Introduction – May 11, 2023
US Air Force F-22s are about to be deployed to the Amari Air Base in Estonia but they won’t be the only NATO warplanes based there. They will be joining a contingent of Royal Air Force Typhoons already stationed there.
Together they represent some the the West’s most advanced and capable air power
To get some idea of how Russia will view this, imagine if advanced Russian and Chinese fighters were deployed to a Mexican Air Force base to monitor the Gulf of Mexico. Or if Russian and Chinese fighters were flying patrols out the Republic of Ireland over the Irish Sea.
The British Parliament, the US Congress and the White House would be in uproar.
Well this amounts to the same thing. Advanced British and American warplanes will be flying patrols in airspace that Russia considers its own backyard. The West is more than just asserting itself over sea lanes to and from Russia’s main north eastern port, we can’t help feeling that it is preparing for a direct military confrontation with Russia.
To make matter worse these potential areas of confrontation with Russia aren’t confined to the Baltic or Ukraine.
They are developing in Romania, where NATO is establishing a network of air and missile defences, that Russia claims is a threat to its interests.
There are also the Kuril Islands in the northern Pacific, currently occupied by Russia but claimed by Japan.
Then of course there’s Syria, where nearly one thousand US troops remain in defiance of demands by Damascus that they leave.
So potential areas of conflict with Russia are developing on multiple fronts and neither Russia or the West seems ready to back down. Ed.

US F-22s deploy to Estonia from Poland
NATO Allied Air Command Public Affairs Office – May 9, 2023
The U.S. Air Force F-22s supporting NATO Allied Air Command’s Air Shielding mission along the eastern flank have executed an Agile Combat Employment deployment to Amari Air Base, Estonia on May 8 to deter aggression in the Baltic Sea region.
The US fighters joined their Royal Air Force colleagues who are conducting NATO’s enhanced Air Policing mission out of Amari with their Eurofighter Typhoons. In early April, Joint Base Langley-Eustice’s 94th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron deployed 12 F-22s to Poland’s Powidz Air Base in support of the critical mission, which augments the Alliance’s Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) and Counter-Integrated Air Defence System (C-IADS) capabilities to safeguard the border along NATO’s eastern flank.
Rapidly fielding forces in the Baltic Sea region highlights the operational readiness of Allied forces and their ability to respond to defend NATO territory. The enhanced posture allows the Alliance to deter and mitigate any potential air and missile threat. The Air Shielding mission is a purely defensive mission designed to shield and protect Allied territory and populations and is a key component of NATO’s Deterrence and Defence Posture.
The Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are situated on a critical air, land, and sea corridor, which requires a coordinated approach between Allies to maintain and sustain international freedom of maneuver throughout the region.
An effective IAMD structure incorporates air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains to provide full-spectrum awareness of airspace faced with complex adversary threats. As a highly maneuverable stealth aircraft, the F-22 is designed to rapidly project dominance, penetrate evolving threats, and achieve air superiority.

More idle provocation. These F22’s will spend more time on the ground, being serviced, than in the air, and this presents an easy target.
Russians don’t fly, F22s on the ground, easy target.
Be sure, the Russians are preparing a first strike.
Something is going on. Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield have headlined the Daily Fail online for two days straight.
The Russians have also been very quiet. Are the elites scurrying to their bunkers?
We’re getting close. Feel the warmth. lol
Fecking thicko moronic sheeple got us here, so rejoice in that.
Since the Iranians can find and shoot down F22s, then the Russians can. Fish in a barrel. Ducks in a row. Good luck with that. Remember that Russians can electronically disable our ships as well.
THE GOAL OF THIS WAR IS TO DESTROY THE U.S. US! THE DEMS ARE OUR INTERNAL, ETERNAL ENEMY.
US/UK/NATO playing with fire !
Russia should station some nuke missiles in
Cuba , Grenada, Venecuela etc ! or send their
submarines to karibic + atlantic shores .
As most of us know the US destruction of NordStream was as much an economical move as it was a war-strategy move. This clip from Redacted shows a nearly-built semiconductor plant outside Phoenix, and they explore the US plan to react against China if it moves into Taiwan. It seems US support of Taiwan is all about the US being ready to destroy the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) “so China can’t have it”, and so the truth of it is the US is probably goading China to move to protect Taiwan from US interference–to which the US makes clear it will destroy the TSMC plant and move its business and move it to Arizona. It seems industrial theft is the root of all this aggravation.
The thrust of the story is in the first six or seven minutes.

I am having a hard on with this news. WWIII must have started already and nobody is sending any memo on it.
Humanity at its best (or dumb amerikan forgot to take their pills again)
It was or should have been obvious from early on that not if but when the F-35 / F-22 / Typhoons enter the war, fly over the Ukraine border, it will be On and On Big Time. Despite the delusional parroting of pipe dream Russian aircraft superiority the Russian Air Force is out classed, out gunned and vastly out numbered by US-NATO air forces. Russia has not (cannot) establish control over Ukraine airspace without US- NATO aircraft present. What then when they are present.
“Even if the Russian Su-57 were comparable in capability to an F-35, and there is no clear indication that it could be, the Russian planes would be massively outnumbered and outgunned by a much larger US and NATO force of F-35s. Not only does Russia operate less than half of the fleet of fighter jets when compared with the US, but numerous reports in the Russian media say that Russia only has 12 5th-Generation Su-57s and plans to acquire over 70 in coming years.”

I imagine a batch of those Poiseidon tsunami nukes of Vlads, wouldn’t be too difficult to enplace somewhere off coast.Norfolk navy base or a California San Andreas plate disturber ?

This is why the BBC ‘News’corps – so not American – are trying to get Biden re-elected – Mr. Trump has threatened to end the War –
“Donald Trump says he would end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours tonight on CNN,” the possible 2024 candidate tweeted. “Despite how ridiculous that is to say, I suspect he would try to do it by turning Ukraine over to Putin and Russia. #Putin’sPuppet.”

What is really going on? Prigozhyn went berserk again, bellowing obscenities, claiming that the Russian military command are stupid, etc., and that he sees no sign of the ammunition he was promised. What is more, he claimed that the Russian fighters have run for it, leaving the Wager people exposed, who then also ran. The Ukes advanced to regain some 2 miles of territory.
But Russia says that none of this is true:
‘The Russian Defense Ministry has denied rumors of a large-scale Ukrainian counteroffensive, saying in a statement on Thursday that most of the frontline appeared to be relatively calm, with the only heavy fighting in and near Artyomovsk, also known as Bakhmut.
“Reports by certain Telegram channels of ‘breaches of defenses’ in several places along the line of contact are not accurate,” the ministry said around 11pm Moscow time. “The general situation in the area of the special military operation is under control.”
According to the Russian military, the last remaining part of Artyomovsk was being stormed with air force and artillery support, while there was an “ongoing battle” to repel the attack of Ukrainian units in the direction of Malo-Ilyinkovka northwest of the city, with “heavy enemy casualties in lives and equipment.” ‘

Where is Colonel Macgregor?
@hp
It’s so sweet and touching to see hp have so much faith in the (((western))) MIC whose only function is to fleece the long suffering taxpayers-not to win any wars.
Not to mention his unlimited faith in the jabbed n boosted, non binary “pilots of color” flying these things, one of whom recently needed multiple million dollar missiles just to shoot down a Chink weather balloon.
C’mon man!
Sophie Johnson–do not look for victory on either side; war has not been about victory for centuries
Kyklon, get a hold of those knee and stop your childish projecting.
Better to know then not know and self delusion ain’t the way..
PH, you misspelled my name and really hurt my feelings. That’s a red line crossed and I will respond appropriately at a time and place of my choosing with no options left off the table.
And yes,I’m even considering doing the unthinkable and calling you a wrong pronoun baby girl 😉
P.S. Here’s a peek at a motley crew of typical F-35 pilots.
They couldn’t quite make the grade for the F-22. Dammit!
