According to his aides, President Joe Biden is a spry 80-year-old — at least between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Outside of that time frame, he’s back to being Sleepy Joe, according to a new report.
On Friday, Axios reported that the Biden White House has a hard time planning any public and private events before midmorning and in the evening for the 46th president given his age and lack of energy. This, of course, comes as no surprise to most Americans who witness his diminished stamina and mental acuity on a near-daily basis.
“Biden’s close advisers say he’s mentally sharp,” Axios reported. “But even some of them concede his age has diminished his energy, significantly limiting his schedule.”
It sounds like a joke, but Axios even reported that “Many White House officials say they’re amazed at Biden’s stamina — often adding the caveat: ‘for his age.’”
According to Axios, Biden’s 2023 schedule has just four public events before 10:00 a.m., 12 public events after 6:00 p.m., and 12 weekends out of the public spotlight.
Even when Biden is in public during his purportedly preferred hours, he’s not exactly functional. For example, on Thursday, Biden failed to remember the last country he visited when asked by a child.
“I’ve met with 89 heads of state so far,” Biden said, “So, uh, I’m trying to think what’s the last place I was. … It’s hard to keep track … uh.”
“Ireland!” a kid in the crowd yelled.
“Yeah, you’re right, Ireland,” he replied. “That’s what it was. How did you know that?”

The president was in Ireland just two weeks ago. As Biden runs for reelection, it appears likely that his campaign will try his 2020 strategy all over again: Hide him in a basement and limit rallies.
It’s a bold move, but when you can only operate at peak capacity 30 hours a week as president of the United States, what else can you do?
Even when he’s awake he isn’t running the country, so who is, and this must be a global concern for world leader. Especially China and Russia.
An important aspect of national intelligence, is the assessment of what leaders say, what the regime members say, and their health. This helps them form a diplomatic posture.
For none NWO Nazi states, this is a huge problem. You have all these vassal states who try and give the illusion that they’re independent, but they are not.
Then you have the head of the bully gang, and it gets worse, because members blatantly lie to their own elites in Congress. Such as the true state of UKraines performance in the war. It’s a Federal crime to mislead Congress, and that is precisely what has happened, and then you have Biden. Enough said about him.
So how do countries like China, Russia and India set their posture? Do they take back channel communications as gospel?
As I’ve said before. We only see and hear a tiny fraction of what’s going on behind the scenes.

Indeed the recent highlighting of another nominal head of state, Price Big Ears, caused me to also ponder this WRT to the senile playing piece within another playing area.
In a few recent posts I mentioned the idea of removing onion skins; that presidents and kings are merely lightning rods for dissatisfaction. While it is true that these actors command large incomes, they are minor celebrity players. While I was passing through Bristol a few months ago, I noticed large “Abolish The Monarchy” graffiti that someone had gone to considerable effort to paint in black on the white rock surface. They must have used abseiling gear or been expert rock climbers. It is this effort that always has to be channelled correctly. Had it said something like “Let’s Hold Rothschild To Account”, it would have been closer to the truth.
Likewise, the effort that may be spent in criticising Biden or Big Ears only helps the inner layers of the onion skin.

What the “selection” of Biden openly and intentionally displays to Americans and to the entire world is that all public so-called “elections” for high office are nothing more than show business. The ruling cabal of our useless and corrupt national establishments is saying to us that it does not matter who or what we think are voting for, or even what flavor or color the majority may prefer, because we must simply learn that all important positions are their appointments, and all important decisions are theirs to make. What we think or will regarding our own interests, the common good, and right and wrong simply does not matter anymore, because not only do we have to realize that we do not really matter anymore, but we also have to learn that we have no right to meddle in, have a say in, or even know about their designs for us and the world.
That is how openly arrogant they are in fielding such a wreck of a man as Biden. He who is an senile, old, blackmailed pedophile is the slop the US deep state minions of the cabal has ladled out to the people everywhere, saying, “Stop your complaining. This is all you get. Do exactly what he says just like he is doing exactly what we tell him to do and say. If he tries to say something out of order, we give a shock or a prod to keep him in line.”
The ruling cabal has obviously decided that they also must dismantle the myth of democratic rule, not to inject any integrity into it so that classical liberal principles of self-government of the people, by the people, and for the people can prevail in this ever darkening climate of totalitarian centralized controls. No, they must kill it all together, and they must do it openly, such that the entire process is revealed to the people for the farce they have made of it, and so that the people will stop thinking that their will, their majority say in things has any weight whatsoever in how they are actually ruled. The cabal control of the money power and the media has made democracy nothing but a myth, and the entire process to them is simply no longer “sustainable” as it nurtures divisions, non-compliance, and the idea that people can express views and plans which run counter to their own. The entire corporatocracy infrastructure agrees and knows that a system of top-down managerial controls with total compliance of the people is the only sane and efficient way to run any organization or power structure. With the technological and psychological means of controlling the people now being utilized in every “developed” nation, and the huge socio-economic and monetary global resets going on at this time, all responsible people in the corporatocracy infrastructures and major organizations who are the minions of the actual power moguls must comply, obey and follow the same scripts they provide to the leaders on the world stage – for one performance after another in perpetuity.
Other than China being held out as a “model nation” by equally moronic minions such as Justin Trudeau, the people have no right to know exactly who the actual power moguls actually are. They will always remain hidden so that they can never really be held accountable. Biden, Trudeau, Macron, Sunak, Putin, Xi, Gates, Soros, Schwab. Fink and the like are merely minions, but we do know that the tentacles of the Rothschild dynasty control all major banks and all major nations and assets. Without the machinations and backing of that dynasty there would have been no Covid plandemic, no UN Agendas, no WHO, no WEF, no fake sustainability perils, no war in the Ukraine, and no NWO, all of which are designs for their long-range plans for centralized totalitarian controls over virtually everything.
Just as the people had and still have no right to know what substances were in the particular Covid “vaccine” batches they were jabbed with, or even the likely risks; just as the people have no right to know if the earth is actually warming or cooling; just as the people have no right to know what substances are in the chemtrails being dropped on them virtually every day, or the likely effects; just as the people have no right to see the books of any central bank; just as the people have no right to know even if they are being gaslighted once again over such things as the war in the Ukraine, or even the truth regarding the alleged economic peril and contrived shortages during a period in our history where there has never been such wealth and abundance; – the people have to learn that they do not have a right to have a say or to chose anything of any real importance either affecting their own lives or others, or the future – for without knowledge of the facts, which they have no right to, there can be no responsible free choice of any account for them to meddle.
Biden’s not senile, it’s just brain-freeze from all that ice cream he eats.
