On the contrary, Soros et al. don’t give the slightest damn about “stealing Russian resources.” Doug MacGregor is a smart man who’s very knowledgeable about military matters, but when he ventures beyond that realm – e.g. when he dabbles with the question of “why” – he’s completely out of his element and his purely speculative opinions are no more valid than those of the average brainwashed/misinformed person in the U.S.
