Something fishy here.
First, corporate executives don’t give away $787 million of shareholders’ money without a test of the claim in court. The uncontested amount is so large that one wonders if Fox News itself paid it or whether this almost $800 million was a gift funneled through an uncontested lawsuit to fund Dominion by our ruling elites. Once elections are determined by how voting machines are programmed, the people are disenfranchised.
Second, it is not defamation to report the news. Tucker Carlson reported the claims of experts. That is news reporting. Dominion’s defamation lawsuit should have been filed against the experts. It wasn’t, because the experts had the evidence.
Third, Experts supplied evidence that the Dominion voting machines could be programmed to count votes differently from how the votes were cast; experts supplied evidence that the machines could be hacked; experts supplied evidence that the voting machines were connected to the Internet. Fox News could have called these experts as expert witnesses. By agreeing to settle, Fox News refused the evidence its day in court. Why?
A possible explanation is that Fox News, voluntarily or involuntarily, participated in an orchestration that established the precedent that reporting news different from the narrative, or news that is unfavorable to a person, company, or government institution, is defamation. Think about what this means. A prosecutor who charges a person with a crime has defamed the person. Truth becomes unreportable. Investigative reporter Seymour Hersh could be charged for defamation, and for being a Russian agent, for reporting that the US government destroyed the Nord Stream pipeline.
When we see the few truth-tellers who are the stars of their organizations jettisoned–Tucker Carlson from Fox News, Matt Taibbi from Rolling Stone, Glenn Greenwald from The Intercept, James O’Keefe from Project Veritas, President Trump charged under a non-existent law, and Wikileaks’ Julian Assange imprisoned for a decade without due process, we must face the fact that there is an organized conspiracy to suppress truth. We are experiencing the completion of The Matrix in which expressed doubt or even unspoken suspicion of official narratives are criminal offenses.
Truth-tellers receive almost nonexistent support. The inescapable conclusion is that in the Western world truth has no future.
Tyranny is upon us.
Of course it makes sense.
This didn’t go to court. We have no idea what might have been exposed in a trial, and it could’ve been much worse than $778 million.
Information is the most valuable commodity. You don’t want to give it away, and still lose in court and then pay.

For those readers that have graduated from Daily Mail and Fox News; for those who smoke truth-lites, this limited “martyrdom” creates a false opposition to the main mainstream BS. TPTB are setting the boundaries of the debate.

I’ve been suspicious of PCR for years. Yes he does tell the truth s few times, but so does all controlled opposition (and Tucker Carlson, who wears the Kabbalah red tie bracelet, is controlled opposition…he’s just more truthful than PCR!). Why any American or anyone else would trust a former Assistant Sec. of Treasury is beyond me! Ad he calls American “insouciant” constantly…I think he’s projecting (as they all do) because HE is the “insouciant” one!
There is no way the US establishment and their bankster owners would ever allow the litigation to proceed against Dominion. Fox would be pressured or paid off into a sweetheart deal to settle, and well before even the actual disclosure part of the litigation was entered into. All that would be needed to justify Fox’s exposure of fraud and dismiss the defamation suit, is evidence of just one instance where the alleged “automatic” counting shifted votes around. Not only would Dominion be a dead duck, but the entire US elections system would be discredited, and the establishment would either have to make the nation officially into a dictatorship, or be overthrown. The US would also have no credibility on the world stage as an alleged “democracy”, its elections having shown to be a fraudulent as the Covid plandemic.
For the relatively-low positions of power being sought in various elections in our nations, no doubt there is a measure of democracy and likely little rigging, but for any position involving the exercise of real power, democracy is now a joke. The ruling cabal controls the media, the selection of election issues, the appointment of the leading contenders, and to leave nothing to chance – the entire voting apparatus. The last thing the dark lords of the money power controlling the world stage will allow is for the very audience of the very common they are constantly deceiving, manipulating, and exploiting to have self-determination in anything and especially in running their own nations and their lives.
