and we are invited to respect only foreigners and criminals, (the Jews themselves being criminals). Looking for high-level prose from about 200 years ago has led me more into the culture of that time. Language is only one place where civilised values are expressed
@ andyay ‘…I don’t think that there’s any constitutional provision in France that allows the army to intervene in civil affairs…’
Right. Still, I have an isdea that when strife in civil affairs tips into a threat to national security, the army can make a unilateral decision to take over from the civil security services, provided that the latter appear to have lost contrrol.
That is, unlike in the Anglo-Saxon jurosdictions, the French armed forces are not fully under the command of the political leadership in domestic affairs, although they remain responsible to it. This is no contradiction here. Rather, there is the presumption that when the civilian leadership is out of control, national security is threatened, so the armed forces come to its defence. That is, the defence forces step in when the civilian leadership is rendered incapable.
Then again, International Law may (probably does) override the above. But I very much doubt that the Saint-Cyr derived top brass gives a fig about International Law, NATO, the UN, or France’s allies.
I can find no relevant online English discussions. But I shall get a French Frend’s help here, and tackle any French text he comes up with. I shall let you knnow what I find. And please, if you are looking into this any further, send me whatever you come up with. Good hunting! 🙂
