Douglas MacGregor: “What has become of Ukraine’s spring offensive against Russian forces?”
Me: “Probably the same thing that happened to the Russian winter offensive against the Ukrainian forces that Mr.MacGregor predicted around six months ago.”

Yeah, but no but – what became of Russia’s Winter Offensive against Oo-kraine?
My informed guess – and I am increasingly hitting the Home Runs now – is that both sides are awaiting the result of the Liverpool-held Eurovision Song Contest in May.

This Macgregor guy has been predicting the defeat of Ukraine for about a year or more, maybe he has just been unlucky with his predictions, or he is full of it.

You could ask the ole Colonel (oo ya) what happened to the much vaunted Russian Winter offensive?…
presumably they just forgot or something….
perhaps they could all meet in the middle and be offensive for next Valentines day..
Zeligenskiy can wear his dress… and Vlad can go shirtless…

@chesterton: ‘You could ask the ole Colonel (oo ya) what happened to the much vaunted Russian Winter offensive?…’
No need to ask. He has told us several times: The ground just did not freeze deeply enough this year to bear tanks. Ukraine’s black-earth top-soil is 3-to-5 meters deep. Unless it is frozen solid, tanks sink into it.
A tip for you: Read, listen, reflect; then treat the world to your opinion …then and only then.

The Ukrainian winter wasn’t that cold. making it hard for vehicles to travel off road.
That’s what happened to the Russian winter offensive,
