The medical industry, which is already suffering from staggering rates of depression and suicide, is considering new Critical Race Theory (CRT) guidelines in order to “dismantle … white supremacy culture.”
An organization created by the U.S. Congress, the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN), has proposed racially-biased hiring criteria across the medical industry. This organization was originally created in 2000 as part of the Children’s Health Act “to raise the standard of care and increase access to services for children and families who experience or witness traumatic events.” Now the organization is looking to completely destroy medicine with racial quotas. Their 22-page document affirms CRT as a morally superior doctrine of “health equity” that should be applied across the entire medical industry.
Medical industry on the brink of persecuting white people throughout medicine
The absurd guidelines are titled: “Being Anti-Racists is Central to Trauma-Informed Care: Principles of an Anti-Racists.” These guidelines will be used to implement systemic racism in medicine, driving the WHITE race out of medicine, while indoctrinating medical professionals with false guilt for being born WHITE. The guidelines will enact racial preferences in the hiring process and re-educate white people to feel shame for their skin color and their ancestry. The document calls on all medical organizations “to dismantle the white supremacy culture that continues to uphold … racism.” Furthermore, medical institutions are instructed to “prioritize the hiring, development, promotion, and retention of people who are Black at all levels of the organization.”
The putrid document gets worse. “Systems and organizations must shift beyond performative action toward the fundamental transformation of becoming anti-racist and trauma-informed,” the document reads. This means that a successful white doctor who is loved by his patients, who has a great track record and performance can be replaced because race is more important than performative action.
Medical field may adopt institutional racism against whites
The NCTSN document correlates “white dominant culture” with longstanding research methods that include standardized nomenclature. “While it is standard in academic culture to provide a detailed description of research methods using standardized nomenclature, we assert that rigid adherence to these rules reflects an implicit commitment to sustaining white dominant culture,” the document reads.
“For any organization to become truly trauma-informed, it must work to dismantle racism along with the white supremacy culture that holds racism in place,” the NCTSN claims. In one section, the architects of CRT list the principles of an “anti-racist, trauma-informed organization.” These so-called principles include a commitment “to equity-based governance” and “power redistribution.” A principled medical organization is also urged to take “sustained steps to dismantle racism, white supremacy, and privilege in our structures, policies, procedures, practices, performance evaluations, and outcomes.” The document demands that anti-racist organizations “must engage in active reparations in their workforce development” by “unapologetically centering the hiring, promotion, and wellness of black staff.”
The document also suggests that racism in the medical field goes beyond alleged prejudice based on race. The document suggests that racism is embedded into all aspects of healthcare in “a system of structuring opportunity and assigning value based on phenotype (‘race’).” Through these false accusations and theories, the document actually threatens to implement a system of systemic racism (the very thing that they are claiming to eradicate.) Under the guise of eliminating so-called systemic racism against blacks, this organization is proposing to enforce a CRT system of systemic racism that denigrates white people and forces them out of the medical profession.

If the NCTSN were really serious about this despicable and racially motivated issue they would have advised people to boycott hospitals altogether and start visiting Juju doctors in diverse places such as Nigeria or Papua. And advice dentists never to repair white teeth. Can they spell sclera?

The best solution for all this going on now is simple:
1. Repatriate all non whites back to their own lands.
2. All land, property and businesses sold back at cost price before eviction to ancestral lands.
3. No one, other than indigenous allowed to own land/property/businesses along with renting property, employing and working.
4. Tourism allowed but only on a tourist visa for a maximum stay of a 2 weeks, renewed once every 5 years.
5. All non European peoples who have committed murder to immediately be executed, after case is reviewed to see if any wrongdoing has occurred. If so, repatriation and damaged paid.
6. Immediate arrest of all aristocracy and shut down of freemasonic lodges including their arrests. Immediate arrests of ALL police, judiciary, politicians, msm journalists, academia professors and health staff with all being tried for treason and their role in the genocide. Upon being found guilty, there will be no executions, but instead a deep hole will be dug where all will be stripped naked, put into a 3x3x3ft cage, handcuffed to the floor on all foors and stacked on top of one another. Rotten and high sugar content foods will be fed to them, which will result in people being crapped upon, vomited upon, urinated upon, while having excruciating teeth pain. They will have their tongues removed and blinded, while being sprayed with cold water and loud music played to disrupt sleep patterns. They will be left there for all time.
No one in the world of politics is coming to save you folks. Better start arming yourselves and fighting back. Call the police and arrest them. All are overwhelmingly guilty of treason and complicit in genocide. Show no quarter. Once the police have been arrested there’ll be no one to protect all the aforementioned. Then you simply pick them off one by one, put them in holding cells and wait for mass trials.

I really don’t think most of you realise that the police in taking the role of the ‘police’ and becoming officers they no longer are ‘peace constables’ but instead ‘policy’ enforcers for a corporation. Officers are management within corporations, along with presidents. Every day the police unlawfully enforce legislation (administrative law) upon the public, deceiving them and in doing so and ironically, under their legal law, create illegal, invalid contracts, by NOT disclosing full contract information to the other party. Today, the universities encompassing a broad spectrum of faulty paradigms have become that which it went some way to replacing some few hundred years ago. If professor, doctors, and the rest don’t know they have sold out, their only mitigating pleas would be of narcissistic egoism elevating their diploma covered wall above the business of discovering and disseminating truth in the first place. If the church was an adjunct to kings and queens then universities have become an adjunct to Blackrock and Vanguard.

When we contemplate the white coats we are seeing a new priestly class. Instead of the bishop’s staff, we see the stethoscope. To what extent the clergy or the medical establishment believe their informing belief systems is anyone’s guess. Nevertheless, clergy and quacks have a residual use. Clergy because someone has to say a few words and conduct ceremonies, and quacks because unfortunately in some ways, they are useful for consulting on broken bones and other ACUTE problems. That the major problems of medical science are associated with CHRONIC conditions is the raison d’etre for Big Pharma to enter the NHS whorehouse.

I would not use the word “racist” to describe the actions of non-Whites towards us. I understand that one could argue this way, but I believe truth should be the only weapon we use.
The word “racist” itself is disingenuous. It contains the conflation of two ideas. These ideas are the recognition of statistical ethnic difference couple with the notion that this recognition automatically suggests we hate or dislike members of other races. That these two separate ideas are packaged together is a standard method of obfuscation. “Have you stopped beating your wife yet. I will only accept ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for an answer.”
It is quite useful for those promoting cultural marxism to use “racist” as a term for someone who specifically declares acknowledgement of racial differences while saying this in no way means he or she “hates” someone because they display the statistical average concomitant with their race.
When I was doing some supply teaching there was a poster in a chemistry lab that showed four human brains labelled something like “European”, “African”, “Asian”, and “Racist”. The first three brains were of the same size. The fourth noticeably smaller. The message was evident, but the evidence was not. Rushton in his work collated data showing that the brain size of different ethnic groups — to say nothing of between the sexes — is indeed different. While there is a definite correlation between brain size and intelligence, intelligence on it’s own is not the measure of a man or woman.
In the world of football there is constant hand wringing over the disproportionate number of non-Black managers. Not much hand wringing about the over representation — to use their own yardstick — of Blacks as footballers. Horse for courses is of course the most obvious explanation. I can’t name one footballer of South Asian ethnicity in the football league. They lack the physical constitution. Honest Indians themselves admit cricket is a better sport for their constitution. And speaking of Indians, they really do like the status of the white coat…
Anyone with the desire for truth can rise above their inherent racial proclivities, but honesty on racial matters has to be recognised first of all.
