A primary school teacher now works in a sandwich shop after being sacked following a row over her refusal to use an eight-year-olds desired pronouns. The teacher is now pursuing legal action against Nottinghamshire Council, responsible for the school, over alleged unfair dismissal. Around two years ago, her school decided to facilitate the social transition of the little girl who wanted to be treated as a boy, she claimed.
All staff members were instructed to refer to the student using male pronouns and a male name, and the child was granted access to boys’ toilets and dressing rooms.
The teacher, a Christian, said she repeatedly warned about potential harm to the child’s welfare using the school’s whistleblowing procedure.
In response to her safeguarding alarms, the school said they were moving the child to another class to protect them from potential harm.
She was also told her “personal beliefs”, were they to be acted upon, “could be a direct breach of GDPR and an act of direct discrimination”.
After this warning, she was suspended and investigated for alleged “ongoing refusal to follow a management instruction”.
The suspension was waived, but only after the teacher agreed to do everything she could to avoid unnecessary contact with the transitioning child and to avoid using specific gender pronouns or any name when interacting with the child.
She raised further safeguarding alarms with the school’s governors and local authority, referring to key scientific evidence suggesting that encouraging young children to socially transition poses a significant risk to their health and welfare.
Her concerns were ignored again, she claims.
Since her warnings, the woman says she has been sacked for gross misconduct after sharing information about the child with her lawyers in preparation for a judicial review claim against the school and the council.
She said that the school has reported her to the Teacher Regulation Agency for an alleged confidentiality breach, which means she could face a lifelong ban from the profession.
Now, the woman has filed an employment tribunal claim against Nottinghamshire County Council for alleged unfair dismissal and religious discrimination. Her hearing is expected in August.
“Teachers are being bullied not to question trans-affirming policies when evidence shows that the actual result of the approach is to put the welfare of children at serious risk,” the teacher said.
Andrea Williams, chief executive of the Christian Legal Centre, which is supporting the teacher’s case, said: “This story exposes the confusion and untruths being embedded in primary schools which are developing into a public health crisis.
Williams urged the Department for Education to scrutinize the case and take necessary action to protect teachers who hold Christian beliefs and oppose or question transgender ideology from being unfairly targeted within the profession.
The Department for Education, while refraining from commenting on individual cases, acknowledged the collaboration between the Education Secretary and the Minister for Women and Equalities to provide guidance for schools.
A Department for Education spokesman said: “We expect schools to carefully consider their approach to these matters, to ensure that they take the right decision from the point of view of safeguarding children, accounting for parents’ views and those of medical experts where relevant.”
According to a source, speaking to the Telegraph, the Government has plans to publish guidance for schools about how to respond to students questioning their gender, and that teachers will be told they don’t have to use the child’s desired pronoun.

Also subliminal programming especially in cartoons has affected the minds of little kids. Get your kids out of school and enjoy playing in Nature with no mobile phones, no tv or any electronic tech around. Read old books like Dickens and Shakespeare, Get them to learn to play a musical instrument. Please go back to things done decades ago, play board games like monopoly, cluedo, chess, draughts, dominoes. The list is endless. Please be creative and get other parents to commit to this lifestyle so that there is a community of families and friendship for children. You must try before our ways of life are utterly destroyed.

The GDPR, referred to in the article, is the General Data Protection Regulation, as enacted legislatively in the 2018 Data Protection Act in the UK.
It’s rather interesting that this particular statute should be leveraged against the teacher, to bring criminality to bear, upon an essentially ethical dispute.
The Teacher Regulation Agency is the biggest bully in the paddock.
The 2018 Act forbids the sharing of personal data by those who may be entrusted with it and lists certain catagories, considered especially sensitive; for which, greater punitive recourse is availed to the court.
Imprudently sharing details, for example, about someone’s race, religion or health status brings the risk of a heavier sentence. The teacher divulged none of the above profile markers. There is, however, provision for weightier punishment, where the data leaked concerns an individual’s “sex life or orientation.”
The threat of the teacher being professionally debarred because of a breach of the Data Protection Act, therefore, depends on whether discussing disputed pronouns and novel forenames without permission, constitutes an incursion of an eight-year-old child’s right to sexual privacy. I would have thought that any such prosecution, would immediately present as a controversy of jurisprudence.
I can’t really see what the sacked teacher could otherwise have done, in preparing for her legal defense, than disclosing the truth to her counsel.
Having been a HS math teacher in the late 80s and early 90s, and my daughter having gone to college to become an elementary teacher (but she never took the pedagogical tests, so she never got her certificate), I’d say I am THRILLED my daughter is NOT a teacher! She couldn’t become “woke” if she even tried (and took college courses on it!). She’s a business manager in non-woke far west Texas. Now, if only my son would get his kids outta public school… (Note: I home schooled both my kids.)

The “GDPR” says “you can’t access your own information, nor can you access anyone else’s, but we can buy and sell it and use it against you, and if you don’t like it you can lump it”. Go against it (or them) and you’re a “criminal”.

This is an attrocity. Primary school (six-to-eleven-year-olds in England and Wales) children are entirely at the mercy of the teacher-trained idiots (the very bottom on the academic barrel) who practise what they are taught at ‘university’ (actually, ‘teachers’ college’). They believe the ‘trans’ thesis without question. (They never question authority: they just swallow the rubbish because they think it is education.) Besides, professional promotion for them is easiest achieved by their noting on their CVs that they have helped a ‘trans’ child. So the tomboy eight-year-old girl is the teachers’ pet. But she is not a tomboy nowadays; she is ‘transitioning’.
So what happens in three or four years time, when the tomboy begins to mensurate, and the voices of the boys around her begin to break? Of old, the tomboy disappeared, and the girl came into full bloom. But these days, this happens: She is on puberty-suppressant medication, because she is ‘transitioning’. For her, that is in the first stage of the physical and psychological crippling that will prevent her healthy maturation.
The bald fact is that stupid, and/or unscrupulous, primary-school teachers are the powerful agents of this entrapment of children far too young to know that they are being railroaded into sickly, medication dependant, miserable lives. The parent who intervenes will no doubt be set upon by social workers (every bit as stupid as primary teachers). The stupid ones among those parents will cave in.
What are the leading Western Christian institutions doing to correct this atrocity? Nothing! The Eastern Orthodox Churches provide against it rigorously. But among the Western political leaders, I know only of Hungary’s Prime Minster Viktor Orban and his Party. They have legislation in place (on the strength on a nation-wide referendum) that forbids the teaching of gender ‘theory’ and homosexual behaviours to children under 18 years. And what is the EU doing? (hehehe) It is withholding Euro13 billion of finance, due to Hungary as an EU member, because of this ‘non-inclusive’ law. And now they are facing a European Court that will probably overthrow this law. And what will Hungary do? It will cock a snook at this law.
