Organised crime today probably brings in chump change compared to what it used to pay, except drugs but then the risks of being caught are high and the prison sentences are long. Organised politics, that’s where the BIG money is today. If you’re rotten enough you can make scores of millions like insider-trading Nancy Pelosi, or even hundreds of millions like the Clintons. And writing the laws or involving the spy agencies and appointing the judges you can get away with it and even get away with murder.
I think there is something to be said regards organised crime in politics. That’s why I refer to it as organised politics. It’s one big steal at the level of governments, but local officials like councillors in Britain, they can’t get away with it and are often imprisoned for any kind of low-level graft.

Some people say that the Clintons are mere well-pad lackeys but I don’t think so. Organised politics not only made them rich but it was their carriage into the elite. Any organisation needs a few people on the inside, otherwise not only would they not know what was going on, they couldn’t really control it. I think the Clintons became elites who then continued to work on the coalface so to speak. Whatever they do for their elite pals they are trusted, because they’re so rotten, and it’s almost certain they kill to assure silence.
