The theory of the anthropogenic cause of global warming will soon be at the center of the confrontation between the West and Russia. While no one denies that some parts of the world are warming, there is currently no alternative explanation for this phenomenon. But renowned scientists will be presenting another at COP-28 in Dubai. They happen to be members of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The theory that global warming is observable all over the planet and that it is caused by human activity has been popularized by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC); a United Nations commission.
I have no expertise in climate issues and I don’t presume to judge whether this theory is true or false, but I am an expert in international politics and I can assess the work of this UN commission.
Ten years ago, I wrote that, as its name suggests, the IPCC is not a learned academy at all, but an intergovernmental group [1]. Its conclusions are therefore not the fruit of a scientific approach, but of a political debate.
The IPCC was created on the initiative of the British Prime Minister, Margareth Thatcher, to support her fight against the miners’ unions. Unsurprisingly, it concluded that coal is bad for the environment, while nuclear power is desirable. This is not a scientific theorem, but a political statement.
Furthermore, I pointed out that the creation of greenhouse gas emission rights is not an intergovernmental initiative, but an idea of the Joyce Foundation, implemented by Climate Exchange Ltd. [2]. Each state drafts its own legislation on the subject. It receives a certain quantity of emission rights, which it allocates as it sees fit to companies. Companies that only partially use their rights can resell them on a specialized stock exchange in Chicago.
The articles of association for this exchange were drafted by a then unknown Joyce Foundation lawyer, a certain Barack Obama (future President of the United States). The call for investors to launch the exchange was organized by Al Gore (future vice-president of the United States), and David Blood (former director of Goldman Sachs bank). Whether you consider these people to be bona fide environmental activists or high-flying swindlers is a matter of perspective.
Over time, this political device has been cloaked in a veneer of science and good intentions, making it difficult to question. Yet there is an alternative scientific theory to explain global warming. It was put forward by Croatian geophysicist Milutin Milanković between the wars.
The Earth’s orbit varies according to three natural cycles: eccentricity, obliquity and the precession of the equinoxes. Each of these variations follows a cycle, between 20,000 and 100,000 years, which is perfectly calculable. Combined, these three variations influence the Earth’s insolation and hence its climate. This theory was confirmed in 1976 by the study of ice cores from the Vostok drilling project in Antarctica. But it doesn’t explain everything.
The Russian Academy of Sciences has just put forward a third theory, also based on observation of nature. According to it, “The main cause of local climatic catastrophes is the increasing emission of natural hydrogen due to the alternating gravitational forces of the moon and sun, which cause holes in the ozone layer. The resulting rise in temperature and the mixing of ozone and hydrogen are the main causes of forest and steppe fires” [3]].
The Académie des Sciences not only questions the dogma of the IPCC, it also challenges the mechanism for reducing holes in the ozone layer. Namely, the Vienna Convention and the Montreal Protocol “whose implementation has wiped out entire sub-industries of the chemical industry without affecting the size of ozone holes, which have only increased”.
The Russian Academy of Sciences’ theory is also based on the idea that global warming is not a comparable phenomenon in different parts of the world. Contrary to popular belief, the temperature of the Pacific Ocean is actually cooling [4].
The findings of the Russian Academy of Sciences will be presented at COP-28 in Dubai in late November/early December. A political battle is already underway to silence the scientists. It concerns the appointment of the session chairman, who will be able to give the floor to the troublemakers or, on the contrary, silence them. Mohammed ben Zayed, the ruler of the United Arab Emirates, is in charge of choosing the chairman. He has appointed Sultan al-Jaber, his Minister of Industry. US and EU parliamentarians immediately wrote to UN Secretary-General António Guterres, asking him to oppose the move. Their argument, as ever, is irrelevant to their objective. They argue that Sultan al-Jaber is also Chairman of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc). He would therefore be judge and jury. Instead, they recommend appointing a non-fossil fuel lobbyist. He would also be judge and jury, but for the opposing camp.
If Russian scientists speak out at COP-28, the assembly is likely to split in two, not along scientific but political lines. Anglo-Saxon supporters versus Russian supporters (the rest of the world). There’s no doubt that the IPCC dogma will soon become the idée fixe of the West and the laughing stock of the rest of the world.

Just watched the latest Diehold Foundation video. He’s a bit of an ego, but interesting stuff. He agrees the Earth is expanding, something I said on here many years ago. Every 12k micronova cycle, the Earth moves a little further from the Sun, so you might say, Mars is Earth’s future, but it’s a while off.
These 12k cycles will lead to extinctions, but not as many as you might think. Most survive, but new forms of life also appear. This is due to the greater distance from the Sun.
Of course, we have no idea about this distance increase, or how long these effects take to work their way in to the life cycle.
The UN or the IPCC doesn’t even score on the relevance ranking. Their relevance is weighted by how much can they feck up the thicko sheeple, and because the sheeple have no relevance, the UN has no relevance.
The Russians and Chinese play along, because they have the same problems of dealing with their thicko sheeple, in the light of events beyond human control. The myth of power is that you can protect and make things better. When faced with events they can’t control, you invent a fear structure which you can develope policies which will save the sheeple.

There are loads of people that deny it. I’m poor, so I have no heating. Because of this I notice when it’s hot or cold (because I’m hot or cold). And for whatever reason, where I am has been getting hotter for at least 15 years, long before the scams.

If there was any truth to global warming these unelected elitists making the rules would HAVE to give up their private jets. Nature gives no dispensation to wealth. It is all very elementary. Determining temperatures of various places on the earth any time before around 1880 is a very speculative business to say the least.

Only much more recently has there been any real attempt even to speak in a scientific sense of average temperatures of the planet in the past. If we can rule out such things as continental drift, there is data to say that such places as Yukon were once very tropical and to speculate it must have been after some ice age and in a period when the earth was much warmer. In any case what is required for any reliable determinations of prehistoric warming and cooling trends, ice ages and what not, is to utilize data from a variety of scientific fields. However, if you add any politics to the mix, then you are adding special interests and faking the science, which Mrs. Thatcher and her “conservative” government apparently did regarding coal, and then all you end up with is a grand pretext and propaganda created by those who think they own the world and everything in it, in order to control resources, production and consumption, and on a global scale, all of which tinkering has nothing to do with any real science except “political science”, which is hardly a science but more of a history of the art of plundering and fooling people most of the time.
The main complication in determining if the earth is actually in a warming or a cooling stage, is that if the decadent Western establishment deems that their present or long-range economic and power-mogul interests is that public must believe that man-made carbon emissions or even cow farts are the source of some kind of a perilous global warming trend, then you can be sure that all of the major political parties, the entire business community, the media, and the heads of every major institution will parrot that very official narrative, and keep their heads totally buried in the sand, just as they did all through the entire Covid plandemic, simply because, dogs that they are, they will not dare to bite the hand which feeds and controls them.
If the solution to the alleged global-warming peril is to stop all such emissions by asserting draconian controls over resources, production and consumption, as well as to reduce human numbers on the planet, but that we clearly see there is no real substance to the fear, then we can be certain that the “solutions” are mainly what they are seeking, not to make anything “safter” but mainly as pretexts and methods to establish more of their top-down controls. The so-called “solutions” are simply diktats based on false premises to serve the interests and visions of the elites.
The only real complication which enters the mix then is our own dishonesty that when we know the peril is a hoax we continue on as if it is real because we know it is to our gain by complying with the official but fake narrative coming from above. In the next tier of collective dishonesty, we are then required to take sides and be loyal to authorities which have absolutely no moral limits. If it leads to a war, then the attitude is, “So be it, for I am on the side of Biden and the West.” However, that facts are that Putin is most likely right and his views are the better course for the world to follow.
With respect to global warming and the “sustainability” solutions, the unadulterated facts are as follows:
#1 – The most “developed” nations on the globe including the US, the UK, the EU, Japan and China, coincidentally are the most resource depleted and dependent on either colonies or other nations in their various economic speres of influence to sustain their life styles and desires.
#2 – The spread of that thing called “development” all around the world entails that more and more resource nations will tend to become more wealthy and independent from the more developed nations they are feeding.
#3 – To sustain power and control over the nations of the developing world, and especially those with strategic economic interests, not only do their governments have to be bought and controlled, which most of them have been, but they also have to buy into the official narratives regarding all of the fake perils.
#3 – Nations such as Russia, China, India and a few in Africa have so developed that they are now sewing their own oats and are fed up with all of the fake perils emanating from the West.
#4 – Thanks to “free trade” with China and other as aspects of a “here & now” culture, where the business and upper classes of the West have become enormously rich (huge profits onshore and also parked offshore), each Western nation has unfortunately been turned from a creditor nation into a debtor one, which has served the Western establishment in a debt-rigging process deliberately to create a very contrived economic peril to force more compliance within the ranks of their economic infrastructures. That perils along with the climate-change one serves the totalitarian interests of the Western establishment.
#5 – The entire infrastructure of the Western establishment must ignore the actual causes or the reality of any peril they are required to believe in, and simply pragmatically support all of their “solutions”, i.e. the UN-WEF-NWO agendas for top-down global controls over resources, land, production, consumption, and also to cast a blind eye to the more fundamental goals of the Western oligarchs which are to establish top-down controls over human numbers and reproduction – who is to live and who is to die.
The magnates of the West are in a crisis. They do not really believe in a globalism where there is sovereignty and self-determination of nations, a sharing of knowledge, or even any universal human rights which should triumph in very nation. They see that process as leading to their own loss of power and control, which very well may be the case. What they essentially believe in is that might makes right, and that “right” really has nothing to do with universal principles of right and wrong in human affairs, but only their right to do what they want. What they cannot understand is that as long as they keep endorsing and practicing their methods of deception, bribing, blackmail, brainwashing, intimidation, terror mongering, and oppression to maintain and advance their wealth and powers, there is no real purchase for any society based on shared knowledge, honesty, freedom, or trust to survive or to flourish.

Meyssan gives us an interesting historical insight about Obama but leaves out the role of Gore’s father in Congress promoting nuclear power, and how Russia aligns with the Gore family to promote NPPs in the tropics, where they never were before.
Russia is nobody’s scientific friend or you would have heard from their “geniuses” a long time ago on the CO2 hoax driving this fake climate emergency, especially since climate became their academic opportunity to newly pose as skeptics. The takeaway of Vostok was not orbital influence, it was how a rise in CO2 in the atmosphere always lags temperature rise, the opposite of what Gore and the rest of them say.
Orbital influence is minor. The Earth is closest to the Sun, at its perihelion, about two weeks after the December solstice and farthest from the Sun, or at its aphelion, about two weeks after the June solstice. Earth is farthest from the Sun when it is summer in the Northern Hemisphere.
Climate is essentially the manifestation of solar intensity either from the source or from tilting of earth’s axis or from latitude, modified by oceanic currents and continental positioning. Climate has never been about the fluctuation of CO2 in the atmosphere, because CO2’s infrared effect saturated on day one of the solar system. CO2 is the best thing going for biology other than methane which helps control the redox rate on earth. What was said about hydrogen and ozone in that context was more academic smokescreen.
BTW Al Gore was at this years WEF conference and said the oceans were boiling.
