Not watched, but the vid image gives it away. There’s definitely something in this, but given the rubbish, dog shit, human shit, and risk from needles, it’s kinda hard to do daily if you live in London. I wouldn’t go barefoot in any London park, cus I know what goes on. Sheeple aren’t just thicko, they’re mostly disgusting. Gob here, nosing cleaning there. It’s rampant.

Be very careful if you indulge in this practise.
I wasnt because of not having a clue of the danger involved and really did end up “grounded”
But In an inner hell after being bitten by an infected tick
Its endemic in Europe and the UK is rotten with it
There is no cure at present

claiming it doesnt exist,
It does, and you dont want to end up with it.
Btw, “grounding” IMHO does make good sense, just be very aware of the dangers inherent in going
“barefoot in the park”!

This works best on the beach. It drains all the negative ions from the body.

An interesting concept, standing barefoot on the ground to connect to earth. Years ago I often used to go barefoot to toughen my feet and it did but I never noticed if it improved my mood or my sleep etc.
They say this June will be the hottest on record but there’s a simple explanation for that. (I remember as a kid the late-60s up to the mid-70s were far hotter summers.) When records began they took the noon temperature in the shade but for the last fifteen years or so they’ve been taking the noon temperature in the sun. And just like that average temperatures have gotten hotter simply by cheating and lying about it.

A close acquaintance of mine goes barefoot quite a bit & consumes a lot of inflammation-reducing smoothies & supplements after working out. Not a day goes by without some mention of pain…

I was in the creek swimming yesterday and as I sat on my inner tube resting and soaking in the sounds and smells, a couple little minnows nibbled at my toes. One also kept nibbling at my butt which made me chuckle and remember the same chuckle for the same reason in the same
swimming hole from more than 60 years ago. As if then was now and now was then. The best medicine then and now.

I take short barefoot jaunts around my rented property in NE Thailand, well wooded … encountered giant centipedes, green scorpions the size of children’s rubber toys that make clicking noises as the skitter around and wave the tail in warning and couple of krait snakes (people die if not rushed to a clinic with antivenom).
And never a hint of trouble, mutual respect ensures peaceful coexistence.
And it does feel good, gotta admit, whether it actually affects long term outcomes is a question that cannot be tested with one subject and no way of running a cross-over experiment with lifespan as the end point.

I would hope that someone with a basic understanding of chemistry would address these silly assertions. You can electrically ground yourself by touching metallic household plumbing…something the indians had in short supply.
Inflamation is likely the result of depleted metabolitic enzymes and excessive allergen production caused by modern diets (including regularly consumed drugs) and continuous exposure to the materials (literally thousands of them, all invented in the last hundred years) of modernity.
